Horrible service. Walked in and got stare down by 3 employees. 1 grunted, may i help you? and the other 2 melted into the back. Asked for eng air and cabin filters at counter. He wrote the numbers down for me and pointed to shelves approximately 30 away and said over there. My filter wasn t on the shelf and I definitely wasn t going to ask that guy again who was now playing on his phone, so I left.

My car needed to be jump started every 2nd day I didn't drive it. Not knowing if it was starter , alternator or battery I stopped in to have it checked. The employee was excellent. He came out checked the battery and that was the issue. He showed me what batteries were available for my car. I picked the battery and he immediately replaced it for me. Thank You for the easy quick visit.

I walked in and was looking for antifreeze and I was helped by a guy and then I went to the register and told them what I needed it for. Then we made a change. Nelson the person on register was very helpful and friendly.

They are awesome , for the amount of time I had to stay just to get a a check to go through and usually don't use checks but needed windshield wipers , they took care of me , so if u need a Auto zone to go to make Schuylkill Haven Autozone your store ,ty again

Was at this location 1/4/24 at 8:45 pm and the doors were locked. I could see the employees inside but they ignored me at the door.

They always seem to have the parts I need. The prices are reasonable and employees friendly. Only down side, I had to wait about 15 minutes to check out because all the employees were outside doing free checks for customers. A little annoying.

Great for some things. Not for others. Definitely shop around before committing to buy. Asking for help from the employees is really hit or miss. Sometimes you can get great information that can help with a problem you have and other times you can be completely blown off. Order online when you can, you can usually get a good discount when doing so.

The guys at AutoZone were great! They went above and beyond Thursday night for me. I am so appreciative for helping. I had bought a battery that was a dud and they replaced it with a new battery cause it was covered under the warranty and then carried it to the car for me. They were friendly and professional. Thanks again guys!!

These guys are on the ball! I was replacing the transmission fluid line assembly in my new car. I was working on it outside of my area and after numerous different auto stores, I called this one. They ordered the part and told me it would be in later the next day. I got a call hours earlier than expected, got my part plus three other parts with some help from the super friendly staff. The next day I ordered another part and it was in hours early again. They made a return super easy for me and were always helpful and friendly. It's nice to have a store with staff who care about your projects and are always offering advice and help.

I am a craft/jewelry designer/maker and sometimes purchase items that I end up not needing. I purchased something, realized I didn't need it and wanted to return for my cash back, however, I had no receipt. I am an OCD receipt keeper for the reason above that I need to return some items. Of course w/o recpt I could only get store credit, HOWEVER, Herv was able to pull up my receipt from the day before and print it out so they had the info to input into the computer so I could get the cash back. I know it's a pretty busy store and he was sooo polite and willing to extend himself 'above & beyond' as opposed to making that annoyed sound, the eye roll, and giving an attitude that I was a burden to his valuable time. He was gracious to help me out and I appreciate it more than I could tell him. I work in the public service field myself and in a world where everyone acts annoyed, impatient and self serving.... He was an utmost pleasure to talk to! Everyone should look to Herv as an example of what 'customer service' means. Thank you Herv!!! Kudos and give him a raise.... You're lucky to have him as an employee!

Always helpful when im not exactly sure what i need. Prices are reasonable and they are always willing to lend you a tool to do what you need to do or do it for you if you're not quite sure. This is my go to for all my car stuff.

Great place to buy blinker fluid or muffler bearings. Just make sure you know the make, model, engine, transmission, and vin number of your car

Terrible service!!! A bunch of men made a woman go out and pull codes and use their tools to do their jobs for them. Because it was too cold outside for them( THERE WORD'S). Unacceptable behavior can't believe it.

My alternator died on my home to N.Y. and after looking on the app to see which AutoZone had the one I needed in stock I was able to make it there before the car died on me. The manager was very unreasonable, and refused to allow my fiance to pay over the phone or make the purchase online in order for me to pick the part up at that location. He told me there was nothing that he could do and that I needed the card in hand in order to pick up the part. I explained to him that I lived about 350 miles away and the only other option was for her to Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart me the cash and attempt to drive to the nearest Wal-Mart to pick up the cash(which was obviously not wise considering the fact that my alternator was no longer working and was not charging the battery)! He simply said yes if you go get the cash then we can help you. I was extremely frustrated especially considering the fact that my fiance would then also have to get my daughter up feed her breakfast and get her dressed and then drive 20 minutes away in order to send me the cash when she could have easily just paid for the part over the phone or online. I reported this to the Corporate Office and was told I would hear back from the district manager within 24 hours and now a week later I have yet to hear anything. I have always been a faithful AutoZone customer and have spent a few grand on parts in the last few years, but from now on I will just shop Rock Auto where I can pay for my parts right online and have them shipped to my house!!! That obviously wouldn't have worked in that situation at hand, but unless I need the part right then and there Ibwill go elsewhere!
