I love this place the owner is really nice and honest person the place is always clean they have great cars and trucks there. Everyone that works their is so friendly and nice and lisa is the best I have brought two car their over the years my daughter brought a car their too never had any problems I stop is just to say hi sometime always feel so loved always leave their with a smile

This place wouldn t even get one star if I could choose this . They lie to you and sell you a great car but in reality it will be nothing but trouble. Read the reviews before you make a choice and get something that will cost you money. Forget warranties because it will not cover and they could care less what they sold you. And then they say they will fix your car but will charge you to diagnose it and parts but not the labor and then change their mind and say they didn t say that. When you have a code which they probably erased to sell you the car why would you be charged to diagnose it. Told them not long after I bought the car that it wouldn t go past 40 uphills and they said it was fine. Car is very old and now it can t be driven cause it smells like it s gonna burn up. They don t care if you give them a bad review either.They even hang up on you cause they know they are scamming people. All they care about is selling you the car and once it s off the lot it s your problem. Don t buy from them it s nothing but headaches

Wish I could give negative stars. Bought a car and warranty from here. The car was good, for the first week. Then the check engine light came on. That's when it has been nothing but problems. Paid for a warranty that doesn't exist. Car needs a new transmission and motor mounts. Called multiple times and always get we will call back, no call. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here to get a vehicle. To top it all off they also lie to all their lenders about the real mileage on their cars. Car was inspected for March with 130k on it. I bought the car in July and they told the bank it only had 80k on it. All around shady and never will go back. Even as a only resort.

Heed all the other reviews ! This place is very corrupt !Bought a vehicle, and the very next day the Check Engine light came on.Gas tank has a crack and needs replacing at an estimated cost of $2,000 !

Unfortunately I cant say negative stars. would not rate this place any stars, would never buy another vehicle from them again. Wish I could stand outside their business every single day and tell everyone to turn around and drive away. They buy junk cars and claim them to be ready to drive off the lot meanwhile they are riddled with issues that the also claim to know nothing about. I bought a vehicle and it shut off on me the night I got it home, then the check engine light came on within 2 weeks after purchase due to faulty o2 sensor and cat converter. They had me come back and said they fixed the issue and when I had another mechanic look it over before my warranty ran out they said an illegal o2 spacer was recently installed to keep the codes from showing up. When I called in and mentioned needing a lawyer to get it resolved the sales associate Jeff got an attitude, refused to send me a copy of my warranty and hung up on me. DONT GO HERE

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I m giving you a warning. I bought a car from here and the transmission started acting up within a few days and completely failed after 1 month, the car has been sitting now for over 2 months with me unable to drive it and Lehigh trucknauto wants nothing to do with me, they won t offer any help or compensation. I came all the way from New York City to buy this car because they constantly claimed there s no problems with the car.They must also be working with local mechanics because during my pre inspection the mechanics claimed the power train was solid even though they picked up a few errors for the transmission and they failed to disclose it to me.Deception- I was told multiple times I d recieve a 30 day warranty but in the last few minutes of signing papers they said they wouldn t offer it. Calling them now They claim they won t help me with the transmission because they made no profit selling me this car which I doubt but whether that s true or not it DOESNT change the fact I was sold a defective item. WARNING DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR OR TRUCK FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS. I BOUGHT A TRUCK FROM THEM AND WITH IN 2 YEARS THE FRAME IS ROTTED OUT AND WOLL NOT PASS INSPECTION WHEN I WENT BACK TO COMPLAIN THEY SAID THEY WOULD IT BUT ONLY FIXED WHAT WAS WASE IT STILL WILL NOT PASS INSPECTION. THESE CROOKS SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSSNESS

Friendly staff. Not much for negotiating. Had to wait over 30 minutes to start paperwork since the manager wasn't on site. Signed paperwork and before the ink was dry he was gone.Got the car but didn't walk away happy. Not sure I would come back when our next car need comes up.

Just bought a car from this amazing dealership and couldn t be happier! From the moment we arrived and were browsing, Jeff treated us with soooo much kindness and sincerity. It really is more than selling a car for these people; They put so much patience into explaining every question and making sure you leave a happy customer, even if you didn t buy a car. And don t even get me started on the prices!!! The best deals I ve seen in the area, and I ve been to over 20+ dealerships. The vehicles are in GREAT condition! Stop wasting your time and check out this dealership! You will not be disappointed!!! Everyone, Lisa, Jeff and all the other workers are so kind, knowledgeable, and transparent!

They are honest... Good people. I got my jeep there. They have decent used cars. I would definitely do business with them again, I can't say that for all the dealers I've been to.And ice been there several times since. They are still interested in helping me after the sale. I don't know who some of these people are talking about Because everyone that works there bends over backwards for there customers.

I personally love lehigh valley truck n auto Malik the sales representative was very educated in cars and overall a great person to work with I walked out with the truck I wanted a blue ford f150 with a great price and monthly payment right where I wanted to be would definitely recommend this place and will be back

Still dont have my car back and its been 2 months maybe more... filing a police report today and getting a lawyer. DO NOT BUY!!!! They said all the car needed was an ac charge... it needed a whole air compressor. I dropped my car off the first time for a couple day they said it would be a couple hours. I got my car back with the new air compressor still in the box....

Although I ultimately did not wind up purchasing a truck here...yet, I had nothing but a pleasant experience through its entirety tho. I dealt with Malik (sorry if mispelled sir), and could not have asked for a better sales person. All of their trucks are in good condition, fully accessible to look at, and very well priced. If I could get past the color of the truck, I would have purchased it without a second thought. When I found the truck, I called and put a hold deposit down, and the truck was there when I went to take a look. I stayed in touch with them throughout the week to let them know that I was still on schedule to come up, and there were no issues with anything whatsoever. Having decided not to get the truck, the deposit was processed back on to the credit card used w no questions asked. If you are looking to purchase a truck, this place is very well priced and has a pleasant personnel staff.

READ ALL REVIEWS! NEVER trust these people. Save yourself, & don t buy a vehicle from these people. A bunch of con artists who put a vehicle on the road that our trusted mechanic didn t see fit for an inspection sticker. They covered rust with sheets of tin. They also take 5 smoke breaks and leave you at the desk. JUST DONT DO IT! One of our biggest mistakes of life was trusting these people. & the secretary was extremely rude on the phone when trying to fix the issues of the truck we bought there.

If you re looking at this place for a vehicle this is NOT the place to go! I bought a 2013 Silverado 2500HD in December got sent on a Military attachment for 4 months came back had the truck shipped out on a trailer to my place of duty just to drive it for 25 minutes and end up in a shop for head gasket repair and a 8 thousand dollar repair bill and may I add that I had not even put 100 miles on it from purchase. I contacted this dealer prior to this review to see if they would help towards the repair cost and got told it s just an unfortunate circumstance. 27k truck just to spend another 8k to drive it. Will never recommend or return to this place!

I just recently purchased my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 with the Hemi at a very fair price . Everyone was very nice and pleasant there. The back office lady was even there after they closed talking to me about the vehicles. I never felt any type of pressure . Everyone that works there is very nice and polite . If you're looking for a good used vehicle and a friendly and great experience go and check them out. My brother just got a truck there because I recommended them to him. Highly recommend them

Would never recommend this place. I saw the price of the vehicle at 6995 and was sold to me at 8200. I was told it was fees and such, when I proved that wrong I was told the bank charges fees, when I called the bank they said no. So I called Jeff back and have a witness to him saying he will not give me the sale price, it was too cheap. If I don't want the vehicle return it. So I returned it and they said they would cancel the loan and give me my money back. I am still trying to get loan off my credit because bank says they did not follow thru. If not resolved by Monday then BBB will be getting a call on this shady dealings.

First walk in everyone was helpful, not much of negotiating and got the car I wanted but didn t walk away happy. No sense of urgency when the vehicle I was purchasing had to be fixed. And everything has to be sent to whomever cuz they re not equipped to do certain jobs. Pricing isn t too bad for their vehicles but their customer service/sales needs work. There s no communication between employees and I had to stay on top of them for updates on my vehicle. They should have been the ones staying on top of updated not me.

I had a good experience. Found a good deal on CarGurus. I called before leaving, Rog hung a little late to wait for me to travel from Jersey. He had another customer who came from NY closing a deal while I was there. He had me in and out pretty quick. Good prices, easy to work with, no pushy tactics.

They sure do have one of the best selections of extra clean trucks, and BEST PRICES within the Tri-state areas. We drove down from Boston and bought not one, but 2 of their trucks. Ray gave us a deal that we couldn't refuse. Thanks so much Ray. We will definitely do business in the near future.

This may seem odd to many because the days we are living in we spend more time find fault that heralding Good..The customer service I just received from Jeff with Lehigh truck was nothing less than stellar. I missed purchasing a MINT BMW 640 1 owner low miles but he handled my call with grace and patience and EVEN called me back after verifying that the car did in fact already sell. This review may be a long runon sentence that's because I felt that good after his follow-up call...hats Off Lehigh from a NC resident

The sales man Jeff would disappear every 5 minutes for a smoke break while he is helping customers. He always will put on a show, he will be nice to you up front but when he doesn t get his way he calls you and swears at you over the phone. They say they d fix any issues with the car you purchase but when it comes to that time they refuse to do it. I d reconsider buying a car from this place, very shady.

I bought my 2013 dodge ram 6 months ago its bin the best purchased I've ever bought the people from Lehigh vally truck and auto are a great team they waited for me until I got out of work just so I can see the truck and I bought on the spot. They are the real deal. really great honest people I would highly recommend them.

From the first interaction through Facebook Marketplace to the first phone call down to the very first meeting, it was already off to a great start. As a consumer, I always look at reviews specially when it comes to small businesses, even more so now that I'm new to the area. The reviews did it for me and there are alot of positive reviews for Jeff, who helped us with the process of purchasing our vehicle. Not only was he professional and efficient with the sale, he was also polite, hospitable and made the whole experience of purchasing a vehicle less intimidating. He also understood the fact that purchasing a car is a huge deal and welcomed us into inspecting it thoroughly instead of rushing us just to make a sale.Even after we test drove the car and we had some concerns, he addressed those issues and rectified it.I highly HIGHLY recommend this place for purchasing cars.

This dealership is so nice to you when you go to buy a vehicle but after they want nothing to do with you. Recently purchase a vehicle from them. Started making a noise and was told to take it to another dealer to get fixed. When the warranty I purchased did not kick in yet and my vehicle was in the validation period, Lehigh Valley Auto blew me off when I asked for help with what I can do. Warranty company states that in this period, dealerships can not sell a vehicle with something wrong with it. That the dealership should help with the problem in some sort of way. Well, not the case with Lehigh Valley. They avoid you and are always busy . This place is shady. Do not buy anything unless you are a 100% sure it is a decent vehicle. They don t care about their customers. They care about a sale, about the money and that is it. Thanks for nothing and screwing me in the end!!!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This place is the biggest sham I have ever seen. They sold me a truck with no inspection or emissions. told me that the bank I went through wouldn't give me a loan anymore cause i worked for another dealership and said they would find somewhere else. after a month of owning this vehicle they called me in to sign new paperwork and look at my brakes. when I came in the wanted another $3,000 on top of the $3,601 I already gave them to get my loan approved. upon return of the truck they charged me over $800 for Mileage usage. I do not recommend this place to any and especially not vets. This place is not veteran friendly.

Test drove a jeep wrangler. Talked with owner. Told him we were definitely interested in buying it. We wanted the mechanic to check out the oil leak. He said would do and would let me know when that was done. I called today because I didn't hear back and was told he sold it cash on the spot because that person didn't require the mechanic to go over it. That says a lot about him.

Very deceitful, they lied twice and got caught!! Called from 250 miles away put deposit down contingent on seeing in Person . will not refund my refundable deposit (illegal no contract signed therefore you can not keep anyones deposit ).finance man jeff all nice at first then naturally turned!! Said we are keeping your deposit and will use it as a surplus for another vehicle! Beware sales man malik is brand new and lies alot
