4.2.24 - I recently took my 2018 Tacoma for a service / repair that it needed to Williams Toyota. The service shop was more than accommodating and informative. However, after paying and leaving the shop with my truck, I noticed a discrepancy in the invoice - where I was overcharged for labor due to their invoicing system. So, I went back to Williams to discuss this overage and ask for a pro-rated refund on actual labor performed. After speaking with the General Manager, Eric Mooney, he completely changed my view of auto dealers. I wasn't expecting much, but I was overly surprised and happy to learn that Williams was going to refund me the overcharge. Eric actively listened to my concern, and allowed me to feel heard and appreciated. He truly acted as an advocate for the customer, and proved to me that this business acts with transparency when they conduct business.... which isn't always a trait associated with car dealerships.Kudos to Eric and the William's team for being honest and transparent. I appreciate them very much, and will continue to be a customer; as well as recommend them to anyone reading this. Thank you, Eric.

Honestly quite disappointed in the lack of communication and the lies from this company. Taking customers cars to Elmira for no reason and not notifying the customer, lying about ordering parts, etc. Our brand new truck sat in the same spot in the lot for 2 months and the only time it was touched was when someone decided to take it out and beat on it (we know this from the notifications on the app.) we addressed these things and we got a strong attitude back. Only enjoyable person we worked with was the GM.

Recently went in to look for a new work truck. A salesman by the name of Aric helped me find exactly what worked best for me and my company. Great customer service and even better prices! Definitely recommend stopping in.

I recently had a service at this dealership, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. I went in for a tire rotation service and a thorough inspection of my car, expecting to leave with my vehicle in better shape than when I arrived. However, this visit turned into a nightmare that has left me questioning Toyota's commitment to safety and quality. The technicians had failed to balance the tires properly, which not only affected the driving experience but also raised concerns about my safety on the road. It's deeply unsettling that a well-established company like Toyota would overlook such a fundamental aspect of vehicle maintenance. What's even more frustrating is that during their so-called "thorough inspection," they claimed that all exterior parts were in perfect working condition. However, it didn't take me long to discover that my lights were broken. How can Toyota's service department be so oblivious to such a glaring issue? It's concerning that they would let a vehicle leave their facility with damaged lights, compromising not only my safety but also the safety of others on the road.To make matters worse, my attempts to rectify these issues through Toyota's customer service have been nothing short of a frustrating ordeal. I have called their customer service line a total of 5 times, providing them with detailed information about the problems I faced. On every occasion, they promised to address the issues promptly, but not once did they follow through on their promises. It's disheartening to see a company that prides itself on its reputation neglect the concerns and well-being of its customers so recklessly. This experience has left me deeply disillusioned with Toyota. It appears that their priority lies in profit rather than ensuring the safety and quality of their products and services. Beware of this dealership and the lackluster service provided by Toyota's customer service.

I think the cost of a PA state inspection is way too high!!!! And it's a shame that Andrea Cook is no longer there. She was great to see whenever I came in!!!!

Bought a new 2023 Toyota Crown @ $50k within 3 weeks the lettering started falling off. Not life threatening called them to get it fixed. Was told 3 times they d fed ex the letters. The general manager couldn t care less like I should beg them to fix the issue. Called Toyota directly. Since I couldn t get a straight answer. Never again. Sad I worked for Mr Williams years ago and with attitudes of the new management I wont be a return customer for sales or service. Car dealerships are a dime a dozen. If you don t take care of the customer someone else will

I found the staff at Williams to be knowledgeable, laid back and friendly and my buying process was straightforward and transparent. It was a particular pleasure to work with Sales Associate Evan Meister and Finance Manager Karen Rockwell. Williams is one of the few Toyota dealerships in the region that has chosen not to mark-up new vehicles over MSRP, which made a huge difference to me when deciding to buy my new Highlander Hybrid from them. It was an overall great experience and I would recommend that anyone in the market for a new or used Toyota to give them a look.

Updating from a 2019 post. This new post is from March 2024.I have a 2006 Sequoia, now with 202,000 miles. We re going to do more extensive towing with it this summer and I recently looked to trade it on a newer Sequoia with less miles. I pretty much found out that the only real value it has for any dealer is in its auction price, and it is cheaper for me to maintain it than to replace it. So, I try to keep it up to date on maintenance. It was time to drain and fill the transmission and I called three Toyota dealers to get a cost. One dealer is about 8 miles from me, Williams is about 70 miles, and the 3rd dealer is in between those 2. Williams had the lowest price. I ve had the Sequoia and two Subarus to Williams maybe seven total times, for routine maintenance and one recall. They always treated me pretty good. Because I had good experiences with them and because they have great prices, I scheduled it to go there and drove the 70 miles from my house to their shop. When they did the transmission service, they recommended some additional work. With this unexpected cost brought to my attention, I wanted to check out prices at other places and I wanted to go see one other newer Sequoia before I did anything. I ultimately found out that going back to Williams was cheaper, and better, than my other options. I called to schedule the recommended suspension service and went ahead and scheduled for a timing belt and water pump.Shortly after I called them, I went outside to do some work and found out that my transmission was leaking fluid into my driveway. This was only the second day after the transmission service at Williams, and my Sequoia has never leaked any fluids before, so I guessed this had to be related to the recent service there. I called and spoke with the service department.Honestly, I didn t expect a whole lot from them given the overall auction value of this thing. But I have to say their response was overwhelmingly positive. You really would have thought I was a life-long customer who had just purchased one of those new $100,000 tricked out TRD pro, twin-turbo, hybrid Sequoias. By the end of the day and with just a few back and forth calls, they had arranged to come get my Sequoia and drop off a loaner for me (remember, I live 70 miles from them). Once they got the Sequoia to their shop, they found the issue that led to the leaking transmission and corrected it at no additional cost to me.They told me that the transmission had lost about quart of fluid during my drives with it but that it seemed to be working as it should. I decided to go ahead with the suspension work for safety reasons, but to hold off on the timing belt and water pump until I could tow once or twice and be sure the transmission seemed fine. They totally understood and called me when the suspension work was done. I drove up, switched out their loaner, and drove my Sequoia home. The response and attention this all got from Joe and Cassidy at Williams Toyota is pretty much more than the best I could have hoped for. There was no pressure, no anger, no blaming, no deflecting, and they were eager to find out what happened and how to avoid it in the future. They made all the arrangements to get my car to them and their loaner to me (they even offered me a choice of loaners). They kept me informed of what they were finding as the process unfolded and offered me as much time as I needed to think the decisions through on my own.In all my experiences with Williams Toyota and Williams Subaru, I ve come to see their service as top notch. And even the one time it wasn t top-notch the first time, they went beyond top-notch to get the matter resolved. I ll definitely be going back.

I bought my vehicle a month ago from a different dealership. My car broke down and the other dealership wasn t willing to help. I then called Williams Toyota of Sayre and they were very kind and helpful to my situation. I got my car towed and let them know the next morning and 4 hours later it was all fixed and ready to go. Very impressed with the customer service at this facility and will definitely go to them for all my car service needs! Such a blessing to me after having such a rough time with the dealership I bought it from just last month. Thank you all so much in the service department for being so timely and accommodating!

My 1st dealing with Williams Toyota. Their service department is excellent!! I did not purchase my car from them, but went above and beyond helping me. I spent a few hours in their waiting room, I was amazed at all the positive comments. So impressed.

Had the pleasure to deal with this dealership, and specifically Gary. Couldn't ask for a better person, as he was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He made sure I was aware of all the details, called the insurance himself, and also asked if I wanted him to walk me through all the car features, phone connections and app installation. I already heard about him from a good friend and he didn't disappoint. Would recommend him anytime and thank you, Gary.

It was a real pleasure dealing with this dealership and especially their salesperson, Sarah Gill. It is difficult to get a new car in today's climate. It was worth the long trip we had to make to see the car we wanted and then have it delivered. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants honesty and integrity in buying a car.

Had a fantastic experience with Williams Toyota of Sayre and our sales person, Austin. Austin was forthright, polite, and easy to deal with. And during a time of supply chain issues and low availability of new cars, it was wonderful to NOT be priced gauged by a dealership. A very pleasant experience.

Best service department I've seen from a dealer ever. Pricing was fair, they didn't round up 15 minutes of labor to an hour like some dealerships do. Their customer service reps were kind and communicative. 10/10 recommend.
