If your looking for good old fashioned customer service, very friendly/knowledgable staff and great prices, this is your place to shop. Nicole handled the transaction with the utmost professionalism and was gracious throughout. Terry helped with all of my accessory needs for my new Suzuki 750 King Quad. They even loaded it on the trailer and secured it. I can't stress enough how good the service is at Northeast ATV Sales and it is my new "Go To" outdoor equipment store!

I called in search of a deck engaging cable for a husqavsrna riding mower. They didn't have it like all the places I feel checked with. Their parts here while did a quick web search and found out cable would be on backorder for a little while.

Traveled 3 hours to buy a side by side, best deal I could find that made it worth the 3 hrs. Northeast has made me a extremely happy with all categoriesLike customer service, quick timely paperwork, extremely friendly. They just went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase!!! I would give 6 stars if I could

I have been a customer here now for over 15 years. I have purchased new and used ATVs and lawnmowers. It is not the high quality equipment that keeps me as a customer but the exceptional customer service. Special shout out to Mike, Terry, and staff. They have set the bar high.

Terry spent lots of time helping my husband and myself to pick out the best sub-compact tractor for our needs. We purchased the tractor today and as soon as we took it home, we spent hours doing many tasks around our property that we have wanted to do for years! We are extremely impressed with our LS MT225s and we will be back to purchase the many additional extra accessories! Thank you Terry for your time and expertise!

We have been very pleased with our purchases.Felt I needed to update our review from above.Customer service has slipped over the last couple years. Last issue has us not wanting to go back.We scheduled service appointment for a Wednesday. Stopped in Friday to pay and confirm our pickup for Saturday. My husband was told they had a lot of brake downs come in and they came first. Ours would not be ready this weekend. No excepted finish time was given. No phone call to let us know our appointment was changed. My husband picked it up Saturday as we had told them we planned. It will be serviced elsewhere. No communication, poor customer service. Felt totally disrespected and tossed under the bus.

Terry was fantastic. No pressure and easy to do business with. He showed me everything I needed to know about the tractor. The price was very fair and a great deal. They delivered to my house at no charge. If you are looking for a tractor, atv, lawn mower, etc, I would definitely check out Northeast ATV in Sayre, PA.

I d give Northeast 10 out of 5 stars if Google would let me. They are wonderful to work with every step of the process, including service after the sale. They genuinely and personally care about customer satisfaction, which seems more and more rare nowadays. We bought a new Alterra 500 with a plow, and when we had trouble with the 4x4 engaging, Mike worked with us to get the switch fixed before the snowstorm this weekend. We couldn t be happier with our buying experience and the service we ve received. We also felt the price was great.

Absolutely excellent service. I can't thank Mike and Terry enough for their excellent, proactive communication and thorough repair work. If you are anywhere in the Northeast US or within a 4 hour drive of Sayre PA.... BUY FROM THESE GUYS! I am so happy I found them.I purchased a 2019 HiSUN Sector E1 electric UTV from them.

I have bought a four wheeler and two side by sides now from these awesome generous people, and for the remainder of time that I am alive I shall go nowhere else. Owners are more than hospitable and techs are beyond compare. Such an easy decision and I ll continue my trips there.

My husband has gone in the store twice and the last time was a week ago. Looking for a youth 4 wheeler. Not sure of the employees name but he was not pleasant. Very unprofessional.. we will not return and will do business elsewhere.. very Rude..

Northeast ATV sells new Arctic Cat UTV's, LS tractors, and Husqvarna lawn mowers as well as used equipment. The people there are helpful, friendly and not at all pushy. I would definitely recommend Northeast ATV Sales to anyone looking to purchase power sports, property care equipment, or accessories. I recently purchased an Arctic Cat Prowler Pro Ranch from them and have been extremely pleased with the experience.
