I was overdue for an oil change. I had no appt. Mavis in Sayre greeted me kindly and fit me right in. Had an oil change, tires rotated, and was out of there in about 35 to 40 minutes. They gave me a discount which made it even better. Highly recommend Mavis in Sayre.

Dakota & Dennis were phenomenal! I'm from Syracuse, NY and they brought my broken down vehicle back to life in Sayre, PA. They kept me informed during the repair process and did a great job getting my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan back on the road! We are truly grateful for the top grade professionalism of this phenomenal team & their auto mechanic staff!

We have been coming to Mavis Discount Tire in Sayre since they opened. My husband and I are always impressed with the way they can fit us into their schedule, their friendly environment and how they explain the needs of our cars. They have been trustworthy and reliable while being cost friendly. We definitely recommend them!

Professional and courteous treatment. Jeff was great went in for a tire fix. Unfortunately just a bad tire and since all wheel drive had to replace all. He made it as painless (cost efficient) as possible to have them replaced and taken care of. Will definitely recommend and be coming back.

I came to Mavis to purchase new tires. The prices were fair and they were friendly, patient and kind explaining everything to me. Appointment was walk-in and the process was completed in a timely manner. Customer service was exceptional! I highly recommend and will use their services again in the future.

I came here 6 months ago to purchase new tires. The prices were competitive and they were patient and explained everything to me. It was easy to get an appointment that fit my schedule. They had lots of different openings from early morning to late afternoon and weekends. I came back today for an oil change after a horrible experience somewhere else. I made an appointment this morning online at 9am for 11am. Service was quick and prices again competitive and cheaper than I was used to paying. They checked everything out on my car, were patient and friendly. And one of the cleanest service waiting areas I ve ever seen. I will be back for all future services and highly recommend Mavis in Sayre to anyone.

My husband took My van to Mavis in Sayre for inspection. Was told that they could not pass it until we purchased 4 new tires and that there was a exhaust leak that needed that needed to be fixed before passing my vehicle. My tires are less than a year old and not a lot of miles. They said they were cracked and needed replacing. Yes it had a exhaust a pin hole that my husband had fixed before taking it. My son who is a mechanic had already checked everything before it was taken.So they called another local garage and asked when they could make an appointment. They said bring it right over.They checked the exhaust and tires before inspecting it incase we really did need them fixed.Well my van has a brand new inspection sticker with no new tires and the mechanic said my exhaust had no leak.Sadly we live right around the corner from Mavis. It would have been very convenient to have taken our cars there. But not a chance that we will go there again.

Dennis and all of his crew are the BEST. I decided I wanted to run over a hunk of metal on my way home from work. Luckily, I was able to hop off the highway and drop my MINI off with them on a Sunday night and my keys in the drop box without any prior arrangements. They got me all taken care of the same day, even though they had to track down my tires! They took special care in ensuring my AWD car was maintained and got the correct adjustments to ensure my safety and longevity. Thank you guys!

Been at this location twice , will not be going back. My latest visit was for a nail in my tire. I marked where the nail was .so quick fix, right. Nope .They pulled the truck right in, remove tire and the it sat for a half hour before the started on it. After was fixed, total time 45 min, and $50 later. Unbelievable. Not happy. Not even going to discuss first visit. Not enough time.

New to the area, called around & Mavis gave us the best estimate. I sat at the garage and waited on my vehicle and for 2 tires they had me in and out in around an hour and a half. The total wasn t too much more than the estimate and they were so very nice. We will be going back next week for 2 more.

I am writing this for my husband who had to come here for an oil change and tire rotation, the person up front gave great pricing and got him out the door super quick! He said it was such a fast and simple experience. Person up front was Dakota I do believe, this place has a load of great workers.

We have been to this location a dozen times since opening. We ve gone to them for tires, oil changes and when things just don t seem right with one of our vehicles. They are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Even for an oil change they will thoroughly check over your vehicle to make sure everything is running safely and as it should.I was there last week filling my tire with air on a rainy Sunday and one of the employees came right out and offered to fill my tire for me so I wasn t out in the rain.

I stopped on a whim just to price tires. I told them what my wants and needs were, and they were so helpful that I had them put four new tires on right then and there. My back breaks were horrible, and they came and got me to show them to me but never pressured me into having the breaks replaced by them. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Jeff and Dennis was great to work with in helping to find the right tires for my needs. Ended up having 2 vehicles getting new sneakers that day and would definitely deal with them again and hope anyone else would stop and see the gang and see what they can do for you. Thanks Mavis crew

I just left Mavis in sayre pa dealt with Dennis from beginning to end. He walked me through the process of my vehicle needs maintenance and handled all repairs. Tires brakes oil change wheel bearings lights and inspection. Great team you have Dennis you're all greatly appreciated

First rate service with flexible hours to accommodate a busy schedule. They are very professional and have bailed me out on several occasions to keep my company truck in the fleet. Dennis and his crew kept my high mileage F350 Super-Duty Truck working instead of sitting in a shop lot waiting for parts and service. If I need tires or service they always accommodate my needs. Friendly service with excellent customer service communication and quality. If you wish to eliminate work downtime from vehicle service issues Dennis and his team at Mavis Discount Tire are the answer.

Highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire! Staff went above and beyond. The Mavis Crew made my day singing happy birthday! Very fast, took a hour for 4 new tires and oil change. Definitely will be back! *recommend going on your birthday, Definitely will put a smile on your face!

honestly, i couldn t of asked for better service! got me in last minute because we blew a tire on the highway. got a great deal on new tires for the car. they went way above and way beyond for us and 5 stars isn t even enough. thank you for everything!

Great place to go if you want to waste your time. Made screw up on my original tire order, but was told to return next day around 2 and everything would be a go. Returned only to be told NO tires and it would be a day ir so before they'd be in. Told that they'd call me when tires were in. Will here it is 4 days later, and NO CALL. Will go to my regular local garage and have them do it.

Great customer service, i had a quick fix tire issue, and the guys were very helpful and friendly. Added plus, they also have kids movies available to watch on demand, kept my son occupied :)
