Staff were friendly and the store was clean. Came here for a gas cap for my 2007 Buick Rendezvous but the part they had, that was supposed to fit, didn't. It also didn't have a tether included. Ended up returning the part and getting the correct one at Advance Auto. Still a nice store but probably going to prefer Advance Auto going forward.

I went in buying some break fluid and the cashier tried getting us to buy more than we needed but when I said we don t need it she got all mad and yelled over another customers shoulder at us lol it was kinda funny tbh. But good looks lady, ur doing amazing great customer service

When my local Valvoline didn't have my headlights in stock, I called Advanced Auto since they were closest. They would not change my headlights, a simple twist, plug, twist. I then called AutoZone. They said they would change the bulbs as long as it didn't take long. I drove down the busiest street in town with blinkers on, got to AutoZone, bought bulbs, and they changed them. Thank you, Sayre PA AutoZone!!!!

Blew a brake line in my truck this Saturday while on a road trip. I don t remember the woman s name who help me but she was a shorter blonde. They let me use the tools to make the parts I needed in store with no questions asked. Wish I could give them more stars.

I realized my rental vehicle had no wipers and Andrew looked up the year of the vehicle, found the correct replacement wipers and replaced them very quickly! Excellent service!

Friendly employees, willing to help and look up information. Gave me honest opinions about batteries, and even installed it for me in the cold weather. There was even a discrepancy about a core charge mistake and they refunded it back on my card immediately. Would recommend this store to anyone who asks. Kindness goes a long way.

Customer service was awful. Member of the team was very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. Member answered a phone very rudely and unprofessional while customers were in store. 10/10 do not recommend this awful place. Tina you shouldn t work in customer service if you act this way.

I have a commercial account with Auto Zone and I sent an associate to handle a return for a customer. Once the transaction was complete there was a question about where the money would be returned when the Auto Zone associate went out back to ask a manager named Andrew, who had NOTHING to do with any part of the transaction and Mr Manager Andrew came out with a disgusting attitude, being completely disrespectful for absolutely no reason. What a disgrace to the entire store. Maybe I ll do as Andrew said when he told me if I don t like it take my charge account elsewhere.

Terrible. Polite friendly workers but super unprofessional. First girl didn't even know what she was doing, I had to go back inside and ask for someone else, second worker still struggled through it. About 45 minutes overall. It was a simple battery change, I could've done it much quicker myself.

Quick and efficient, which is right up my alley. They're even polite enough to help you carry your stuff out if you need it. Wish I could remember the guy's name, he's great..

Long time member of the rewards program. They have helped me rebuild 5 different cars no two the same. They do a great job of keeping what's needed in stock or getting it fast. Normally I eather walk out with the part I need or which of the 3 other stores in easy distance has it.

Every time i order parts from you guys I always have to make returns you give me half the right order the other half is always the wrong parts. I'm highly irritated over this when all it takes is a second to read the labels and check the computer to make sure they are all the right parts.

Managers need to retrain workers on how to run the computer system. EVERY time i go in they struggle to look up and ring up my order. The one guy that knew what he was doing is no longer there. Maybe you should hire him back and give him a raise.

They have pretty much whatever you may need to fix your car or truck. If they dont, they can order it! Even odds and ends hardware for custom projects. Staff is pretty helpful but like all of them, I think they rely to much on the computer and what it says.

This Autozone was amazing they tested my battery and alternator and helped me find out what the problem was. They did not just try to sell me the most expensive battery they made sure I knew what I was purchasing and even installed it for me. Great customer service and I will definitely come back if I need anything

Often wrong parts are provided unless part numbers are given to employees to find. Customer service is sub-par, but not terrible. 2/5 stars.

Best place to buy auto parts. Staff very helpful, will install wiper blades, free check engine light diagnosis, store is clean, attractive, well lit, easy to find stuff.
