The best, friendly and knows how to help you. Phil, actually came out to show me how to find my transmission oil dipstick. He was busy, but he helped everyone with the same expertise and kindness. Best store ever!

If your part's not in the store, they're happy to order it for you. I ordered a couple of part's for my truck and they were there the next morning! They also work on vehicles. They're a good honest group of guys, very personable, and their prices are really reasonable. Honest, fair mechanics. You really can't ask for any more than that.

Nice small town Napa location. Phil is an awesome guy! Keep it up y'all! Oh and the bolt extractors I got from here worked great! Never had any luck with these kinds of things till this set. Thanks again Phil!

Super nice people work here. They offer parts for your car, oil, filters, wipers etc.They also have a few bays to work on your vehicle. Plenty of parking. Its easy to enter and exit. Great place to go for all your auto needs.

My husband, his friend and I had a wheel bearing go out on our boat trailer 3 miles from the lake. The owner of the shop was awesome. Came and got our old bearing took it to his shop and replaced it and brought it back to us. We were stuck in a gas station parking lot for 5 hours and weren t able to go to the lake after. We thought we got a good deal when the owner only charged us $100 after he said he never traveled from the shop to do work and for the amount of time it took. My husband and his friend took our boat out and everything was fine. The second time it was taken out to the lake 3 miles from our house and the EXACT same wheel bearing went out AGAIN. We were charged $100 to basically just get back to our house.

This team is the definition of fantastic. I came from Florida and in up in jack pot 4 out of 5 years .They know the fix charge is fair, and the desire to please is over the top. I highly recommend this NAPA and their team

Very friendly and helpful people. Was at Raystown lake for a family vacation and my alternator on my truck went out. The team was very helpful in diagnosing the problem, getting me the parts, and even lending me tools to finish the job. These guys saved my weekend!

Fantastic people out here, extremely helpful. Might have to make it part of our regular vacation pitstops just to visit and hopefully without an oil leak next time.

this place amazes me sometimes, they seem to have anything your looking for just try them haha great customer service if you dont know what you need they will figure it out for you. prices are a little high but resonable

My family and I broke down in Saxton today... luckily right in the Saxton Napa Auto Parts / garage parking lot! The employees there immediately jumped to our rescue. They stayed late to make sure we could get on our way, they took us to downtown Saxton to get something to eat, and so much more. Super friendly and helpful! Sitting at a garage with 2 14 year old girls and a 9 year old boy, a broke down truck (hooked up to a boat!) for 5 hours was definitely not on my to do list, but I am pleased to say they went above and beyond to come to our rescue!

Local shop that is always willing to help you out and tells you your options openly and honestly (they've even saved me money at the expense of them not getting to "fix" something that didn't need to be fixed). The type of place we should all be taking our cars.
