Brought two cars here. The owner seemed reasonable enough, though it took him nearly three months to complete the first car and he exceeded the estimate by several hundred dollars. When I picked up that car, the rear tailgate latch had been installed improperly and just didn't work. He repaired it after I drove it back in. When I picked up the second car, all the CDs had been stolen from the car and the gas tank was empty. Won't be returning here, and cannot recommend it.

Sorry about Mr latkers poor reveiw !! I currently work for forresters . Mr latker dropped his car off @ Forresters w/o scheduling an appointment. We advised him that our schedule was full for 3-4weeks before his car could start repairs. Mr Latker said take ur time no hurry !!! During repairs the shop owner had health issues which lead to a 3 week hospital stay . Mr latker inquire about his auto while owner was hospitalized. He proceeded to call directly to mr forresters.hospital room. Also it was a merceedes and parts took 3 wks to receive . HOW DISRESPECTFUL!!!! the 2nd car we repaired had a bad battery an was left runnin on occasion to charge battery . Cd's was not stolen . Mr latker upon pickin up cars proceeded to insult Mr forrester repair ability an use profanitys repeatidly !!

The only place I deal with! Over 20 years and I have never been disappointed. Honest, reliable, and trustworthy! If Ron ever retires, I'll be lost!
