I was very disappointed in their customer service. I completely understand having to wait, but 45 minutes at a Quick oil change center. I didn t even get in. I had to leave. There is a sign reading an oil change takes about 15 minutes. I did not see any oil change taking that amount of time. The sign should be removed because it creates false expectations. Very disappointed. Bad service for a new business.

These guys are awesome! Super efficient & professional. As a female, they didn t try to treat me like a dummy as we often experience a lot of places. In & out and the prices are exactly what you expect. Plus there was a coupon on Valvoline s website. Will be back again.
