I was looking to upgrade from my previous car. I saw Lenzi's was having a blowout sale and saw a car I was interested in. The first deal didn't work out for me so I didn't get the car. A few weeks later, another blowout sale and they still had the car I wanted. I was able to sell my car and was so happy with the new deal. Lenzi's was patient and helped me get the 2013 Kia Optima. I definitely recommend Lenzi Auto Sales. They have great prices and great customer service. Thanks Josiah & Olivia for helping my wife and I get a very nice car. .

Over a year ago, I had the pleasure of working with Josiah Lenzi. Not only did he offer me almost double what the dealership was going to give me on a trade-in where I bought my new car, but the transaction was SUPER quick and easy. Because he is notarized, he managed the transaction from start to finish without me having to leave my home! Lastly, Josiah and his wife, Olivia, are awesome people! I got a great deal on my car and I got to meet a great guy! Can t go wrong with Lenzi Auto Sales!!!

Accompanied my mother to a test drive today, and although she did not end up wanting the car, the dealership experience was much better than the other ones we have been to. There was no pressure on us, the gentleman was very kind, and was even excited at the prospect of the car she did decide to go with (at another dealer) and made us feel more comfortable with that decision. He did a great job and was very professional. We actually both wish the car she decided on was being sold at this dealership, just so we could give them our business.

I ve bought a total of 3 vehicles from Josiah and didn t have a bad experience until this last time when I bought a 2016 suburban and 2 days after making our first payment the transmission went. Now I do understand not having the extra warranty however this wasn t 6 months down the road or even a year. This was 32 days after purchasing. I called to see if they could help me with this being this is my 3rd car that I ve bought with them just for him to tell me to bring it up and he could give me an estimate to fix it. Why should I have to fix a 30,000 dollar vehicle 1 month after getting it. I also get used cars may have some minor things you might have to fix but a transmission and then they leave you stranded to figure out how your gonna come up with the money to get a transmission and then pay to have someone put it in. I will never purchase another vehicle from Lenzi auto due to this experience. Maybe next time before pushing to get someone into a vehicle you want off your lot people make sure it doesn t break down in a month. Very displeased with this.

5/5! Not surprised this dealership has 4.9 stars. I have bought several cars over the years and dealt with many people. The owner was extremely professional, to the point, and honest. He made the process smooth and simple. Could not say better things about this dealership.

It was the best experience I had buying a car. From the moment we walked on to the lot to driving off with the new car everyone was extremely personable. There was never any pressure. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Owners are professional and friendly. All of the staff is helpful. The shop on site has knowledgeable mechanics. The whole place went above and beyond to get my new car perfected for me. I am extremely happy with my trade in value on my previous car and my new explorer is one heck of an upgrade. Very fair and I feel like I stole my new car from them

10/10 would go back for another vehicle. Hunter was super helpful and very knowledgeable, all great person. If anyone needs a vehicle I would say go there and ask for Hunter or anyone there. They are all around great people and help you out with any problems and help you fix them

Bob and Hunter were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and they made me feel valued as a guest. I came to this dealership because it had great reviews and I was not disappointed. The team at Lenzi Auto gets it. Thank you guys for everything.

Hunter was the quintessential salesman. He was perfect. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, educated, not twisted. It's not a "used car salesman" place. I believe these are honest people. We didn't buy anything but I've got a good vibe from them. Hopefully we will be buying soon. Go. Check em out!

Hands down the most honest and genuine people I've ever worked with in the car sales industry. I originally went in with a car I was looking to sell, and was offered more than a fair amount. This led to them working with me on a trade in to get something Ive really wanted. Josiah and Olivia went above and beyond to get this deal made for me and genuinely wanted it for me just as much as I did! I just feel like people and places like this are few and far between these days. If you are wanting to trade in, sell, or buy give them your first look!

Fantastic experience at Lenzi tonight! Olivia and Josiah worked seamlessly together to get us into a truck. Josiah worked some magic and got us within $10 of our ideal monthly payment. I so appreciate his efforts. They were funny, kind, relaxed and genuine. All traits you don't find these days. I wish I would have come to them when I was looking for my SUV!!! Cannot recommend them enough!!!!

**UPDATE 2/12/22**Just wanted to update from my most recent review. Josiah reached out to me and brought me in for a test drive and the customer service was outstanding. I was able to test drive the vehicle I was looking at, and Josiah was doing what he could to try and get an approval that met my needs. I bumped up to 3 stars for this reason. I didn t bump up to 4 or 5, because after the i went to the dealership, got an approval, in which it s supposed to be good for a month, they ended up selling the vehicle I was looking at, after I was selling my current daily drive to get the down payment for that vehicle. I m not upset they sold the vehicle, because business is business and at the end of the day they need to keep the lights on, food on the table, and a roof Over their and their families heads. What did upset was that I was never contacted about the vehicle being sold. So, what if I would ve sold my daily driver and came in with the down payment for the specific vehicle I picked out and was approved for and ready to purchase? Also to add on, my dad called the dealership to try and talk more about the approval, since he s more experienced with car buying. He was told that they d leave a message for someone to get back to him, nobody has reached out. I know this dealership has good intentions, just some rusty spots. Maybe it s me being picky. Car buying can be very struggling and the simplest things from dealerships get frustrating.**Original**One Star. You put on a credit app and then hear nothing back. Not a word. Even if someone s not approved or you can t work with them, you should still follow up and notify them. Very unfortunate because I heard a lot of great things about this dealership and was hoping to be able to work with them.

Was look for a car found one i really liked. They did everything they could to get me in that jeep. Everyone here was great even the people I didnt get to meet. It was an honor to meet all of them. And a shout out to who ever Jeremy is for the relentless hours and hard work he put in fixing my car for me. Something happened to the fan module or something they made good on my purchase and found out the problem fixed it free of charge to me and for that i am grateful. I will recommend them to anyone. Wonderful caring very easy going stuff that knows there stuff thank to all of you.

Josiah and Drew are both kind and honest with how they conduct business. They worked with us to find a car quickly that fit our needs and he walked through every option with us to help us make the best decision possible for our finances and budget. They went above and beyond to have the car ready for us. They made sure that the car was at its best by taking it to multiple servicers to make sure issues were missed. They also were not pushy about any packages, extras, or their preferred finance provider: and they worked well with our financial provider. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I had a nice 2016 SUV that was sitting in our driveway never getting used. We stopped in there just to see what they would give us for it. An hour later it was theirs. They were extremely nice and offered a very fair price. I don't plan on selling another vehicle any time soon, but I will definitely check their inventory if I'm looking for a quality used vehicle again.

Lenzi Auto provides a great experience when it comes to the important decision of buying a car. Josiah and Olivia will treat you with fairness and respect whether you are interested in a $50,000 vehicle or a $5,000 vehicle or anything in between. You have their undivided attention throughout the process and I plan on returning for future purchases and recommending this small-town dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Lenzi's is the best buying experience I have ever had hands down! They had better quality vehicles price fairly, with no haggling they got me approved on a second older truck with only $1000 down, and at a great interest rate!! I couldn't be happier and will be sending all of my family to Lenzi's from now on. Keep up the good work :)
