Honest ServiceKen and Sons always does a great job for us! They are very honest in a time that is hard to find honesty in a mechanic. They do great work and their customer service is very helpful and friendly!

2019 diesel truck, owned since new, perfect maintenance. CEL (for NoX sensor and DEF injector) and 2 TPMS sensors. Had my truck 3 weeks and $1600. Got it back with the CEL still on. I asked 3x if they felt confident working on it. Evidently not. On to the next one. They also charge MSRP for OEM parts.....I paid $475 for a $180 injector. I know they need to make a liking too, but Holy Moses.........where did Mike go?

Told me my car would be done in a week. I didn t get my car back for 30 days. Absolutely do not recommend this business. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. Called to ask when my car would be done and got the response, I don t know.

They had an organized on-boarding process that was still smooth even though I wasn't able to meet them in person. They are very tech savvy and great at communication.I had my exhaust repaired 2 months ago and it's still nice and tight. I plan on being a repeat customer for sure.Service: Exhaust

A/C needed charged and serviced on my 2013 Honda Accord. After making an appointment a week or so ago, I was on time and waited for the work to be done. With in less than one half hour the work was completed and I was on my way( with a chill in the air .) Thanks to Ken & Sons for a great garage visit. (Travis did the service). 1 day in and out repair for a few things. The prices were fair and consistent. The honesty when asking questions was above and beyond. No upselling or suggesting things I didn't need, just straight to the facts! I've been going here for a while because of the honest family owned business! Excellent and fast service. Employees were very friendly and upfront about pricing. Were able to make a quick and accurate diagnosis of my engine and issue as well as my heating issue. Replacement of my turbocharger and motor for defroster were a success. Also changed my oil and performed a thorough vehicle inspection. A pleasure to do business with. We have used Ken many times. For general repair my vehicle doesn t go anywhere else. He is fair and trustworthy. Hard to find this in todays society.

I called around a few places to get a feel of where I should take my car to get repaired. Ken was one of the more friendlier places to set up a time with and he was able to get me in right away. Straight forward pricing, no run-around. I will be coming here next time I need something done.

Very fair on prices the best mechanic I've meet and I'm glad ken did the work on my 2002 Ford explorer for me ur the best ken i won't take any of my vehicles to anyone else.

Great mechanic have not had a problem trust Ken does not sugar coat anything very honest very reasonable with prices gets work done in a very timely manner won't take my car to nobody else !!

A friendly, family business. I take my car here for inspection. I do most of my own repairs but if something was to much for me to do at home, I would consider taking my car here first.
