If you re looking for a car or truck this is the place to go, the best customer service I ve ever had. Hard to put it into context, do yourself a favor avoid the headache of shady dealers and go check out jacks motorcars for yourself!

I've been bringing my Creampuff 2000 Lincoln Continental for a few years now for service and repairs, Handsome Terry the Service manager is a very Professional gentleman, he takes time to listen to you and always talks the Truth about any maintenance or repairs. I've been treated very well over the years and decided it was time for a newer vehicle, well I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape Ecoboost with very low mileage, the vehicle is just Beautiful, I love it and the whole buying experience was so relaxing and actually enjoyable.. Mike and Ryan made my time thereVery Enjoyable.. These Guys are the real deal, they'll never pressure you...Thanks to Jacks for a Great Buying experience!!God Bless

Jack's Ford has a great staff and their mechanic shop is the best around. They take the time to talk with/educate you, they pay attention to the details, and they do the little things that make you feel like a valued customer. Their mechanic shop is efficient and has always been a reliable place where you know your car will be serviced properly the first time. I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

Nothing but problems with this dealership. My husband and I bought a truck from Jacks last year, and have had nothing but problems with it since we bought it less than a year ago. (The truck is basically brand new, less than a year old with 1500 miles when purchased). Their mechanics don t know what they re doing and now they re not interested in buying any vehicles right now, as we wanted to get rid of the truck. Vehicles also sit on their lot for a long time before being purchased. Highly suggest not purchasing from them or getting any work done here either!

Repaired my F-150 and did a wonderful job. Service was efficient and kept me informed. Very nice and pleasant. I will return with my other vehicle.

I've purchased 3 cars in the past from Jack s Ford and have continuously had my cars serviced here. My car buying experience has always been quick and easy and the sales / service staff have always been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Not to mention, the car selection is great! I will be purchasing my next car from them. Highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars I would. We wanted to purchase a car and called them at 8am. Told them we want to buy the car. Make it happen. 9:15am salesperson called and got all the info he needed. We live over an hour away and we wouldn t get there until after 3pm and they close at 5pm. He had ALL DAY to get the paperwork done for us to just sign everything and leave. NOPE!!! He did not have everything done and had to drag our 3 kids with us to stand around and wait and we didn t even end up getting the car. He wanted us to come back the next day!!! Asked for the manager and he wouldn t even come out to talk to us. Terrible service. I would not recommend!!

This place has to be about the absolute worst experience I have ever had when shopping for a new vehicle. I will not go into a long story about what happened but let's just say I contacted them 3 days in a row and sat in their lot for an hour and a half waiting for someone to talk to. Nobody showed up or called as they told me previously this day. I would NOT reccomend anyone buy from there and I will surely advise anyone I know to stay away as well. They lost a guarenteed sale. I am already enjoying my new F250 from someone that actually wants to sell vehicles and assist their customers.

I had a 725 credit score an was told I couldn t finance a car from JacksFord when really I don t think they asked any banks it dropped my score 6 points so I left with no car an a dropped score the same exact day I got approved for the same car a year newer and way less miles for the same exact price they was asking for and when I got the other car my score was the same when it dropped and it didn t drop anymore so I would not recommend JacksFord in Sarver, Pa (0 stars)

Got a car rental here. Nice people and a reasonably priced rental. $30 a day, but they only have compact cars.
