I rarely leave a One star review but honestly the customer service via phone here and the lack of return phone calls is absolutely ridiculous! You don't leave customers hanging for 3 months! Please don't waste your time and money on their extended warranties unless you read all of the fine print.I have more to say but I'm just tired of the whole situation.You won't be getting my business back, I'm sorry to say, as nice as your establishment is.

Service dept. did excellent job on my car's state inspection & 60K mile maintenance. I trust their expertise, honest evaluation & fair pricing. Have enjoyed using their services for the past 8 years.

They were able to get my car in quickly and reviewed it the next day. I appreciate the ability to text my service tech as I usually have busy work days and so I could respond at my leisure but stay in the know about the car.

Brought my Tacoma for general maintenance. I scheduled it through online. When I arrived I stood in front of the service desk for about 5min, finally asking them whether I came to the right desk and one associate says to the other "Do you wanna take this one?" I could not believe what I heard. When they finally greeted, they asked me what I came in for. Really?? I entered everything online and does not come up on their screen?? Ive chosen multi-point inspection online but they asked me if I just want oil change. At that point I did not deal with it so just agreed to oil change only. The service itself was satisfactory

Didn't have an appointment ,couldn't make one because my wife is a stroke victim , and I never know how she will be from one day to the next. So the person who checked me in wasn't happy that I had no appointment. In fl. You don't need an appointment and they even wash your car when done.

I recently purchased a new Highlander 2022 Hybrid Toyota from Tri County Toyota. Paul Johnson was our sales consultant. My car was ordered on September 7 of 2021 and arrived mid-February 2022 at Limerick. Paul had excellent communication skills and kept us aware of the progress of the delivery. On the day of pickup, there were three items that were not factory installed and within 72 hours the extras were ordered and added to the vehicle. Paul offered us several other vehicle add-ons which we declined; we felt no pressure. The billing and payment procedure for the Highlander the morning of pickup was very simple and stress-free working with finance department's Nick Capparelli.The most surprising event of the pickup procedure was the 2-hour lesson to go over all the new technology and safety features. There was no button or dial or program we did not cover from the trunk to the engine.Paul has since followed up with us as to how we like the vehicle.I would highly recommend that if you are purchasing a car from Tri County Toyota, that you seek out Paul Johnson because he is thorough, friendly and honest.

Misleading "repairs needed", oil change etc. I get there and they only do tire rotation! For 1 hour and twenty minute wait and a hefty bill to boot. Horrible service. They clearly don't give a darn about the customer! Go anywhere else for your car repairs!!! Deception and trickery are Tri County's philosophy!

Friendly knowledgeable staff who kept me updated along the way with my vehicle servicing and even took me when I had an emergency same day. They went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of.

One star is the lowest I'm allowed to give!!! We went in for service, ( in our case, it was an oil change). We got there at 10:30 a.m. and didn't get done until 12:30 p.m. I'm NOT happy!!!

Dropped car off at 9:30. They never called. Not even sure if they checked it. Promised a return call and they never called. This after 4 attempts to set up an appointment.

Excellent service today. Went in for oil change and added inspection and it only took an hour wait time!!

No one asked if we needed anything.The. man at the service desk needs customer service training.Never smiled once.Did not offer any help.We had to ask himGot halfway home and the maintenance light came on.It was inspected last month.HUM!!!!
