After being rear ended recently I was in need of an auto body shop. After going to a few shops, when I went to Tom's, I knew I was in the right place. They took care of me and my car. Don't go where the insurance company wants you to go, go where they will look out for you. It was done earlier than I expected and they are great people and care about the customer. As much as I enjoyed the experience, I hope I don't need to see you again for body work. I will recommend you to everyone.Victoria C.

Today was the third time I've used Tom's. Very professional and very competitively priced. Dealers cant touch them. This morning my Odyssey started running very roughly. I limped it into the shop and had it back by 5pm. Now I dont have to miss another day at work. They did some exhaust work for me a while back that was almost half as much as the chain wanted to charge me. Couldn't recommend them enough.

You might think by the name that this place is owned by a guy named Tom, as I did. It's not, which in itself I find deceitful. It's owned by a woman who treats repeat customers like trash when it suits her. She was belligerent with me when I was in desperate need of their services but it wasn't an easy situation, so she crapped on me rather than dealing with it as she could have. Her conduct was inexcusable.I considered them my go-to mechanics until that incident, and even recommended them to others. Finding people that are competent and who care about their clients - new and especially old - this should not be difficult. I'd been going there for years. You never know who's decent until it's actually put to the test and you NEED them. Ms Tom failed.Know your mechanic. And never ever go to some corporate McMechanic. They will rob you blind, as corporations do. They have to. It's called obscene overhead.

I took my vehicle here for an issue with my headlights. Instead of telling me from the beginning that they were not equipped with the knowledge to fix my issue, they had me bring it in three separate times. By the third visit, my inspection had expired and the woman told me they couldn t fix my issue. I had purchased the expensive parts they advised me I needed which didn t even get used in the end. One of these parts was broken by one of their techs and they tried to hide it by glueing it back together and not tell me! When I called to see if I could get reimbursed the money it cost me for this part, the woman was very rude, ignorant and belittling. While she was ripping into me on the phone there was another person in the background laughing! I ve never had such a horrible and stressful experience with any garage and will never go there again.They never reimbursed me the money for the part they broke either.

I broke down with my company truck . The alternator was no good, within 2 hrs he fixed my truck and put a new alternator in.Very impressed and I will use them again. Mike his worker was very thorough himself and very knowledgeable in repairs.
