Aram and the guys run a good shop over there. Took some new wheels and tires to get mounted and balanced which they did with ease. I noticed a vibration and was unsure of where it was coming from right after putting them on. Brought it back to them and they checked the wheels which were good and they found a rookie mistake, the wheel hub bolts were walking themselves out! Didn t charge me cent for giving my jeep a lookover. Still chasing the vibration but these guys helped me avoid a massive problem. Cheers from a backyard mechanic

Sharon was absolutely amazing. So kind and caring. My tire couldn t be fixed but she did everything above and beyond her duty to make sure I got my spare on and set me up for service at the Berwyn store for the next day which worked better for my schedule. She made my day so much better and I m grateful for her and the service team for helping me out to the best of their abilities.

I called up to inquire about tires for my edge. The customer service rep was very kind and friendly, knew her stuff and was able to find me a great set of tires at a great price.

We got new tires here and had cars state inspection done besides oil changes and brakes rotors. These guys know what they are doing and I like the fact they take care of most of the stuff that others wouldn't. I also liked there was no push for up-selling, and customer satisfaction is something they focused the most on. I would certainly recommend making appointments for availability and to try these guys out if you haven't already! Here are the extra

The people at the Royersford location are literally the best in the business. I have been a General Manager running other peoples large businesses my entire adult life, and while I know nothing at all about automotive stuff, I can spot excellence in an employee a mile away. I have been hiring people for twenty years so I assure you when I tell you that location is running better than you could ever hope for I mean it. Sharon and Arm in particular are quite literally two of the best human beings I ve ever met in my life. I trust them implicitly and will never take my or ANYONES vehicle to anywhere but them. I rave about them frequently to everyone I know and I come into contact with a lot of people. I m sorry I don t know the tech s names or I would mention them too. Sharon and Arm always make me feel special and like they care about helping me in the best way for me. No one else could make someone happy about an unexpected 1200 expense like them, and I know they took care of me.

Terrible service with employees that lack simple knowledge of cars. I took my car in just before New Years listing EXACTLY where the issue may be, the "service" team stated they took the car apart and found nothing wrong. Here I am less than a week later and the exact same situation they were made aware of has gotten worse and my car fully broke down. Please save yourself from these uneducated mechanics and unhelpful staff and go somewhere else or do it yourself.

They were very helpful from the first call. I had done all my research on tires. They were able to get the tires in their store in three days and were able to put them on. Their cost was just below most places, but they rotate the tires every 6mths. or so. Then, a few days later, my sons car needed a battery asap, and they said they would squeeze him in. Plus, they were less than a few places I called.

Today my wife, ten year old and I were out running errand and when she went to start her car at a store, her suv would not start. Lucky, some Good Samaritan had jumper cables and got it started. I stop in and the guys were awesome and installed a new battery and had us on our way in 20 minutes. Thank you

I got a flat today. I put on the temp tire, obviously. I was undecided where to go. Checked out some tire places in the area. I saw Tires Plus was the closest. I didn't want to drive too far on that temp. I walked in, and my man (Ryan) took me right away, no wait. Thanks, Ryan. Also, thanks to the guy who came out and took my tire to the shop. I was there, 15 minutes. Gotta good price, with good customer service.Thanks again to both of you guys. I'll be back for more work on my car, that's for sure.

The manager was very rude. I was only five minutes late due to traffic and they canceled my appointment. In addition, they gave me the wrong tags for my oil change. I got synthetic but they said I had to get it changed in 3000 miles. Thank goodness I knew about cars so they didn t rip me off.

Long time customer. Dropped off car afternoon before service. Picked up car next day after car was serviced for an oil change and saw scratch down driver side front panel, passenger door, and rear quarter panel. Addressed with store manager noting that no one accepted responsibility for the damage. Was contacted by Firestones claims department. Net result was Firestone/Tires Plus accepted no responsibility for the damage and have denied the claim for repair. Told me to contact my own insurance company.Long time customer is no longer a customer!Service: Oil change

I'm so incredibly grateful for this store that took amazing care of my daughter when her car's exhaust fell off in front of their place! They cared so well for her safety and took her car to their shop and gave their HONEST assessment, and patched it enough for her to safely get home. I can't rave enough for their time and attention and care for her safety. So honest that they didn't even charge my already panic attack ridden daughter. I plan to go their again and again!THANK YOU SHARON!!!

Went there to see if they could plug my tire. The lady went outside came back and said she see the wire thread. She was a Liar, before I pulled in there lot on the flat I felt where the air was coming from. Then had the nerve to say the tire will cost $365. I kindly just asked for some air and drove 3 minutes away to Mavis Discount Tire. They fixed the problem for free. Was not trying to get over on the consumer. I hope she read this she said she not a betting women but bet that tire would not go far. Well I'm a betting person and that tire got us home Safely in Philadelphia with out your help. Thank you so much.

I've been coming here since I pretty much first started driving. The staff is always professional, kind, helpful, and never pushy. You don't feel as though you're getting ripped off like at some other places. I like the honest staff, and the good quality service that you receive here. Also, good prices for oil changes! :)

Prey on young women like many mechanics unfortunately do. Recommended over $4K worth of work. Stated that "if things go well, the price would be $X, but if [they mess up the repair job] it would be much more expensive". Had them re-explain this twice but still could not for the life of me comprehend why I should have to pay more if these so called 'experts' potentially screwed up the repair.Went to a shop down the street who didn't find even half the things wrong that Tires Plus claimed needed replacing.

I would give the. half a star if I could. The service at the Royersford TP has been steadily declining over the past year. I will no longer be taking my vehicle there. I will try one more location but I don't see me staying with Tires plus for service it's a shame too.

Worst experience ever. If could leave negative stars I would. Incompetent workers that cannot associate a different name with a vehicle. Scheduled appointment for oil leak and does not have a tech available for over a week. Caused other issues with vehicle such as failed headlight after 1st oil change. Ordered tires through Tire Rack to be delivered and installed here. Scheduling an appointment was easy and the staff was courteous enough when I dropped off the car.There wasn't any communication on the completion though, so three hours later I called back to find out it's been done for awhile. I showed up and they were somehow surprised I wanted to keep the previous tires on my brand new car with about 140 miles on it. And it didn't help that I didn't get any bags to hold the tires in. I guess I'll have to check back in a couple thousand miles to see if I have similar alignment issues that others have talked about in this forum.

I've always have been pleased with the service of this location. They're not only personable, but understanding of your needs. There have been times my vehicle has needed too many services that I could afford that week. They've worked with me on setting multiple appointments to get the work completed and spread out the cost for me.

Called Tire Plus because I have a screw in the middle of my tire. I have a tire warranty and they let me pick wherever I want to go get serviced. I called this morning (930am) and spoke with Emmit. He said they were willing to work with my tire warranty company however what I needed done was not that expensive. I asked "when can I come over?" He said "give me 30 minutes and come on over!" I would recommend this tire company to anyone that ask they are great with customer service and their pricing is not overwhelming. I will definitely be back in the future!!

The people at the store were very nice and did a good job of getting the alignment done In a timely manner. It only took 20 mins I m not a fan of the TiresPlus online experience. The way it appears online when Using a mobile device it looks likes it s offering an alignment and 3 year warranty for $90 but when I got to the store they told me the warranty was only 12 months and that the 3 warranty is actually $160. It s a bit deceptive on the website but the guy at the store helped get the cost down with another coupon so that was nice.

Tires Plus really came in clutch for me when I needed a tire change on short notice. I was on a donut and needed a new tire by noon the following day. I called Tires Plus right before they closed, and a very polite man named Emmett got me in the next morning at 8 a.m. He explained various options to me so I'd be informed when I arrived. The employee who greeted me was also very friendly and applied a 10% coupon for me without me even asking. Great service!

I had to give 1 star because 0 was not an option. A negative number would be more appropriate. I made an online appointment for a 1:00 oil change. I selected the wait while the service is performed option. I received an email confirmation of my appointment. Upon arriving, I was told they were busy and if I would leave my vehicle, there is a chance, but no guarantee they could perform my service by end of the day. WHAT??? Obviously, they do not understand the meaning of making an appointment. HORRIBLE customer service. Don't waste your time trying to go there.....

I called TiresPlus in a panic because another place overbooked themselves and was unable to complete my inspection! Emit from TiresPlus was so helpful, understanding of my situation and jumped through hoops to accommodate me right away. I came right over to the shop and within 1.5 hours I was on my way. (That s incredibly fast for a same day last minute appointment!) Not to mention, I paid a fraction of the cost at TiresPlus than I would have paid at the other place I was supposed to go to! Great customer service is what makes customers keep coming back. Thanks for being so helpful and accommodating, Emit! I ll be back for those tires I need before the winter.
