My first visit was ok. I was unsure where to go once i pulled in the garage. It was my first oil change. It was a freebie with tire rotation. I love my honda crv!

I agree with one of the previous reviewer. They charged $1.50 for windshield washer fluid and I didn't ask for it. I had just filled mine 1 day ago and they still charged me. Not really honest and it makes me wonder if they can be trusted with anything they say and do to your automobile.

I was supposed to have a $50 for when they charged my wife on a previous visit for a nail in the tire when we had a warranty. Now it turned into $35 when I finally went to use it. Also wanted to add a $684 rear brake job into my day when I can get rears done for under $300 including rotors. They have changed drastically inn the three years I have been going there.

I leased my 2015 Accord from Jamie Duffy at Piazza Honda of Pottstown. When my lease was up, I opted to buy the car. I had never leased before, so I was unaware then that the residual buyout amount is actually contractual and cannot go up. However, Jamie and the sales leadership at Piazza Pottstown apparently don't think those rules apply to them. Fast forward a few years, I'm getting ready to sell my car and had other people review the paperwork from my lease and purchase, only to find out that they marked my $15,190.50 residual up to $17,090.31. When I reached out to Jamie, in hopes that this was an honest mistake and that Piazza would do the right thing and fix it, he gave me several different stories for the increased price. These included a paint protection plan and floor matts I purchased ($888) and the price for certifying my car (~$400) oh and recommend service that was needed (brakes/tires). When I pointed out to Jamie that I didn't have that work done at Piazza, and even if I had his #'s still didn't add up, then the story changed... I was right, I didn't have the service done at Piazza, so that wasn't it. Then the story became that I was misunderstanding the deal paperwork and that I should come in and discuss it. I've had other qualified people review the paperwork. THE NUMBERS DO NOT ADD UP to anything other than lies and stealing. I went in to cancel my extended warranty and I was given a print out of my "original" deal... low and behold the numbers on it don't match any of my carbon copies from what I signed at the purchase of my car... but, more importantly they don't match the residual amount either. The purchase price on this other set of documents says I paid $16,202.31. Any way you work the numbers... they stole from me. Piazza has refused to own what they did, even after being given the opportunity to make it right and move on. I just hope that my loss is someone else gain and that if you still do business with these morally reprehensible people that you check and re-check your deal before you sign.

I had a great experience while buying my Honda CR-V. Sonny, my car dealer, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I did the test drive, and he showed me the features. Sonny is a nice person to deal with, indeed. His manager was swift in processing the application for financing and a fantastic person too. I highly recommend Piazza Honda of Pottstown.

I had my Honda towed there because it was a Honda dealership and it was nearby. This was a mistake. They tried to rip me off with a ridiculous price quote. I referenced the issue with the dealership that I bought it from and they agreed it was gouging. I also called an independent mechanic and this person agreed I should get the car out of there after such a ludicrous estimate was given. Save yourself from having this place charge you far more than you need to pay.

BE AWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $1.50 for washer fluid even if your fluid is full and not needed. They automaticaly put $1.50 on your bill. Makes you wonder what else they will over charge you for, or not needed services they say you need????

Great experience. As soon as you pull in the carport they greet you in a friendly manner. Check in is easy, nice reception room with free coffee pretzels and Wi-Fi. Easy checkout.
