These guys are always fantastic. Thank you Mark and the team at CJ s. There are none better. We have been coming to CJ s since 2007 and will take our car nowhere else for service. They are honest trustworthy and do a great job. Thank you originally Scott for getting us to come here.

Good price on tires but slowest service on earth. Expect to wait hours for your tires to be installed. Your time is not worth the price difference. Go to Creamery and get amazing service, fast, from people who respect your time as much as theirs.

I was not impressed with the wait time that I was advised along with the customer service. I had a screw in my tire and when I called first thing in the morning at 8 AM they said it was first come first serve so I got there before 830. I was the second one in line and waited two hours. In the meantime people came after me and they were serviced before me.There was six staff And only one was working. The rest were just sitting around. I told them I was in a rush cause I needed to get home to watch the kids so my wife could get to work and they made no effort to accommodate. I ended up just leaving after waiting two hours after the 60 minute wait time I was promised. Mavis tire for the win!

I came in with the wife's car needing a battery - Mark the manager was crazy busy but got me in. I had a gift card to use and their system was down -- Mark called SEVERAL other stores and worked to get me rang up. A+ service from Mark - he went above and beyond the call of duty, I HIGHLY recommend this location - ask for Mark - he rocks! -- and Mark thank you my wife is happy with her car fixed!!!!

You just cant miss with CJ' Tire & Automotive. I have been taking my car to the dealership. I needed new tires. The price the dealership quoted was of course astronomical. I searched for better prices online and was happy to see that CJ's had a better deal on my desired tires. I was able to save $44.00 per tire over what the dealership quoted me. But the reason I chose CJ's is because of the staff. I got a warning alert one day that my tires needed air. I did not have a tire gage and had no idea where to get air. I pulled into CJ's and asked if they would check my tires. The gentleman checked the pressures, added air and recalibrated the TPMS for me. He didn't charge me for the service and refused the tip I offered for his trouble. He was pleasant and patient and friendly. When they replaced my tires I got that same friendly service and the work was completed in the time they estimated.

I ve gone to most of the big names in big box tire chains and CJs ranks dead last in customer service and competence. I provided CJs with wheels and brand new TPMS sensors for the most routine of services- mount, balance and install new tires. Unfortunately, there was a rather obvious leak that rendered 1 of the wheels completely flat by the time I unloaded them at home to put back on my car. Unsure why this wasn t simply tested before the wheels even left their shop but I understand mistakes can happen. Upon hooking up my compressor it was obvious there was air coming from the valve stem seal and was verified in seconds by spraying soapy water.I returned to CJs disappointed but hopeful they would make right what they made wrong. They immediately tell me I might need to buy a new TPMS sensor and they can t take my loose wheel while I wait, so they can fix their mistake, because they have a car on the rack . No apology for the inconvenience, no admitting to there mistake, I have to wait but they ll give me a call, okay I receive a call over 1 hour later. We might need to order a whole new TPMS sensor this didn t make any sense. I asked them if they had a service kit to just replace the valve stem and they tell me they ll figure it out and call me back. After 2 hours with no return call and a dialogue that did little to inspire my confidence I returned to find out what exactly was going on. It was ready, sitting in the shop and after another wait , aggressively rolled out to me after my 3rd and final visit for a simple mount and balance. No phone call to inform me it was completed, and absolutely no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience they had caused. I m just lucky I didn t get stranded with a flat on the side of the road, because that very well might be your reality after entrusting CJs to ensure your safety rolling down the road.

I went to just get a plug in my tire, was told it was going to be at least an hour. I understand I'm not the only customer and that they were busy, but an hour seems way too long. I agreed and waited, but ended up waiting over 2 1/2 hours! Come to find out that one reason was they lost a customer's keys which was the bay they use for changing and working on tires. While sitting in waiting area listening to the employees checking in and checking out other customers, saw a couple customers come in after me with small tire issues like me. Watched as they stopped working on cars that were ahead of me to help them out even though I was there first and told a time frame. Also listened to an employee check a customer out that was told extra work needed to be done but never notified them prior to completing it. So they were unexpectedly hit with a much larger bill then expected and originally told. I have been here a couple times in the past and never had this kinda issue, but with everything that I had to experience with the very long wait, watching customers come in after me receive service before me, losing a customer's keys, charging a customer without notification of extra work to be done, and having to wait 2 1/2 hours I won't come back. I know my $30 plug is not making or breaking there business, but with continuous service like this i won't be the only customer willing to take my business elsewhere.

Was pretty disappointing when I picked up car. Was quoted 1200 bucks to replace an axle and two trans lines. Was notified the axle was fine so bill would be lower. Got the bill and it was over 1300 bucks. Not my usual experiment with this shop.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to CJs for over 10 years. They re a great place with honest employees and a points system for earning money off future services. Overall, CJs tire is a fantastic local car shop and we are grateful!

Awesome customer service. They were able to change all four tires within a half an hour of closing time on a Friday night.

Excellent service again! Brought my Fathers Jeep Cherokee in to replace two tires and a rim all of which I purchased elsewhere. They did everything expected and even mounted the spare back underneath the vehicle. Couldn t really ask for anything more!

Good quick and efficient service, we got a quick appointment on very short notice for state inspection. Used their service for the very first time and will definitely return next year. Our car gave check emission system error a day later but these guys fixed it immediately for no cost as it only needed a display program reset. Thank you Mike & Team.

I needed to get a tire repaired that i had taken off our E250 van. It was leaking air. We had gotten the tire from CJ. Time is money in any business but I had to wait 2 hours for the repair to begin and finally got out in another 30 min. Got back to the warehouse and decided to check the pressure before mounting it. Pressure was 40lbs, a full 35 to 40 lbs less than required. Not complaining about the $25 for the repair...just the time it took to get a repeat commercial customer back on the road and the inadeqate attention to the correct pressure.

CJ's-Royersford, they were able to get me 4 tires and in and out of the shop in a timely manner. Their prices fit right in my budget. The office and waiting areas were clean. The staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend CJ's

CJ Tires in Royersford has no compassion for people. I was out with my wife and 10 year old son when her battery died. Lucky I found a Good Samaritan who was able to jump us. We drove to CJs where I explained my situation and they said sorry I have No appointment and cannot help you. I been a loyal customer and send all my friends there. Not any more. I am taken my business elsewhere. The custom care link does not work

my partner and i came here for a new tire due to another local company putting on tires that weren't the correct size. the guys here are awesome and beyond helpful! they were able to help us figure out the correct tire size and were nice enough to put the tires on hold for us. they're definitely 10/10!

The place does not take appointments. I went in for a flat tire. After a two hour wait I am told there is good news and the tire just needed repair. When I walked to the car the spare was still on it and the flat tire was in the trunk. I went back in to find out there had been some miscommunication between the people who work there and the tire was defunct. I was told that they did not have a replacement tire (for a Honda Civic!) and it would be in the next day mid-day.... no thanks. The waiting area is however quite nice, but my visit there was a complete waste of time.

I made an appointment on their website or at least tried to. When I arrived I was told very rudely I did not make an appointment because they don't do that which is not the case as I have an email proving I did it. If that is the case then take the feature off your website, you just wasted my time so thanks for that. The guy clearly could have cared less which is interesting, just sad to see how poor the customer service is considering there as so many other places I can take my business for a routine inspection. I would advise going elsewhere unless this sounds like an experience you would enjoy, customer service and just being nice in general doesn't seem like something they do at CJ's tires of limerick

We used to really like CJs in Limerick and went to them often, which is why I am surprised that I have to write this review. They have always in the past been fair, honest and timely. I recently took my vehicle there for inspection. They stated that it passed, although that I needed front and rear breaks, that they were very low. My husband took them off and they were 2X thicker than they had told us. He called to see if they were measuring in 16ths or 32nds. Breaks are always measured in 32nds. We were told the front pads were 3/32nd, but we measured them closer to 8/32nd; on the rear we were told were at 4/32nd, but we measured closer to 10/32nd....my husband called to provide the feedback as he took the time to do the brakes himself and he was surprised that the car needed them...resulting in replacing them earlier then needed (since he had all of the tools out and took the time to remove the old pads, he decided to replace them since it's a very easy job for him).Attached is a picture of the rear brakes with the new ones on the left and the old ones on the right...note, the side that contacts the rotor is on the right - but you can see how much is left on the old pads - they had a lot of life left in them.Glad it only cost us $105 for high performance parts and 1.5 hours of my husband's time instead of the $720 that they wanted for an EARLY brake replacement.

I did like this locations nice large area when waiting for your car. The people working at the desk are always very knowledgeable for any questions and are transparent about anything that needs done with your car along with the time it would take to fix and the price. That s always great for the customers. And they flexible too!

If I could give them a 0 star review I proudly would. Took my 96 bronco in for an alignment. They claimed that they wouldn t touch it because the steering box had too much play . I took the truck, last week to an extremely reputable performance shop that mostly works on 90 s fords. You would think that they would have let me know if there was an excessive amount of play . I ve owned plenty of these trucks and have replaced steering boxes. A steering box will not prevent you from aligning a vehicle. Just another shop that hires a bunch of votech dropouts that don't know how to work on anything older than an 06 civic. Truly embarrassing.

Perfect! Great price, work done on time and great communication. This is our go to place when the "free" from the dealership offers run out. Always knowledgable and fairly priced. No surprises here, and that is important!

Daughter's car went in for a repair on a slow leak in the tire. Upon inspecting that tire, found that it couldn't be repaired, decided to get 4 new tires, found out the wheel was bent, CJ's coordinated sending it out for repair. Pricing was competitive, and the staff was honest, super friendly and patient. Would highly recommend.

They were the only ones within miles of us willing to service the tires on our 20 foot motor home. They did a great job. Mark and Andy great to work with. Currently using competitor but that will change.

Very professional and attention to details. They were very kind to explain the problem and the solution with ease. Went over and beyond to gauge my other car which was not part of the service free of charge. Thank you guys.

I'm new to CJ's and I think they did a great job. They were professional and courteous when answering my questions. The people I talked to were very friendly. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable looking, not your usual looking mechanic's waiting area. I would have given 5 stars but my engine light is still on and I'll need to bring it back. I give them a big .

I was confused during payment. My car was exempt from emissions, but rather than give ne the exemption sticker they charged me for the full emissions test, then proceeded to tell me they were the most inexpensive. They did not seem to understand i didn't need the full test.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Understaffed and still got my repair done same day. Reasonable pricing, drop off, and pick up process.
