Best customer service I've ever had at an auto parts store! I figured my battery was done when it wouldn't start in the morning. They sold me a battery and changed it in about 10 mins! I'm so great full

I ve been standing here 25 minutes in front of employee talking on the phone about clear coat just put them on hold for 30 seconds and check out your costumers came in for a box of connectors for gods sake

If you are a woman and you need a little help with your car you one million percent should go to O reillys! I just had to add some transmission fix to my sealed transmission which I had studied and learned a lot about just needed some help locating the tools and such in the store. Well I went to advance auto in rostraver and everytime I go there almost every employee acts like they can t be bothered to help you with literally anything and they just make you feel like you are inconveniencing them so I m staying far from there. Then I tried Napa where there was a very kind man who seemed like he was going to help me but then proceeded to very subtly tell me I can t do what needs done and to take it to a shop, so scratch that place too. Then the men at O reillys are so helpful and don t add their irrelevant opinions of what you can or can t do and didn t make me feel like a second class citizen! BTW I got the job done ALONE.

Placed an online order, got an order ready for pick up email. When there to pick up my the order. They proceeded to tell me the order wouldn't be ready till tomorrow. They do not know anything. Will not be shopping there anymore

Never wear mask at this place and most employees don t know anything about cars just being Cute.And very unfriendly Prices are high
