Went there because I thought I needed a new battery in my garage door opener which I didn't... it was another issue now also fixed. The male salesperson on duty that night was kind of enough to actually put the new battery in it because if I would have had to do it ... I would not have had a clue on how to do it!!

I had the windshield wipers on my Honda CRV not turn off. I asked if the staff if they could help me turn the wipers off so they wouldn t drain the battery overnight. The staff, especially John, were able to get the wipers to return to normal operation. I am especially grateful to these gentlemen for taking the time to help me. Thank you many times over.

Worst place ever. I dropped off a UPS pkg and the guy said to leave it. And he'll process it that he was too busy to help me. It's been two weeks and still the shoe company has't received them. be careful leaving your packages always get a receipt. I usually do but this the one time i didn't. Either they're thieves in there or just put it elsewhere. If you can't be bothered to do your job then quit! Also I'm tired of being flirted with when I drop packages off or need something. I'll go to another trusted retailer. UnprofessionalSo I'm paying for shoes I don't have.

The workers were so kind and welcoming! I was filling my coolant in the parking lot and went back inside to purchase a funnel and an employee let me borrow one that he had. He even wrapped it in a paper towel so my hands didn t get dirty from holding it. I loved the energy at this store. Will definitely be going here for all my car needs!

Thank you, John, for your excellent customer service and problem-solving. We were driving in a 1980 Chevy box truck and received excellent, patient, friendly service and we appreciate it greatly.. If we had not received that help our trip to Colorado would have been delayed indefinitely ... Or cost us tons of money in lost oil. Advance Auto seems to hire individuals with great auto experience. This is not the first time we have been saved by an advance auto employee. Thanks again, the food truck made it to Colorado!

Very nice staff! Kind and helpful, a man came outside, diagnosed the problem on my truck with his computer and got me the correct part at a good price.

Nice store but the workers need attitude adjustments, not friendly at all, tried talking to them about my problem and they showed zero interest.

I've been here three times in the last month and every time, they're just rude and treat you like you're inconveniencing them for anything. The old men just huff and puff anytime you return a borrowed tool or ask for parts as if it isn't their job.. I don't quite understand it. And people complain about the younger generation not wanting to work.

I needed to grab some rotors for my SIL and a few other items. I'll admit, I know little about vehicles and there parts. The employee was super helpful, found everything I was looking for for me, and even offered to carry the items to my car- at 930pm. Advance is usually my go to, they usually always have what I need and when they don't have it-they order it for me. Can't complain!

I was on Route 70 and was able to feel a difference in hauling and stopped here.. I needed trans fluid and 2 new hose clamps..I was able to park a F250 Superduty & 24' trailer safely in the lot.. If the lot is full, there are several options for parking and can accommodate larger vehicles..All locations have the same inventory, however the staff I met in this location were able to understand their computer inventory and were courteous and efficient..I spent less than 10 minutes in the store, another 10 in the lot, and was back on the highway..This location is seen from Route 70, has fuel, food, lodging, a Wal-Mart, Lowe's, and numerous small stores..Highly recommend for local residents and traveler's who need to make on the road repairs..

Couldn't start my car. Typical clicking noise.Buddy got me a jump, and on my way to Advance Auto Parts. Guy tested my battery which was over 5 yrs old and registered dead. Bought a new one $222. Lol, last time I needed a battery they were around 55 dollars. Ty to AAP, great job.

Guy just helped me upgrade my blades since I was just down west Mifflin location and the blades they installed there flew off while driving not even 10 days after purchase

Good enough. They don't always have what I need and I'm not looking for anything all that special. You normally have to wait a few minutes to get a parts guy. Prices aren't great but if you don't want to wait for any online order to show up, then it's not that bad.

VERY very nice and helpful. Took the time out even know that they were closing at 6 and it was 5:55 pm on a Sunday. I was very happy with the manager and the employee. They even changed my wiper blades I didn't even had to ask them to.

Came here for a 2nd opinion trying to read the error code for my check engine light. First time an employee at any Advance Auto Parts ever handed me the diagnostic device to use on my own instead of doing it themselves. I actually waited in the store about a minute for a gentleman already using it to bring it back in. So it's not as if it was a one time occurrence. The black haired employee with the ponytail grabbed it back for 2 seconds and promptly passed the buck to me. "Just plug it in under the dash and run it" he said, after I looked confused and told him I have no idea how to use this device. Long story short, the machine wouldn't connect and complete the diagnostic. But I don't know if there was something else to try because the dude trained to use the tool was elsewhere. If only the person whose job it was to check things out could of been bothered to oversee 3 minutes of minor car maintenance. It wasn't busy, 3 cars in parking lot. Was it hard to plug and push buttons? No, but I have a '95Buick that nothing has been simple or easy to fix or check and it would of been awesome to have someone that knows their stuff help me out. When I'm working cooking steaks I don't hand a customer their New York strip and point to the grill "Just put it on and flip it". Because that's my job. Hey to their credit, I was in and out in only 5 minutes, back on the road to a different auto store.

I come here often. The service is good and they have good perks such as free battery, alternator tests. Also free code reading, battery and windshield wiper installations and more! The prices are ok. Ask for price matching.

Less than worthless. They don't even check packages in. A sad excuse for a service. Wouldn't buy car parts from them either.

The staff at this Advance Auto is so friendly and helpful. Took my return with no questions and came outside in the heavy rain to put my new wipers on without complaint. I always go here for any automotive needs.

The guy at the store was a great knowledgeable, friendly all that good stuff. The only problem was the website said they had parts at the store available for purchase and pick up that wouldn't even come up on the store computer. I went home and ordered it online from NAPA.

Good folks working here, they gave a lady that 8s very knowledgeable. Since taking over car quest parts advances selection has gotten better. It is decent.

Great place for parts and I would much rather give them business than Wal-Mart across the street. But their customer service skills are horrible. The guys behind the counter seem pretentious car owners who just don't wanna be bothered by the rest of the world.

I like this store a lot , the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, bought a battery online yesterday went in 10 min later to pick it up, they already had it ready. In and out very convenient.
