I live in Va and this is the second time I have purchased a machine from this company, the employees are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They gave me a great trade-in for my atv and I purchased exactly what I was wanting. They have exceeded my expectations again and when the time comes to upgrade again Mountain Extreme will my go to! Thanks again!

All of the staff were super happy and friendly we showed up like 30 minutes before they closed and they started for almost an hour after close helping us. The one bike we bought just want running right so they kept it a cpl extra days to make sure everything was working and running properly. Then they delivered the bike to us. There's not many options living in a small town but for me I'll always ship thru these guys. Thanks guys

Great experience love the dogo that offer there assistance. Straight forward prices significantly under other dealerships in Pennsylvanian, and have a inventory. Easy to get ahold of if you got any questions and definitely not pushy or try to upsell things you dont need

Mountain extreme has treated me fair. I went there to try to trade a high milage machine and Justin was very fair to me. The transaction was very smooth and simple with a good price on their inventory. I would recommend purchasing from them.

No need to go anywhere but Mountain Extreme for your machines. Every employee is very knowledgeable and they go above and beyond. Best selection of equipment, best staff and best prices. You will be less satisfied and spend more $$$ if you go anywhere else. Thanks again guys for making it so easy.

I recently bought a new Defender HD9 off of Mountain Extreme Powersports (MEPS). With the pandemic its a weird time to buy a vehicle like this, but the team at MEPS made the experience easy. When it came to trading in an older machine there were some mechanical issues they discovered when they got it into their shop, but they held their trade-in price that they told me over email, that made the difference in my buying experience. The office staff were great to work with ahead of time as well a during the process. The shop crew that went over the machine with me was excellent, friendly and walked through everything I needed to know as well as things to be aware of as a new Can-Am owner. Overall a great experience and they did their best to make a buying experience during the pandemic, when there isn't inventory to come by, a pleasant experience.

I left a very bad review they must have deleted? Not surprised! Anyway, I would not have them work on my machines! Maybe they can sell, but service sucks!As asked, I did personally reach out to you, you didn't respond. Maybe you accidentally gave me the wrong number?

Justin, John, and Jennifer were amazing to work with from initial conversation to closing of sale and even afterwards! We bought two 2023 Outlanders and couldn t have been happier with our transaction! We will definitely be coming here for all our ATV needs in the future!

We traded in our machine on a new can am.and the experience was Excellent.The people.very honest and friendly.answered all my questions.and was true to there word. We got a decent amount for our trade.right up front with us. We love our new can am commander xt was everything Jon and Justin said it was.very proffesional service.I also wanna thank Jennifer in financing.and there service department Earl and his crew really know there stuff.thank you, John and Janice Frantz. ps..we will be back need some asceories.

I will definitely go back to buy anything off of these guys, they are Fair, Honest And bend over backwards to make sure all your questions are answered. My sales person Earl is a hell of a nice guy and stayed an hour after hours so we could see the sxs we were interested in and answered any questions my wife and I had. Thanks Earl for the awesome experience and you have a Customer for life

So I ordered new tires for my bike and wanted them installed and was quoted 550 dollars. And was told it would take approximately an hour to change. I rode up and got there at 3:30pm and waited the tires are Dunlop Q4s same size as the ones I have on now and they got the front on fine. They got the the rear and got the tire off but couldn't get the new one on. After two and a half hours they closed and I had to call someone to get me me to take me home. And they got it on the next morning and I had to be driven out there to pick it up and was charged for an hour and a half labor.... because it's my fault they couldn't get the correct size tired on the rim and tries to blame the tire. And then tries to put my old tire back on when it was damaged being taken off... poor experience unfortunately tires feel great but service was a little lacking.
