Beware every word he says is a lie. Remember, IF THEY HAVE TO TELL YOU HOW HONEST THEY ARE ?He says there are two other salesman, none, won t be there tomorrow is anyway, is driven 200 mile yesterday no sir the brakes are super rusty , besides they won t release, couldn t have driven it, said 160k web says 190k dash says almost 195, says cash only but the other guy there is getting financing papers, said it was driven home from Virginia yesterday, no, I been watching it a week, it s like even someone who is not a preacher can lie better than that .

my first time working with a dealership and i m so happy with the experience. chris was very patient and communicative. one unfortunate thing that happened though. on my way home after getting my vehicle the fuel pump broke and we couldn t figure out why. luckily chris was willing to take it back to fix it for me :)

Every time i contacted Chris at Smith Family Car Store, he answered on a timely manner. Every question i asked he gave me a straight truthful answer. I knew everything about the car before i even came to look at it. He even went on to get the car inspected the day i came to pick up/ purchase the car. I highly recommend this great family dealership!!

I m thankful to of found Smith Family Auto repair shop while visiting my family in Arden, NC. They helped me to quickly repair my ABS system at a fair price and in time to travel back to Florida. I appreciated their availability, communication, pricing, and honesty. Also, I paid and cash and a bill got stuck to another. They called to let me know I overpaid. Its great to find Christian family-owned business.

Very poor business practices. I asked about a vehicle and the owners wife said it was still available, and to call back Thursday(this was Tuesday). I offered to give her a deposit over the phone and she said they aren't taking deposits right now due to covid 19. I had a gut feeling to call back Wednesday and when I did the owner answered and said someone is coming to put a deposit down on the vehicle. I told him that his wife said they aren't doing deposits right now and he said that they were. So he did give me the chance to come look at it to see if I liked it but NEVER mentioned about a deposit. So he calls me and says I need an answer and asked if I left a check in the car. And of course I didn't because I was never told I needed one. I live 1 1/2 hours away. Very unprofessional on how it was handled. I will not give them any of my business.

We bought a 2009 Volkswagon Routan with a supposedly clean title. We paid $8,000 for it last March and We've had nothing but problems. On our way home after we purchased it, the kids tried putting the window down and it wouldnt go. Then When summer rolled around we found out the air conditioning didn't work, we thought it just needed charged but no had to take it to the garage it had a hole in the hose. I'm very disappointed!!! Now just a year later it needs a transmission and so many other things.

I just bought a 2019 Nissan Frontier truck from Smith Family Car Store ...After looking for nearly 7 months I almost gave up on my search for a affordable truck ...I wanted a few options that seemed to be unheard of in my price range ...Then talking to Chris and Holly one day Chris said let me see what I can do I am sure I can help you ....sure enough in about 2 months Chris came through for me ...My truck is even better than what I imagined ....This family owned and operated business might get a little hectic sometimes but you cant beat their loyalty, kindness and devotion in serving their customers....Believe me it is worth the wait ...I love you guys !

This Dealership is a Joke the owner is a complete Snake in the Grass his stories change every time you talk to him & Lies about the cars.... don t buy from this dealership the 2017 dodge van he got in for trade in for only 12,500 & said the most he could for it was 13,500 he has it listed for 15,999 & he famous saying is I am as honest ask they come . He is Pinocho s cousin

Was sold a vehicle with a bad transmission and the dealer (James Smith) knowingly did not tell me. I think the codes was cleared from the vehicle which made it look clean running. I have to give them star to post this but I give them a zero

Got super clean 1996 Toyota Tacoma from them. The owners where nice people and worked with me on being able to set-up a time to do the title work.
