WOW! my car looks absolutely amazing! Not only did they make it look better than new they provided me with constant updates - I never had to call them once for a status update. There is really no other place to go in the area - we have always gone to Ron Wise but my latest experience with them was extraordinary. I especially want to thank Jamie for his constant updates - you guys are really the best.

Ron Wise Auto Body did an amazing job repairing my vehicle! They even detailed it perfectly, it looks brand new! The whole team kept me updated and we're very professional. Vince, Melissa, and Jamey will take great care of you with whatever you may need!

Jamie and his crew are absolutely fantastic. I had a good bit of damage to the passenger side and my windshield needed to be replaced. They coordinated and worked with a third party to get everything fixed. They were super friendly and timely. I highly recommend working with them. Thanks Jamie!

I am SO pleased with my experience! I ve had a run of bad luck since moving to Philly, unexpectedly blowing a tire out on the highway and causing further vehicle damage has been one of the most inconvenient parts of that. The work at Wise was done quickly and very well with excellent communication throughout the process. I would recommend this business to anyone needing car repairs and will definitely return if I need work in the future. The cherry on top was the detailing done before I picked my car up! Knowing I could drive safely in a clean vehicle after the stress of the accident was such a relief. Thank you so much to Ron and the team!!

This was by far the easiest experience I have ever had with my vehicle. When I dropped off my car, my rental was there ready for pick up and they were very quick and communicative with the fixes on my vehicle. The auto body even went the extra mile to do additional touch ups on my car to make it look new again. I m extremely pleased with all the services provided and I will not go anywhere else moving forward if I m ever in the situation that I need a collision center again.

They did a terrific job on my 2022 Nissan Leaf. They replaced the whole smashed front end, detailed and washed it. They even washed out my coffee cup, so I didn t find an interesting mold garden. They worked with State Farm for a seamless experience. And, most importantly, they are very very nice!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Jamey was great- he explained everything in detail, kept in constant communication with me and before I knew it my was ready. He went above and beyond! The will be the only auto body shop I will use moving forward. Highly recommend!

I was very upset when I got in an accident resulting in front end damage on my brand new car. I cannot say enough about the top notch service I received at Ron Wise. From the start, they told me they were booking out to the end of January. I was apprehensive because of that timeline, but their reputation speaks for itself and I was adamant about having the work done there. Marcus assured me that if at all possible, they would get me in sooner. Here we are, not even mid December and I ve had my car back for a few days. The entire process from start to finish far exceeded my expectations. The owner, Ron Wise called me every couple days to keep me in the loop and give me progress updates. I work in auto parts and know how difficult it can to get parts in right now so having him check in and simply say still waiting on the hood, showed me that me and my car, were a priority. Every time I reached out, there was a friendly voice on the other line with the information I requested. They prioritized using OEM parts, as my car was brand new. My car came back to me in perfect condition. You could not tell it was in an accident. They did a truly beautiful job. They even cleaned it! Inside and out! I was able to leave my rental with them and they orchestrated pick up with Enterprise. I can t say it enough these guys are top notch!Service: Body & Trim

We've been using Ron's body shop for years. When they're done with your car it looks like new. Like there wasn't ever an accident.

Highly recommend this place for collision repair. After being rear ended, I contacted three or four in repair shops in network with our insurance. Most of them were telling me they weren t able to even look at the car for an estimate for about a month. Ben took the time to listen and offered to have me bring the car in so he could take an initial look at it and order parts to expedite the process once we were able to schedule an appointment, which was only about two weeks later. The repair was complete a day or so earlier than expected and the communication was fantastic. This process was a bit of a headache at the start, in terms of dealing with our insurance company, but it was smooth sailing once we found this shop. Highly recommendService: Body & Trim

Body shop was awesome, kept in contact with all stages of repair. Took care of all insurance, even had my car rental ready for me when I drop my car off. When returning the car just handed them the keys. They left the car beautiful, the repairs were done nicely, they washed the car and cleaned the interior they did a great job. Everyone at this business was friendly and courteous.

My name is Leon Stiles and I work for Darby Twp Hwy Dept. Before 2010 and being employed by Darby Twp Iscraped metal. My family's well being was on my shoulders and Ron Wise allowed me access to his business and saved metal for me to pick up! Without Ron Wise, I would have been lost! The best place to go if you're ever in a accident! They are kind, respectful and do excellent work. I've been hit a few times and always take my cars here. They work with my insurance company all I had to do was drop it off and pick it up when it was ready.

Can t say enough - they accommodated me with drop off and pick up, did a wonderful job on the repairs, pleasant and easy to communicate with and went above and beyond with painting two spots that had paint chipped and detailed the inside of my car at no additional cost. Thank you!

They went above and beyond detailed the interior when was not required had my car done before scheduled estimated time and kept me up to date on everything. Had to get my Kia Forte 2021's grill repaired due to someone backing into my car. Easy to schedule an appointment and the staff were so nice. Took a few to get the new grill in stock due to parts availability. Not their fault. Once the part came in, the work was done pretty fast and had my car looking like new. They even washed and cleaned the car...both inside and out. Great place and they do great work. Pictures on the wall show just how great.Service: Body & Trim

I had an insurance claim through State Farm for a torn front bumper and I selected this shop to do the work. I was surprised how professional and seamless the process was. I even got a personal ride from the owner to get my rental car because the rental service didn't have enough cars on site the morning I dropped it off. It was a mild inconvenience, made right by a personal touch (that even included a bit of history on the the historic building.) My car was repaired pretty quickly and was immaculate when I picked it up. I would absolutely recommend this shop for insurance claims.Service: Body & Trim

This place is awesome! Great customer service! Everyone there were extremely polite. They repaired my vehicle fast and efficiently! The workmanship is the best ever!! I have a pearly white car and the paint is hard to match. They blended it back so I can't even tell that my car was ever hit!! TOTALLY SATISFIED!!

This is an excellent family-owned shop! They do great work and take care of all the little things for you. I was just in my first accident ever and didn't know how to handle the insurance companies, rental, etc. They walked me through the whole process and were so kind an patient with me. On top of all of that, I came back to a sparkling clean car, inside and out! Do yourself a favor and give them your business.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car to Ron Wise Auto Body following a recommendation from my insurance company. I was not disappointed. All damage was repaired in a timely fashion and the car was returned to me fully detailed. Some additional work was needed to get things "just right", and Ron took care of it quickly and without complaint.This is a family run business with a nice personal touch. I received regular updates over the phone, and Ron took care of all the negotiations with the insurance company and adjuster so that I didn't have to do anything.I hope I won't need to have accident damage repaired ever again, but if it becomes necessary I will certainly consider going back to Ron Wise Auto Body. I have no hesitation in giving the firm a strong recommendation.

Ron's shop is wonderful! Everyone is extremely helpful and so nice. They really make dealing with an accident a non stressful process. Kept me up to date on the progress of my car & even loaned me a car while mine was being repaired. I can't say enough good things about Ron's shop! Highly Recommended!!

I can't say enough great things about Ron Wise and his business. I was referred to Ron Wise Auto Body after my car was involved in an accident. They told me exactly who to go to for an estimate and then immediately took my car in that same day. They were understanding of my situation being that I wanted my car in the best shape since I drive my 5 month old son in it daily to and from daycare. They called me with updates and helped with my insurance company. When it came time to pick up the car, it looked brand new and was even clean and washed. I could not have had a better experience than this. I will only be going to Ron Wise from now on for anything I need. Thank you again!

I just had the most unpleasant conversation with Marcus over our claim. I spoke with this shop on September 30th to schedule repairs for mid-November. Transferred the claim to them from another shop based on their representation that the car would be scheduled for repair in mid-November. Now they tell me that the earliest they can repair the vehicle is January. Based on their mistake, they are making me wait 2 months. This claim has been with them since September 30th.... this is ridiculous.

I've been here multiple times with different cars to have various work done and have always left impressed. On every occasion the cars looked brand new after the body work and mechanically, felt safe. Additionally the shop works with nearby Enterprise car rental, which does a great job.I was referred to Ron Wise Auto Body through a co-worker, and also an old friend. I only wish I'd asked sooner.

Amazing work on my car! Ordered the parts and called me when they are in. Help set up a rental so it was waiting for me at the shop. Called the rental company to pick up the car. I have used Ron Wise 3 times now and have never had an issue.
