Very nice and friendly people....from Mary who answered the phone to the really cool Eagles fan manager (didn't get his first name) who fixed the mirror on my RV. He and I had a really nice chat about his Eagles and my Cleveland Browns as he repaired the mirror. I'd highly recommend this company....thanks again!

Having your car towed sucks. However, Kim at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting my car out of the lot. She helped explain the process over multiple phone calls and gave me assurance that I won t lose my car. I am extremely greatful for her help. Moral of the story, if you re going to get pulled over and towed, make sure it s near Verone s

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Verone s collision. The work they did on my truck is amazing you can t even tell it was in an accident. The staff and owner was wonderful to work with very helpful throughout the whole process. They treat you like family and they treated my truck like it was there s. Verone Collision has done it again! They always come through when we need them most. My sons car got in an accident and one call to them and the took care of all of our worries. They picked the car up and handled the insurance company as well. As expected, his car looks awesome. I don't want to lump everyone in together but the lady on the phone was very rude to me.very pretentious very sarcastic. So I had a compound claim which is an accident before the accident that landed my vehicle at varone's I received an estimate for that claim and also the payout I tendered that estimate to the staff at verones and asked them for a week and a half to give me an estimate for the labor for my original claim the one that I had received the estimate for and had been paid out on all I got was attitude we are not touching your truck until State farm comes out and does the estimate for the other accident if you asked me to tender you the estimate for the original accident and I've been paid and I'm trying to order the parts and quantify how much money I will have to spend what would be your issue with providing me an estimate for that work? Being as you have the estimate you can tell the difference between the damages from the original incident and the new one I would think. I don't know who these people assumed me to be but my business is higher rated than theirs on GoogleService: Steering & suspension repair

This place is amazing. I have never been to a better body shop. Dom and Logan have the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced. They always leave a warm and fuzzy impression. Dom is soo good looking ;)

Unbelievably great work!! I was expecting to have some reminiscence of the accident, but none! and they matched the colour perfectly !!! Even small details like trim and decals were replaced perfectly!!!! Plus They had me informed every step of the process and guided me on any thing i didnt know about the process!!!! ** I kinda wish they were reg auto mechanics so I could have that aspect of my vehicle repairs covered so well also!!!But I cant say enough how well they fixed our car!!!!and how friendly everyone is!!!!

Verones took care of my wife's car when she got in an accident. They did a great job and when the insurance company was dragging their feet Verones was calling and emailing them constantly to get them to get the process moving so her car could get repaired. After the initial call to the insurance company to put in a claim, Verones told us not to worry and that they would take care of everything moving forward, and they did.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Paint repair

I got into a fender bender. I took my truck to Verone's. They reviewed exactly what needed to be done. Verone's was able to get me in within a couple days. The truck came out on time. Looked great! My truck was cleaner in and out than when I dropped it off. I want to personally thank the staff and Gino for getting my truck back to 100% and making it fun to drive and wash again! Thank you so much!

My friend's car was towed by Verone's. No argument with the tow. She was blocking a driveway. What we took great exception to was their attempt to charge her for two days storage. Her car was towed on a Friday evening, and because they choose to be closed over the weekend she was not allowed to pick it up until Monday morning. Nonetheless, they insisted that she pay for two days storage. When we pointed out that we would have gladly picked up the car Saturday morning, had they allowed us to, they agreed to waive the storage fees. But the fact that they would insist on being paid for storage fees for days when they make it impossible to retrieve your car is unethical, to say the least. They also insist on being paid in cash, and the state statute clearly says that towed cars may be redeemed for cash or credit card. So they are very possibly in violation of at least one, if not two state statutes. They might do good body work but I would never bring my car there because I find their business ethics highly questionable.

The staff is professional and nice. I used Verone's twice once for a welding Job, and another time for front end damage, where the airbags went off.The welding job I was quoted 1200.00 from one service provider, so I took it over here to get a second opinion and he did it for 300.00!That is the reason I'm a returning customer-honest price with great customer service!I highly recommend this business.

Had work done on my 2004 car and the paint matches perfectly!!! Turnaround time and price were great as well. Highly recommend this shop and I will be getting more repainting done in the spring. A+++

I cant believe how perfect my truck is they matched the paint perfectly, it looks like it just left the factory floor. They called everytime there was an issue and updates everyday. Cant say enough good things
