Flat tire on the way to Philly. Saw good reviews of Keith s shop and they were accurate. Staff were friendly and worked fast to order a tire for me. In about 3 hours or less they had ordered a tire for me, had it delivered, mounted, and balanced. I m back on the road and I have Keith and his shop to thank for it. Highly recommend. Two thumbs way up.

Best experience I have had with an Auto Repair service shop in a long time. Everyone I dealt with was great and easy to communicate with. They saved me $80 bucks on my repairs, and their vicinity to Philadelphia International Airport is key for any out of towners like myself. Highly recommend

I absolutely recommend Keith's for any work you need done on your vehicle. My wife and I blew a tire (past the point of patching) driving from Philly to Maryland and ended up stranded in Ridley Park. Keith's was the repair shop nearest where we broke down, so we limped it over there and boy did we luck out. Very friendly, knowledgeable people.They were very busy, but still made every effort to prioritize our vehicle so we could get home. They charged us a fair price and worked quickly once the tires arrived. Keith called multiple distributors to try to get the tires as soon as possible, and even recommended a place for us to get food while we waited.I have had very bad and very good experiences with mechanics in the past, and I am happy to say that this was the best service I have ever had especially given how stressful the situation was.

Needed help with some strange noise coming from the dashboard when driving on highway. Got my car fixed at a reasonable price. Glad to drive in peace again!!! Highly recommended this place!

Had a rattling heat shield making some noise. Got me on the lift in 20 minutes. Ripped it off and advised me on a few other things which I knew I needed but didn t have time for. Very professional had a great experience. Father son joint. Would definitely go back any day of the week. Highly recommend. Honest guys are doing an honest living charging a fair price.

This is the most truthful, most personable, Amazing team of mechanics. I recommend everybody to Keith's automotive. The atmosphere is amazing. When you're sitting there waiting for service, everybody makes you feel so welcomed.

Keith and his staff are great people. He does awesome work and prices are fair. He does great explaining the work done and future maintenance recomednations. I won't be going to another mechanic for a long time.

Very people friendly and outgoing all mechanics, Keith is an amazing,honest guy. Awesome and correct work performed and nothing done that's not absolutely needed and discussed with the customer first. the service is extraordinarily excellent as they go over and beyond to suit your every need with every problem you have. I never write reviews, but I had to for Keith and his team. My wife was driving home to Virginia from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia with our two year old and got a flat tire on 95. She did not know the area and we found Keith's via Google search. While I was calling I had to answer the phone for another call while it was ringing. Guess what, Keith called me back right away just based on seeing the call come through before I could call back. That is not only professionalism, but shows he is a very good human. He and his team promptly fixed the tire and had my wife on the way in no time. He had a full shop of other repairs to make, yet helped her in a time of need. If you live anywhere remotely close to Keith's shop you should go there, he is honest, fair, and has integrity. The world needs more people like Keith and businesses like his. Keith is a terrific mechanic. He and his son run a quality, caring shop that we can always trust for great service and support. We've been using him for years, and I can always trust that he'll give us great support for a great value. His hours are limited, so we recommend calling ahead.

these guys are seriously SO kind, helpful, and just warm! they were able to order a tire for my car, put it on, and PROMPTLY give me a call once it was finished just 1 hour after i d first gotten there!! they deserve all their recognition. i ll definitely continue to do business with Keith s.

I can't thank this mechanic shop enough. I was driving half way to my destination and I had to pull into this shop because my windshield wiper broke and I could not see or drive. Two men helped me. I bought a wiper blade and also they put it on for me. They were VERY nice. I would reccomend them to anyone. I appreciate there kindness and how helpful they were. I've used them the past few years for inspection. Very nice people and fast service . Very honest and they don't try to sale you services if you really don't need them. Being on a fixed income that is very important. My family and I have been going to Keith's Automotive for years, and he has never once steered us wrong. My aunt before she was too old to drive used to go to Chambersburg and get him a bushel of peaches. And he henceforth gave her the nickname "peaches".I trust Keith my car, and my mom's car 100%. If you're looking for a new mechanic this is your guy!

My experience was horrible. They charged me $12.99 per quart of oil when over the counter it was only $4.99. I called ahead and to tell them about my oil change and when I arrived I had to wait an hour for them to deliver the oil to the shop. They added certain charges that were not needed as told me my breaks were bad when I got them changed a month ago. These people are a rip off and unprofessional, I was charged $125 for a simple oil change while waiting for 3 hours. I do not reccomed this business to anyone.

Best and most trusted mechanics I've ever known! Fixes what needs to be done with no BS! Love Keith Sr and Keith Jr! Great people and great crew too! I now live in Bear, DE and miss them terribly!

I got my car detailed here earlier this week and WOW! I can t believe how clean my car came back. I m a smoker (bad habit, I know) and they were able to get rid of the cigarette smell. I ll definitely be back in the future.
