First time here - I went to get my car inspected. They were super friendly, honest, and fair, which is not always the norm for a mechanic.

I m adding this review for my 87 year old Mother who has been using Brad for the past 8 years. My Mother loves Brad! Brad takes customer service to a new higher level. He is skilled mechanic, honest and dependable!

Went in with a recommendation from a friend. I went in for an inspection and got in right away. My inspection was done in a timely manner. Last minute I asked for 4 new tires and they had it in stock! The price was very fair, service was quick, nothing was recommended that I didn t need and they were nice as could be. This is my where I m going to be taking my 2020 Kia Soul. Dealership was killing me $$$$!

We love Brad Smith's. We came here on a recommendation from a friend. Brad's isn't cheap, but they know what they're doing and they shoot straight with you. We had an old suv that had a rotting undercarriage among other things and Brad's told us it probably wasn't worth fixing rather than trying to charge us an arm and a leg to fix it. We appreciate their reliable work and honesty.

Brad is amazing! You will not find another auto repair place that is as HONEST as he is. Being a female, it's hard to find a place you can trust that won't screw you over. I'm so glad I went here for a 2nd opinion. Brad saved me from getting ripped off and saved me hundreds of dollars! I'm telling you...this is the place! The guys that work there are great too....and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing and they do it well. I will never take my truck to anyone else and will recommend this place to everyone I know. If you've read this far and need to get your vehicle worked on....do yourself a favor and take it to Brad. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Great team! Very knowledgeable amongst variety of vehicles! Very professional & supportive with answering questions of why it happened, how it happened, & how to prevent it from happening again. Also, they recommend other business/ competitors in order for the customer to compare prices and services. Morally ethical & sincere integrity for the customer. Will continue to go back to them whenever needed. They work as a Nascar pit crew! Get them in, get them out, & get it done right to make sure the customer is safe & feels safe! Great camaraderie atmosphere throughout the office & shop floor!!!

Leave your current mechanic immediately because this guy is the absolute best. Just look at the breakdown of star reviews. Zero negative and 99.9% five star at the time of this review. It's unbelievable how legit this guy is. Unbelievable. Best I've ever had in my 30 years of driving. One of my biggest pet peeves is when mechanics push for air filters and wiper blades and similar things during an inspection. Trying to nickel and dime as much as possible. This has NEVER happened here. It's so nice to have a truly honest mechanic. There might be other good, honest mechanics out there but there's NOBODY better. Go here. Now. :-)

I have known Brad Smith since he started his business. He and his staff are top notch mechanics that do great work for a reasonable price. They do needed repairs and don't push or suggest work that is not needed. They treat customers fairly and don't try to suggest extra work to line their pockets. All are very trustworthy and would and do recommend his services to others.

I have been going to Brad's for years and I always feel so comfortable taking my car there and knowing the issue will be resolved. I always get a truthful answer and everything is always taken care of so quickly. I feel like I can ask questions and not be blown off or lied too. Brad's is super trustworthy, reliable and exactly what everyone should expect with someone working on their car.

Great staff, service and a team that thoroughly goes over your vehicle without egregious recommendations that aren t necessary. They re an honest crew with integrity. Would recommend this auto shop to anyone.

GREAT GUY!! Great work at a reasonable price. I couldn't drop my van off because of an unexpected injury at the last minute. So he came and picked up my van, and dropped it back off. How AWESOME !! I tell everyone to go to Brad Smith's

The most honest mechanic in the area. Fixed my alternator for $300 less than another shop. Brad also stands by his work if something goes wrong. He s happy to make it right. :-)

I bring both my cars here and recommend them highly to everyone I know. They consistently make me happy to have my car repaired, when was the last time you could say that about your repair shop. Can't say enough about these guys they're just the best.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Brad for several years now. It is difficult to find a shop you can trust, but Brad is honest and goes above and beyond for his customers. I have recommended him to several family members and will continue to use him for all of my automotive needs.

Brad is one of a kind! He was a life saver when I needed a quick repair and was able to do an inspection and fix a broken tail light on another vehicle for less than the dealership quoted! I won't be taking my cars to anyone else.

This is it folks. This is your honest, empathetic mechanic. Car broke down couple blocks away, Brad walked over with us and got us back on the road - no charge. This guy is the real deal and will get your clunker moving. 6 stars.
