Luckily, I was able to limp my rig to this shop this morning, after waiting for them to open, they had me in and diagnosed rather quickly, now I did have to wait for repairs, but since I wasn't on the schedule, and they assured me I'd be out this evening, I didn't care. Wonderful people, knowledgeable technician, and they really did seem to care about my well being as I waited. Would definitely recommend Bowersox to anyone needing work done, and especially if you have a breakdown on 322.

My truck had broken down on 322 going up that big hill past Milroy. Managed to call the crew at Bowersox and they came right out. Got my truck and trailer towed back to their shop, and next morning had our truck pulled into their shop, diagnosed, and fixed within 2 hours of them opening up. All together one of the smoothest breakdown experiences I've ever had driving a truck these past ten years. I had broken down at 7pm, by 9 pm I was checking into the hotel in Milroy. And 13 hours later I was picking up my repaired truck. If your stuck in the area, I'd recommend Bowersox to anyone!!!

We were stranded today with our kids and dogs when our truck broke down going up a hill with our camper in tow. Bowersox and the local police were so wonderful. They arrived quickly and towed us to a safe place. We can t thank them enough. Highly recommend!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I had a hose clamp break pulling Seven Mountain, lost all my coolant.Called Bowersox, quick response and very fair price too !!Would use them again, highly recommend.

One of our trucks had a catastrophic engine failure at 1:30 pm on a Saturday. They answered the phone right away. Their wrecker was to our truck in about 45 min. Towed the truck back to our place. Even backed it into a shed for us. We were very pleased.

Did the work , photo attached , so replace this cost me 100$ ) it s plug in on electrical cable , usually cost up to 50$ to replaced ask about the price before replacing it , no answer computer down , I was assuming they would not start work until we agree on price once he fixed he told me labor 80$ plug in 20$ , I was super rush and doesn t want argue but like I said job done , super overpriced, if you have chance find other shop , find it and save money

As a small business with a fleet of trucks, I like to do our own service work in our own shop. But as it goes, we can't do everything ourselves. I have used this companies services at least six times now in the last six years. The first time it was just to get a tire after everyone else closed. They ain't even a tire shop. But they had one the size I needed, and helped me. I won't forget that. They do fine work at reasonable prices. Keep in mind that they are also a wrecker towing company and not a mega big shop with a hundred employees, so if they get a call sometimes that can mess up the schedule a little. But overall they can handle about any job. I just wish they were closer to our location.

My Sprinter van got a flat tire a couple of miles from Milroy, PA. I had a spare tire in my vehicle, I just needed someone to replace it since my van didn't have appropriate equipment for that. They came and did everything for $90. Really amazing experience. They just need to change the voice on voicemail for after hours. They say one additional phone number but it's very hard to understand which number it is.

Bowersox Truck Repair is a top notch business. When we recieved word that one of our trucks broke down, we were lucky enough to find Bowersox Truck Repair. Within an hour of our initial phone call our driver was up and running. In the event of another break down, we can only hope to be in the range of Bowersox Truck repair.

Had my truck in for repair for months, didn't call and confirm anything, didn't answer or return calls, lied about everything. Spent $3,100 for a repair that wasn't repaired. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. maybe for a tire repair because that might be all they can do right.

Awesome guys, friendly, great service competently priced. Had a wheel seal leaking, my company called Boweesox I was told to be at their shop at 8am sharp, got there at 7:45 just as they were opening up they had me in fixed billed out and back on the road by 10:30amGreat Job Guys Thankyou!!!

Horrible customer service. I called and scheduled an appointment a day ahead of time. They told me to show up at 0900 for the appointment. I got there on time, just to sit around and wait 30 minutes before anyone really acknowledged me. When I asked about being seen, they asked if I had an appointment, then proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait until they were done doing whatever they were doing, which was absolutely nothing at all...

I had a flat tire on a Saturday night when I called. They were extremely responsive and fixed my tire that night. I would highly recommend.
