My daughter had a fedex truck back into her and two days later rear ended someone. Her mirror was hanging off and drivers side door was wrecked, front bumper barely hanging on. One week was all it took to restore the CRV to better than before! We also had them restore the headlights and wow I can t say enough good things about this shop. The customer service was exceptional from the front desk woman Hailey to Neil for doing our quotes. Would recommend them to anyone in need!

Not possible but 10 STARS!!!! I hit a deer a week ago, had my headlight shattered and bumper pushed in. I stopped by the shop and got in for an estimate the next day. Neil understood that it s an old car and I m broke (lol) and tried to do it for me as quickly and cheaply as possible to get her back on the road!!! Lynn at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with scheduling and calling my to let me know my car was all ready! Neil also went the extra mile to tape up my headlight asap so no moisture would get in. Can barely tell that I even hit anything, and there s no big hole in my pocket! Could not recommend Shaffer s more

I took my car here a few years ago. I suggest you go somewhere else. Asked to buff out the swirls in the clear coat and to fix a rear view mirror. When I got it back, the swirls were still present, and you could see the scratches in the mirror were not even smooth or color matched. Also, when receiving the car back, there was dried compound in the creases of the hood and panels.I'm ashamed to say I paid and left. So amazed by the disrespect they showed my car and excuses for poor work, that I just wanted to leave and vowed never to return. BUT, now I am looking at what its going to cost to do this the right way and fix their work that I wish I just drove off.I normally don't leave reviews, but having to revisit this was enough to encourage me to tell everyone what a waste of money this place was.The photos are "After" shots.

If you want the job done right the first time you can trust shaffer autobody to do so,they repaired 2 of my high end cars with outstanding results both times,give them a call you wont be disapointed.THANK YOU

This is an auto body shop; however, I'm not from the area, and my daughter had a nail in her tire.I was recommended by a friend to come here.They do not repair tires, however, the gentleman plugged my daughter's tire and did not even charge her!!! He could have sent me elsewhere, but he did not!!! I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to this shop!! This shop cares about people!!!!!Service: Tires

Excellent service and quality of work, honest and reliable family-owned business. My family and I only go to Shaffer's Auto body for business and personal auto body works. We will wait for the open schedule to book an appointment because of the trust we put in Shaffer's Auto body professionalism.

Took my car here recently after an accident. They were very nice friendly and easy to work with. They took care of everything with the insurance company, gave me updates, and went above and beyond. My car looks great! I highly suggest them!

Incredible work in a timely fashion! I chose Shaffer over going to a local dealer with my brand new car and boy am I glad I did. Neil and Lynn are obviously dedicated to great customer service and quality work! My extensive body repairs were completed in the quoted time, and I was kept informed of the progress along the way. I hope I never need body repairs again, but I know where I'm going if I do.

Shaffer's is the Lobster of the body shop world. No spam for them. They do A1 ++ work, are honest in there assessments and, if the vehicle is a piece of hamburger ( like mine after I cracked it up) they won't waste your time or money fixing it. Recommend them to everybody.

I've had two dealings with Shaffer's, once after I was rear ended, and another after an animal ran in front of my car. They've been easy to work with, accommodating to my schedule and on the first instance when the other driver's insurance was involved, helped me greatly understand the process.

Excellent work completed on my Suraru Forester after I was rear-ended. Shaffer Autobody is the only place we will go with Autobody repair/painting needs.
