I took my Escape to the Quick Lane yesterday at Apple Ford because I was getting an (!) Symbol on my message stating that I had low tire pressure. They checked it and the message was a result of the cold weather. They got rid of the message for me and I was on my way!

Service was EVERYTHING. They got me in and got me out in a timely manner. They were nice and kind. Tim answered all my questions for me. He was great.

I was there for 1-1/2hrs and I was the only customer there other then one person that picked up a vehicle. I even asked if it would be a long wait and was told it wasn't. The best part of the experience was the very nice girl running the counter.

For quick to be in the title...it was anything but. Wanted tires rotated with oil change, they were unable to complete because they couldn't find the lug nut lock, which I told them was in the glove box, and I found after getting in my car post oil change completion.

Have always gotten good service from Quick Lane at Apple Ford... BUT, don't believe the Google Search results that says they are open on Sunday from 8:00 to 4:00...
