The wash always leaves spots missed,by my hatch and bumper area!I have the gentlemen wipe that area ,for a better wash.Plus it's nice there have vacuums running, free to use!

Good car wash, I joined the monthly club silver package. It cleans my truck ok. Went through and my step bars still had mud on the top and both sides still had whatever was on them after going through. Automatic car washes are not a hand wash replacement. Joined to get the underwash for the upcoming winter weather. I have used the packages with the waxes and they definitely do better. Free vacuums to the public is definitely an add on bonus. Customer Service is A++**Update**To the people complaining about closing early, I had an issue with getting an upgrade due to a glitch, they only had 1 employee working the carwash therefore he had to close while he helped me which I felt bad bc a couple people turned away. I recommend waiting a few minutes or checking the car wash office before pulling away.

Always open when advertised. I have found some say they have hours open and you get there and they are closed. The men and women are very nice Always ask if I need help with picking my wash. I have a large SUV. It comes out clean. Not like others that only hit part of vehicle. Lines sometimes long,goes quick. Very reasonable. Cash and credit.

I wanted to like this car wash but I was disappointed. For 14 Dollars, the mid level wash is not worth it in my opinion. There was a bunch of dirty areas left, hard water spots and one of the brushes wasn't even working. On the plus side they have free vacuums.

I would prefer hand washed. Most auto wash can't get between the cracks because it's a surface wash.Standard for auto no matter the premium. I got what I expected, until I pulled out. And God Almighty, free vacuum. That alone was well worth the wash. Thanks You saved me a few quarters.

I was in there Saturday afternoon just a couple of days ago. I was charged 33 dollars and change for the complete wash and tire shine. Got home and looked at car. It was not what I paid for. The tires looked like they hadn't been touched. I was in there previously with no problem but, this time not impressed at all. I had to shine them myself. Thus the reason for 1 star review.

Went thru the car wash, paid for the platinum package. There is still a lot of stuff including bird poop on my windshield. There is also a lot of crud on the car itsel.

I have a monthly.membership and if I lived closer to west York I would definitely go there. The vacuums barely have any suction and everytime I get a different quality of wash. Closed at random times for maintenance and construction......

For only $20 a month we can go whenever. I am satisfied with the job done but i am not obsessive about every little spot either, so i can't speak for people that want a perfect wash. As far as we're concerned it's just right.The workers are most always friendly and smiling an added bonus

Nice employees working the car wash, the West York Car Wash is fantastic, the red Lion store has a lot to be desired. The employees are great but the carwash itself is nothing compared to the West. Garbage cans full and vacuum cleaner hoses broken very often. Go West Young Man

I have used an Apple carwash subscription for several months earlier this year. I love the ease of having a clean car without stepping outside of it, further doing so while on my way to work. Each experience has cleaned my car well, I appreciate the free vacuum service as well for when I have the extra time, nevertheless I recently ran into a problem.In June I decided to spend my money on some other priorities; I discontinued my membership at the Red Lion location. Two months later, I found that they had still charged my card each month for washes I was not using. Taking action, I called in and had them cancel the membership and refund the amount. Here at the start of my fall college semester, I watch my bank statement carefully for budget purposes, only to find my membership was still active. I understand mistakes happen, but this was the third time I had to cancel my membership. I spoke on the phone to a team member by the name of Rory. He was not only helpful and kind, but he offered a refund and an arrangement of free washes when his manager was next in. I called in, later on, to speak with Kelly and although she refunded my money, she rushed the conversation and was rude on the phone. Things have been "reconciled" but I dislike the service from whoever had never canceled my membership and the poor attitude of Kelly.

I took two vehicles here. One a larger SUV and a small truck (Nissan) first, in the fine print anything other than a car is an extra $10 per vehicle. Second, I got the deluxe packages for both cars. Both vehicles had several spots that were completely missed inside and out. Third, I went to pay and they didn't know how to use one of there own gift cards. Fourth, they kept trying to over charge me. I kept my cool and didn't complain but they won't have to worry about me returning anytime.

Quick Drive-Thru Car Wash with 3 levels of wash available. Self service vacuum available as well. Convenient simple service with knowledgeable staff a good all around combination!

Price is great. Service is quick and effective. I love the complimentary vacuum cleaners. You can't go wrong with this carwash.

I brought my car in for the State inspection and came out to a beautiful, just washed car! It looked like it was new! Service is wonderful!

Love this car wash I will never take my vehicle anywhere else and if they happen to be closed by chance the dirt and/or salt from the roads can stay where it is until they are open!

Like the ease of paying online monthly for carwashes and then being able to stop in anytime! Does a decent job on my car. Could be better, but not bad.

I got a card for 100.00 for free washing but when I went to use it they said the guy that knows how to do the cards was not there to come back on Monday, this was Friday.I left there and washed it at White Dove car wash.But I had to pay there.
