Had 4 new 275 55 R20'S Continental terrain contact HT tires installed on my 2018 chevrolet silverado 1500 crew cab LTZ. 100% happy with my service. Great job. Thank you very much. These tires are sweet!!!

Took my car in for a manual transmission service which is basically an oil change.z. They charged me the same price as an automatic flush and fill. They have no service code for a manual transmission so they just charged me whatever. I asked for the transmission component inspection sheet, no oil wipe, nothing, and they stopped responding to my emails. I also asked for my GM survey to be forwarded to me which have yet to send. I have no way to even be sure the oil was changed in my trans.Services: Transmission, Oil change

First time coming in and I have to say, some of the best customer service I've gotten. Matt, Brittny, and Laura were all SUPER friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a drive from West York, but I'll definitely be stopping in again.

The nicest most professional people on the planet... I brought my Tahoe in for service and my ride showed up forgetting her handbag and money. She was almost out of gas and they actually drove with her to gas station and filled her tank up for free in her VW. OMG, who else would have done that?!? Service was awesome and fast. I left with a detail too. Wow!!!

Terrible customer service! I came here to get my vehicle maintenance and to possibly trade in my vehicle for something newer when I was greeted by a man wearing denim overalls, I felt like I was being pranked. There was one other woman in the service department who was not able to help me because ahe claimed that "everyone here has gone for the day" in a very uninterested demeanor. I don't know why the doors were all unlocked, lights on, and people working inside if they were closed. Will never come back here for service, they don't compare to the service I am used to with Chevy dealerships.
