Patrick (n 5th street HWy location)provided an informative and exceptionally helpful service! He was attentive to my car troubles, although I wasn't completely certain of the noise, he thoroughly diagnosed. Overall, their assistance was greatly appreciated and informative, making the experience positive.

Always a pleasant visit here fast service knowledgeable. Pull in signal check front and back. Fluid top off. Air filters check. Oil change. Any time of vehicle reminder check. Mine 60+ transmission flush. Other car was up for a rear differential. Thank you, everyone working on our cars, especially the one's underneath the cars

Very knowledgeable and polite staff. My visit was just an overall good experience. I especially liked that the technician showed me the dipstick with the oil level after being serviced. I would highly recommend the fifth Street location to friends and family. The way that I found them was by googling a coupon and I was also very satisfied with that. I wasn't able to find any competitors coupons that were even worth using. I will be continuing to get my car serviced at Valvoline.

A neighbor recommended this place because I'm hesitant getting my car worked on; so many tricksters. This is where to go to get service you can feel good about. They also saw something else I needed and weren't pushy to do it. I'll be going back to have that work done too. They offer coupons and the work is done in a timely manner. Glad I directed to this place you can feel good about going here too.

I will definitely start coming here for oil changes. Shane and his team very professional. I asked questions and was answered honestly. They checked things on my car that I was surprised. I only went for oil change. If only they had a tip jar. That would be great. I definitely recommend this place.

Being from New Jersey I never stayed in my car while my oil was being changed,but the guys there were great and I was done in 20 minutes,would recommend trying it out..

This was my first time at a place like this and it's pretty awesome! Didn't have to wait long, and Ben was super nice and checked my lights and tire pressure for me. Super convenient and price isn't bad either!

This was my very first experience using Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The place was bright, shiny and clean and staffed with equally bright, shiny and clean workers. I'd have to admit that it felt a little odd just pulling my car into the bay and remaining in the driver's seat while the work was being performed. However, the employees were friendly and professional, while the manager engaged in conversation with me while treating my vehicle to an APC (all points checked) experience. I was in & out in about 20 minutes (start to finish). It was so enjoyable, I went home and grabbed my wife's car and took that in for the same experience!If you're looking for somewhere to get your oil changed and have all the fluids checked along with your battery system, look no further than Valvoline. The prices are on par with the majority of other shops but you don't have to leave your vehicle and watch it "disappear behind the magic curtain".Valvoline - Pull in, stay in, be impressed!FYI - they have coupons too.

I felt compelled to write a review because my service today at this particular Valvoline store was outstanding. My service tech "Luis" was professional, timely, and a pleasure to work with. Along with the 18-point check he also checked my A.C. for free.The only thing was that I called first thing in the morning before I went there and I got a price quote for the oil change. When I went to pay for it, it was $20 more than I was quoted on the phone earlier.I was able to download a 25.00 coupon on their website which did help. This is my go-to for an oil change from now on.I love my Audi and this particular Valvoline instant oil change station. Thank You Luis!

Service was good and fast. But I requestfor tired rotation but the tools that they have there are not working with my car. So little frustrating. They need to make their place work for sedan type cars.

First time today and I recommend. As someone previously stated in a review Yes it is on the higher end price wise compared to other shops. but you get what you pay for. the 18 point check on your car is worth a few more dollars. they were friendly and helpful.I will definitely be back for service in the future.

What an absolute amazing experience!!! Luis was polite and excited to help me with my oil change. He walked me through each step and I'll be excited to go back again. The facility was super clean from the parking lot to the building.

Went for oil change. No appointment needed. Drove right up and waited about two minutes to pull in. Quick, easy, great experience. Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. Shane was informative and friendly. Will definitely be getting my oil changed here from now on.

Very Bad Experience. Had to wait 15 minutes in line with only 2 out of 3 bays in use. After patiently waiting supervisor pulls the car behind me into the next available Bay. Waited 10 minutes after that then I backed myself out of that establishment. Will not go back or recommend anyone to this establishment. Very unprofessional.

Great idea for a business. The reason that I'm only giving 4 stars is because you end up paying for your oil plus the actual oil change. It's quick and easy, yeah sure, but you're paying double the price of an oil change anywhere else.

Best experience I ve had getting an oil change. Pretty fast service, Nice Employees and I didn t have to get out of the car, it was a drive thru which was so nice. Definitely will continue getting my oil changed here. Didn t cost an arm and a leg to get it changed either, which was great. Would recommend to anyone! I liked the "remain in your car" style of oil changing. I would have liked more explanation in the differences of the 3 choices of oil, including price. I picked the middle one, which was the most expensive, not the middle-ground choice. A little deceptive but that's corporate's fault - the attendants were friendly and pleasant.

Drive thru experience was nice, never had to get out of my car. They also checked air pressure in tires, headlights turn signals, informed me that my wiper blades were in bad shape. Which I already knew. Friendly and professional "fast"...

It was a great experience. When I went around 4pm I was the only one there. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I used a $15 off code they emailed me. 5.3 quarts and a new tail light bulb came out to $50.95 I can't complain. From start to finish I can say about 17 minutes.

Depends on the time of day that you get there. Could be 10 cars in line with 1 garage bay open, or there could be 2 cars there, with 3 garage bays open.They're alittle pricey. $79.00 for a oil change, vs Walmart. Walmart is around $45.00. Both check tire pressure, turn signals transmission fluid, etc. This time around though. This guy was a, or thought he was a salesman talking to a dumb customer.He tried to sell me EVERYTHING.From a transfer case fluid change, to a serpentine belt. I asked him how much the belt was, and the price to change it. He said, and I quote"$125.00". I mean really!! I googled a price of a serpentine belt, and it was between $8.00 and $15.00 . That means roughly, that it would cost around $110.00 to put it on. All you have to do is loosen a pulley and have a small pry bar to put one on. It takes 10 to 15 minutes tops. I showed the guy, and he didn't really know what to say, except, "that's what it says when I put it in the computer". In closing, they do a good job, but they are on the exspensive side. After all, when you change oil, all you do is loosen a bolt, and unscrew a filter. I get it changed by garages because I have a bad back.They get 3 's from me.
