The service department lied to me and told me that my 2017 Elantra doesn t have an oil indicator light when I asked why the oil light didn t come on when the car was low on oil. They further lied by telling me it is normal for the car to burn 4 quarts of oil and have no oil left before the car is due for an oil change. They said that isn t a malfunction; it s normal wear and tear .I took my car there for a bearing clearance test to see if there was a potential manufacturing defect with the engine and they refused to perform the test.

Best experience I have had with a car dealer. From the buying process to the service. I text the man who sold me the car and he sets up appointments that met my hectic schedule. The men in service pulled my car up to the service door for me since it was raining. I just wish they had Saturday service hours. My schedule has gotten more hectic and I need oil changes quite often.

My Hyundai had 68,000 miles on it. I took it in due ac not working and defroster making funny noise. Everything was covered at no charge to me.
