We found a wheelchair van online at Rich s Automotive in Reading, PA for my 2 disabled sisters who my husband and I take care of and needed a van that can transport 2 wheelchairs. We contacted Rich s and scheduled a time to see the van, they were pleasant and informative. We drove 2 hours and the van was as described on the website and over the phone. After a test drive we purchased the van that day. The salesperson and owner were great and I would highly recommend this business. I felt they were honest and forthcoming. We have had the wheelchair van for over a week now and it has changed our lives. Thank you to Rich s for providing this service and your kindness throughout the purchasing process.

This is the best experience I have had in Van sales. Jeff is a great salesman. Very Patient. They even bent backwards to accommodate my needs. I hope to buy Vans from them again and again. I drove the Van all the way to Maryland and the Van is super. They put 4 brand new tires on it and filled the tank up for me before I drove it out of their lot. The Customer service here is super.

I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Rich. Let me tell you about how this came about I contacted Rich and told him I was interested in replacing my current Honda (2011). He spent so much time with me to understand my requirements . He asked about how I would be using the vehicle, about the space requirements I needed,, the carting around of kids paraphanelia (bikes, balls, uniforms - etc). I also told him I loved my Honda but it was just getting too small to hold our family as well as all the stuff necessary, and that I really wanted something that would be more comfortable on long family trips. A few weeks later - Rich called me with news that he found my car! It had all of the bells and whistles I wanted and a few which were (good) surprises! It was a color I loved and the interior was perfect. I just was so impressed with how Rich found such an exact match for me, and that it was a super, super clean car - it actually only had about 10,000 miles on it. I am just so excited with my new car. It drives like a dream and in fact gets about the same gas mileage I was getting with my old Honda. I would not hesitate to ask Rich to help me find a great car in the future! He took the time to understand what I needed and then went to work. Great customer service and beyond my expectations. Thanks Rich!

Our company is based in the panhandle of Florida, so there was a lot of hesitation doing Business with a company we ve not had dealings with and making a purchase sight unseen. However, after speaking with the owner numerous times, and looking at past reviews online, it was very clear that he was a very educated and a very honest individual. We bought the vehicle site unseen, and even flew one of our guys up there to drive it down not even putting eyes on it until well after the transaction has been done. Upon receiving the truck, it was exactly as promised. These guys are top notch, best in class, and I would highly recommend doing business with them.

Hands down, the best used car buying experience of my life. The entire staff at Rich's is both professional and courteous, and the entire facility is neat and well kept. This is not your typical used car lot. My salesman, Jeff, is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a quality used vehicle, I highly recommend Rich's Automotive.

Knowledgeable, Honest, Fast, Friendly ... Highly recommend Rich s Automotive for all your automobile needs. He has top notch technicians. Took my Subaru to his shop, they diagnosed the problem ... Subaru dealership missed it! His pricing and customer service is excellent. Will definitely do business with Rich s in the future.

A great place to buy a car! No pressure, very fair pricing on both the car and our trade-in, and the car we bought was in fantastic condition. Jeff and Rich couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Would definitely buy there again!

I purchased two cars from the Reading Rich's now and will continue recommending them to everyone I know. I bought by first car in 2007 and another one just this week and have never had a problem. I am kinda of fussy with my cars, I call for every little thing that goes wrong. They are so easy going and helpful with everything I have ever asked. They are up front with you and do not try to get you for every dollar you own like other car dealers. When fixing my car they only fix what is wrong, which is what I like. I completely trust them with any of my vehicles and know that when they are finished the car will be right, which they have proven time and time again. Rich and Jeff are amazing at what they do and Dana who is in charge of the mechanical part is so patient and knowledgeable. I just love Rich's!!!!

I would recommendRich's Automotive to everyone. The workers are friendly and very knowledgeable. Rich has worked on my 47' Ford (hot rod) pickup for many years and the suggestions, work is always right on and fairly priced. They handle all types and years of vehicles in need of service. Check for yourself and you won't be disappointed!!!

Brought my daughter s car in because the head gasket needed replacing. The mechanics were honest and upfront about the repair costs and got us the best pricing and it was all done in the time they said it would be. The total cost was actually lower than they quoted. I feel secure in the fact that my daughter is driving in a car that was fixed properly. Thank you to Rich and his staff for taking care of us!

Was recommended to them from a friend. I actually had a broken window but they gave me a better quote than other window repair ers. It was another local company that came out to fix it (mobile service) but they did a fantastic job & cleaned out the glass in my car. Shocked to see no tape residue on my car considering I used strong foil tape, & no chipped paint. Thank you!

Updated - Once again Rich and his staff provided the best customer service anyone could ask. Rich and his staff are the best. Customer service at Rich s is their most important aspect. You are treated like family. I recommend Rich s to anyone/everyone looking to purchase a vehicle and/or looking to have their vehicle serviced.

There's a reason Rich's Auto earned an A+ rating from the BBB. I purchased my car here 3 years ago and have had consistently great service when I've brought it back for maintenance. Jeff Bainbridge is the best salesman I've ever met. I got a great car at a great price (well below Blue Book), without the hassle and haggling of other dealerships. Rich's doesn't advertise with annoying TV or radio commercials, passing the savings onto its customers. The service techs are knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Rich's Auto for buying and servicing a car.

Called Rich's auto Thursday morning at 7:30 am and informed them I was a AAA member and got their information from AAA as approved and recommended facility. I was told they could get my vehicle in for repair that afternoon. Had vehicle towed to Rich's. By Friday noon I had not heard anything regarding repair so called and left message as they were at lunch. They called back 3 hours later and told me they would let me know if it was an ignition coil problem as it had no spark. Called them Saturday as I still hadn't heard anything and evidently their service dept not open. Monday morning I call again about 10:30am and they tell me it's fixed and it was the ignition coil. Go to pay and owner states they do not honor AAA discount. They are AAA certified but WON"T HONOR AAA discount on any service. Poor communication all around but my vehicle is fixed. Part cost $70. total bill $176. (not including tow)

I recently was traveling away from home and I limped into Rich's Automotive. Rich had the opportunity to inflate the cost of repairs - but instead he treated my wife and I like family - and went out of his way to get us back on the road quickly and at the lowest possible cost. He also has a well kept shop with clean restrooms! Its nice to see integrity in auto sales and service business.

Stay AWAY from this place!!!! I wish I could give 0 star! I bought a 2010 Ford Transit Connect from Rich's Auto Sale in 07/12/2016 for $15,129.83. This car had 28,000 miles on it and I drove another 8,000 miles in the last 4 months. Suddenly, my transmission starts to fail, so I called Rich Auto Sale and told about the problem. Mr Rich himself spoke to me over the phone and tried to manipulate me with beautiful and empty words about his "courtesy" and the fact that he wants me to pay another $3000-$3500 for a new transmission.This is the "courtesy" of Mr Rich, and the way he deals with customers is very nice and polite.... UNTIL HE GETS YOUR MONEY!!!!!Be Aware of this dealer and his crappy cars, CHECK THE CAR WITH YOUR MECHANIC BEFORE YOU BUY because soon as you paid them the money, you can forget what courtesy is.

Great and fast service. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went because my alternator died and I had my car towed there and they had my car serviced within 2 days! The owner even came up to me as he saw I was getting into my car to ask me if I was satisfied with the service.

I really would like to give a good review. Actually, the place is very nice, clean and everyone is nice and friendly. It is very close to my job and very convenient for me to drop off and pick it up. My problem is I feel nickel and dimed every time I walk out. At first I stopped going there because they give you a punch card that says every 5th oil change is free, but really it s only free if you get standard oil changes. I pay for synthetic oil with all my oil changes, but when I get my 5th one, they only give me the standard oil change discount, so it still ends up costing me which would be fine but don t say every 5th oil change is free. If I paid for standard oil at every service and on the 5th one I said put in the high end oil, then I could understand an up charge but I pay for synthetic every service so I should get my 5th oil change free. I really came back because of the convenience. However I just had an oil change and I asked them to change the cabin filter. The cabin filter was $31.82 and they charged me $32 to put it in. It literally takes less than 10 minutes to put it in. I ve done it myself before. The final nail was, they sent me a $10 thank you gift card good toward any service and I had a $7 rebate check from the oil company. It looks like they actually took taxes out of the thank you card and oil rebate because on my bill, the discount amounts were $9.43 and $6.60. Can t comment on any of the Auto Sales part of the business but if you are looking for service you might want to look elsewhere.

Great service every time! I work for a dealership and prefer Rich's because the Service manager, Dana, is polite and helpful. Clean facility. They offer an oil change punch card. Get every 5th oil change free!

Great place; put a deposit on a SUV. This will be the 2nd vehicle we'll be purchasing from them. Rich's treated us fairly the first time we purchased from them, and they're working with us this time as well.

Called and asked to speak with someone in regards to obtaining some information about cars and asked Sherry if she had some free time (she is the one who answered) and she said no and i said thank you and hung up....as a customer looking into buying a car i would always look to see who is going to be curtious or helpful....this person did not even bother to ask what i needed help with or even try to have me call back or have another person possibly help.....very sad....will be buying a car somewhere else.....
