Just picked up a new GMC cutaway with a Reading CSV body. After I got it home I noticed alot of extra bolts sticking through the inside of the roof. Turns out they installed the wrong ladder rack initially. Then removed it to install the correct one that I had ordered.So that left the van with 20 extra driiled holes in the roof that will no doubt leak.First and last Reading body I will ever buy for my HVAC company

Put your own securement straps on your load regardless of what they say or write on the bills. I picked up a load from a driver that didn't have company straps but straps from reading. One of their straps was loose and no way to tighten it. It showed on the bills that drivers are not to secure loads. Drivers are responsible for load securement not reading employees so if they tell you not to secure your load only they can secure it refuse it.

Form a trucker point great facility , don t understand all complaints , yes you have to wait for a couple hours , but the people are super nice , and do everything including strapping your load , so no complaints there , prob will recommend to arrive early , great company

Truckers ** I got the load from hell from this place. Took 8 hours to load. Nailed load to my trailer with no prior permission. Then the receiver refused to unload it because they were closing for one week and wouldn't wait two hours for delivery. I think Reading Truck Body didn't communicate with the receiver about this shipment. I had to drive the load back to have it taken off my trailer. In terms of money - they paid fair for my time that I worked. But they completely ruined my schedule for about four days since bringing back the load meant that I would be in Pennsylvania for the weekend and wouldn't see my kids for the weekend as I had planned after having been on the road for three weeks.

Worst customer service. Bodys are garbag . Quality is horendou . Landscape body is bent. Put a few boulders in the bed and the cheap c- channel twisted. Had a standard dump bed we only put 2 A modified in the bed bed bent on outside edge. They said overloade . I said how do you figure it's overloaded with a towing capacity or a bed capacity that should have been at least fifteen thousand pounds. Long and short of it reading body is not what they used to be we have had nothing but issues at my company and reading pretty much told us oh well. And the icing on the cake is I go to get on their website to call them to order parts for another dump truck that I have and it says I'm a crawler and I can't go on their website so over this company worst body company right now I've ever seen.

Got a truck from Abeloff with a Reading body.Had to scrap a 1 yr old body. Nothing but leaks and bad welds.

Regretfully, the parts department does not answer their phones. Left a message 3 hrs ago, called 2 more times and transferred again.

Worst company to work for they do not protect employees. I was injured and sent to a hospital they refused to pick me up. I had to walk injured to the company to get my car. I also was being robbed in my 401k and when I approached them they tried to fix it. I quit 7 years of work due to poor management and defamation of character

They don't use primer on steel. My dump body is chipping and peeling and rusting within 6 months of purchase.

I have a reading truck body and they turn to rust real fast. Don't buy one, they are a waste of money.

Purchased a dump gate for a reading dump bed. 2 and a half months wait doesn't fit. Can you say morons.

It's takes around 5 hrs to get loaded. Avoid it unless the rate is right
