My husband and I traded in his 2010 Jeep Wrangler for a 2015 Nissan Frontier. We were quite pleased with the service we received from John's Great Cars. When we arrived, we received a friendly greeting from Stephan Rodriguez. He helped us out with going for a test drive and was very knowledgeable. Joe Bowers walked us through the financial end and the trade in. We were happy with our experience and with our new truck.

I had an amazing experience! Mary was the first person who greeted me and she was so friendly and helpful. The whole process of buying my car was fast and professional. Harry, who worked on my financing, was amazing as well. He explained my financing to me in an easy way and was friendly and hospitable. I would definitely recommend John s Great Cars!

Took my daughter to get her first big purchase!Every staff member we spoke with was extremely nice. Our sales man Stephan Rodriguez went above and beyond to get her in the perfect car! Very welcoming atmosphere! Car shopping can be such a headache, but we had the easiest experience at Johns! Harry helped us get the car we wanted and we drove it off the lot in less than 3 hours from beginning to end! Very straight forward and explained any details and questions we had with ease! Definitely recommend.

3rd vehicle I purchased from them. Couldn't be any happier. When I was a teen driver my first ever pickup was purchased from them. I purchased my 2nd pickup from them several years later. My parents have purchased every single car since I was young from them. I recently had a pickup I purchased new from a dealer. Had it for 19 years. Since that dealer has closed. I knew it was time for a new pickup. I naturally returned to johns great cars. To my surprise exactly what I wanted they had. No pressure for purchased extremely fair on my trade and they didn't even ask for money down. Held the pickup for 2 weeks for me while I did the numbers. Since my family is so well known I was treated like family. They didn't push any extras on me. Even filled the tank on my new purchase before I signed. Absolutely thrilled they check in after the purchase. I highly recommend them. Christian dealer. Honest upfront and very friendly. When this vehicle wears out I will be returning for my next ride. Thank you John's great cars. You made this customer very happy.

I've been buying cars from John's Is great cars for over 30 years now.I've never had a bad experience.They've always taken care of my needs, Between my four kids And me we have bought over a dozen cars over the years. There is no place else.I would ever purchase a car from John and his family.Do an amazing job always making you feel like you come first.

Our experience was perfect from the moment we got there to the second my son drove his new car off the lot. Everyone was so polite and answered any questions immediately. We didn t have to wait for any assistance at all. My son loves his car and we are all extremely satisfied and will always check back here first if we need a car in the future! Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a quality used vehicle in the Reading area, don't skip John's. I knew what I was looking for when I stopped in for a test drive last week. I planned to take 15 minutes with the vehicle but they encouraged me to keep it longer and really check it out. I was able to drive home and show the vehicle to my family. Absolutely no pressure when I told them I wanted to sleep on the decision. They even gave me a pie from a local deli when I left that evening.When I went in to purchase the vehicle the process was painless. No pressure for added warranties or service packages. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in and put the keys in my hand. Thank you Joe and Gaby for being friendly, fair and keeping things stress free.

This is an honest review of John's Great Cars. The customer services and staff is exceptional. It's was not an easy process to go from buying a new vehicle to a used one. It took me a few days to choose but I picked a vehicle I wanted and felt comfortable and drove well! Harry help me with every step taking and answering my annoying text. I shopped Masano, Honda, Toyota dealers and the rates could not compare!!! Best price, payment I wanted and needed, best interest rates!!. Thank you so much!

Amazing Customer Service. This is my second vehicle from John s Great Cars. They always go above and beyond and listen to all concerns and make you feel like you re apart of their family and not just a customer. If you have questions or want a vehicle, make this the first place you stop by. Not only can you get your car from them, they even have their own auto-body center. Thanks to Harry and Gaby for an amazing vehicle. Will always continue to spread the word. :)

This is a Great company!!! From the second we pulled on to the lot we were greeted very friendly by Harry. When we walked into the offices, every sale person we walked by said hello to us. I saw a car I liked and was handed the keys to take a test drive. When I got back from the test drive, at no time did I feel pressured into buying a car. Their prices were extremely fair! They handled the financing very quickly and painlessly. They got my payments better than what I was hoping for. The best part was they explained my warranty options to me, but NEVER pushed me on them like most dealers. I didn t know what expect when pulling onto the lot. This was my first time there. They had a very large selection of cars. All at very reasonable prices. With a great staff. I m 45 years old and this was my best car buying experience ever! Next time I buy s car, I ll be going there to see Harry and his brother. I will also be sending all of my friends their way!

This is the best place to buy a car.Don't waste your time going anyplace else. Go here first, yoy will drive away a very happy person The owner and staff is very friendly and out going they treat you like family. You almost forget your at a place of businesses, it's like your hanging out with friends looking for a vehicle. They don't try to rush you or push you into something just to get a sale. They allow you to take your time and look around they want to make sure you are happy with your choice.It's amazing how nice and relaxing it really wasThank you Gabby, John and the whole staff. You made my birthday a happy one. Ps my dinner was good though about you guys as I was enjoying my foodYou guys are the best. I will be telling everyone to go to John's great cars they are foolish if they waste their time and money anywhere else.

I was referred to here by my mother-in-law and I couldn t have been happier with my experience here. The employees really show they care about your budget and are excellent in communicating in and out of the dealership. I was in and out in just a short time with a great car! Ask for Cesar if you come here he s the guy you wanna talk to, he really helped me find the right car - which was my first car. Also, I didn t feel pressured at all by anyone there, they were super understanding and very friendly. Highly recommend this place!

First time ever going there and I will recommend John s Great Cars to anyone! They re respectful, friendly, and make you feel at home. They work with you and do what they can to make sure you walk out with a smile. I walked in there not knowing much about what I wanted. They all have patients and will help with anything you re struggling with. Everyone in there is great! Bought my first EVER car here and I will most definitely be returning! I needed a car badly. At age 68 and on a fairly limited budget, I knew this would be the last vehicle I would ever purchase. I got a beautiful safe car with only 68,000 miles on it and it's a Subaru Forrester. I love my new ride!! Thanks so much to Gabby and Harry for all of your help. John's is an awesome, friendly no pressure family owned business and I highly recommend them to everyone
