Worst customer service! I legit just called to see if they have any availability today for a brake change and the dude said "well you called me right? did u buy the brakes?" I responded and said yes I bought all 4 I would like all 4 tires done and he said no I can't help you today and just hung up..why are people this way?

Great owners with skilled mechanics and at reasonable prices. These folks always deliver. I once had a flat moment before driving across the state. They made it a priority and squeezed me in to fix the tire. This is just one example of many!

Very honest, they checked out my car for a suspected starter issue and couldn t diagnose anything wrong since my check engine light had magically turned off the morning of my appointment. They didn t even charge me a bill for checking it out. A lot, if not any other place would have charged $100 diagnostic fee or something and maybe even tried to up charge me repairs I don t need. Lady at the front is also crazy nice!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is a scam, they are dishonest and overcharged for their service. The ladies who know nothing about car was very rude. I took my car to Auto Zone afterward and they check everything for free. Will not come back here again!Service: Carburetor cleaningService: Carburetor cleaning

Great experience. They towed and quickly troubleshooted what was wrong with my car. Fixed it the same day for an amazing price! Customers for life!

Just took my Charger in for over heating issues. Matt gave it a good study and realized the water pump someone else installed previously was not properly flushed out of air.Running great now!Also, couple months ago, Alex discovered the throttle body was beyond worn as the cause ti my symptoms of bad idleing.Car is running great on the road guys.

Worst service ever!! I took my car to another mechanic who told me Carsonia Car didn't install the parts properly and that they weren't needed in the first place!! NEVER coming to this place again and I hope no one else comes here you will regret it!
