Caliber has had my car since 2/8/24 to fix this damage. Aside from the generic weekly texts about the progress on my car, there has been zero communication from caliber. My completion date has been pushed back 3 times now. The first set back, I had to contact them to find out what was going on. They made no attempt to reach out and communicate there would be any sort of delay. No explanation for any of the delay besides they got backed up in the paint department .4 weeks worth of back logged work? Oh and it s a large paint and assembly job ? Only up side to them is they re covering the rental fees. Not because they offered though, because they were asked. The communication and reliability of their timelines is awful. Will not be using them in the future nor recommending to anybody.

Absolutely phenomenal service. The work here is Top Notch completely satisfied customer service is top notch as well. Great people to deal with. Hope I never have to use their services again but if I do I'm definitely going here. Glad to have my f150 back.

I recently had my car fixed at caliber collision in reading PA, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Not only did they go above and beyond to fix my car quickly and effectively, but the price was also incredibly reasonable. The staff were some of the kindest people I've ever met, making the whole transaction seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend caliber collision to anyone in need of car repairs. Thank you for your outstanding service! It s the people like this that make this world a better place! Such a solid team :) can t thank y all enough

One of the worst experiences with a business I ve ever had they claim communication, but never really communicated. I told them about damages on the back of my car. They ignored and never communicated to me. They told me my car would be ready three different times, and it was only ready on the third time, they don t seem to care about wasting my time or my money. The only thing they can say after doing all of this is sorry My insurance company made me go to them. I m about to drop my insurance because of this. *****edit***** I emailed them based on their reply below. I heard back simply asking which location which is clearly Posted here. I did reply. It is now 3 weeks later and never heard. Back.If you want a company that s going to care about you go somewhere else. Big corporate place can even keep up with any part of their business

Caliber Collision at Reading, PA did a perfect repair job on my car. Their customer service was professional, courteous personnel with Rob handling the repairs to a tee. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking car repairs. Look them up. Thank you Marietta, Jackie and Rob.

Quality work, and my vehicle was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Rob kept me informed on the progress and he was great to work with. It took about 3 weeks for the work to be completed (the parts were delayed).

Excellent work overall. The manager collaborated with me to streamline the process of getting my hand-controlled wheelchair van repaired. In a hand-controlled rental car, I could not use my power chair, so I couldn't leave the house without someone to push me in a regular wheelchair, during that time. The staff all acted professionally and they wouldn't even let me go ahead and pay my deductible in the office, before I inspected the work. That defines integrity in business practice. I had dealt with them, in the past with no problems and great service, so I was going to pay, then go to the van and inspect.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A quoted FIVE day repair took them nearly three weeks to complete. Ever since I got the car back, when it rains I end up with a puddle of water on the back passenger floor. The shop claims they had someone come in to look at it and did not find any leaks. The problem with the leak persists as today (Jan 10) I found the rear passenger floor again soaking wet. It rained on Jan 9th however that door and window was never opened. I called the shop and they advised me to contact my car dealer about it.I refuse to pay one single red cent to fix this, this is Caliber's problem they need to address.Furthermore whoever did the paint must be blind because the color matching is horrible. The door that was originally repaired is DARKER than the rest of the car. This makes no sense as I have had work done by them in the past and each time they matched the color perfectly.

Crashed the front of my vehicle. On arrival noticed vandalism on back of car Caliber quickly accommodated a 2nd claimAnd my vehicle was ready a day earlier than previously promised to accommodate my sons wedding weekend!!!!My vehicle looks better than new and not only is the service wonderful so is the constant updated communication.

Doesn't return calls. Loballs a repair to gain favor with the insurance company. Ignores that the new car has tricolor paint to estimate a lower price for the benefit of the insurance company. If you have a new car, this isn't the optimal choice.

I would have given a 5 star rating if it wasn t for the fact that they forgot to put back the trunk light but overall very satisfied with their service.

The people here are very professional and super nice. Treats everyone as if they ve known them for a long time. Excellent work and extremely satisfied with the work. Rob kept me updated with the repairs multiple times. Great customer service and communication. Be patient because people still aren't working like they use to. I had to wait several weeks for my parts to come in from Chrysler. It's no one's fault.Also fixing a vehicle, especially one that has a lot of damage takes a lot of moving parts as far as co-ordination. Sometimes things get missed or mixed up. Don't worry though because communication is very easy with this company and staff, especially Kate.I can honestly say my truck, since being fixed, looks like it is brand new coming right off the dealers lot. The workmanship is top notch.I just want to publicly say Thank You to Kate and the staff at Caliber Collision for doing such an amazing job on my truck.This was my first experience with this company and it was a positive one. Great body shop. Not only did they do a great job on the repair, but they did an excellent job coordinating with my insurance and car rental. My drop-off and pickup took less than 5 minutes each and was a completely hassle-free experience for me. Hopefully I won't have another deer run into me again anytime soon.. but if it happens... it's great to know I have a great body shop to call on.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

i d give this place no stars if i could, don t come here. they re very bad at communicating with their clients about the status of their car and they re very bad at communicating with each other so if you have questions about your car, expect to not have answers for two to three business days. my car took at least a week longer than expected and the first time they told me it was done, there were still visible repairs that needed to be done so they had to keep my car longer after i told them it should have been fixed with everything else. i will not be coming back here and i recommend that you find a different, better shop. it s not worth the time you d waste trying to get answers from them. one of the receptionist was very rude and one of the repair guys i interacted with seemed mad at me when i had questions. i didn t get either of their names but i feel like it speaks to the company when the employees treat clients poorly. this was overall a very bad and very inconvenient experience.

I normally use Harners but they were very busy so Geico suggested Caliber. I was reluctant, but read the reviews and agreed. The experience was great, had me in the shop within 2 days, the quality of the work was excellent, communication was prompt and everyone was super friendly. Had my Suburban back in less than a week and they cleaned it up like a new car. Will definitely use Caliber again for auto body repairs, although I hope I don't need them too often!Service: Painting

Terrific job repairing my car. Looks as good as new. They did a great job of communicating through out. The time in my vehicle was being repaired. I would definitely recommend them and I ll be back if I need repairs again in the future (just hope I m not in an accident again anytime soon). A+ rating from me!!

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They kept me informed about my repairs via text messages and phone calls. They coordinated with my insurance company and the rental car company, which was extremely helpful! The work they did was perfect and flawless!
