The lady that assisted me was incredible!! She knew her stuff, and also spotted another problem I didn't even know about. I am so thankful for her, and I will be going there for everything now. This was Monday November 13th.

I've been in here twice now, and I must say the workers are very helpful, patient, and nice. I didn't feel like a problem or like i was bothering them. Hope it stays that way. Good customer service

AZ has a decent selection of standard parts and supplies. Rental tools are another plus. I have to say though that on my recent visit I heard a few too many F bombs in the few minutes I was in the store. Not judging, but in a business environment I'd expect better.

Called to see if a part was in stock, got sent to hold immediately without anyone speaking to me first. Was on hold for 15 minutes while driving to the location, when I pulled up 5 managers were out back smoking with one red shirt inside by himself.

Great store. The associate who help me was great. I didn't have enough for a set spark plugs so I was only going to buy the 4 instead of the 6 he adjusted the price so I was able to buy the set of six. Thank you for your help. It was much needed in these pocket hurting times

Well a pleasant experience as always. Can anyone tell me what Autozone Pro is? No one in the store has any idea, but I have a Pro account and should be getting a pretty good discount because I think it's a corporate type account.

AutoZone is amazing. The service on this day was not. I and 1 other customer were in the store and while one employee searched for the other gentleman's parts, no fewer than 3 to 4 other employees completely ignored me as I stood in line behind the other customer, to buy 2 wrenches, for a full 20 minutes.

I had to pick up a new battery and exchange the old one on my last visit. I'm unable to lift and carry much weight do to my health. The guy that was working the check out happily carried the new one out and the old one in. Every employee I encountered there on my 2 visits there to purchase parts were always very polite, had good sense of humors, and were very knowledgeable.

Instead of trying to sell me a $300 part, the 2 guys came out & looked under the hood, PROPERLY diagnosed the problem, & helped me fix the issue. Great service

I had an extraordinary guest-experience with Brian tonight who took the time to understand my frustration in using an A/C recharger kit. Not only was he confident in knowing what worked, came out and selflessly helped me. This store has always been good but was even better with this experience. It's the small things. I had the best experience that I've ever had in an AutoZone store at this location. I had a hard time finding a light bulb and the staff here worked tirelessly to find the right bulb for me and I am very thankful. I changed out the bulb in 30 seconds once I had the right one and was on my way. This is a good store with above average customer service for sure.

One of the best places around to get quality auto parts. It s not only an auto zone store it s what they call a mini hub so they have a warehouse like setting in the back where more parts can be kept. This in turn means here you have better chances of getting the parts u need the same day.

First person to wait on me didn't know what they were doing young girl second person to wait on me and older gentleman knew his stuff got me what I needed and I was out the door no problem age has its benefits

The clerk who helped me was very professional and knowledgeable. Business took less than 5 minutes and I came in for an unusual accessory for a disability. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name. He saw I was wearing a ball cap from my last ship I served on while in the US Navy. He called for the manager and I received a military Veterans discount.
