Very lazy hands on customer service. Manager was very nonchalant on the phone. A college student went in for a new battery and was made to install it herself after asking for help, the employees stated"she has to figure that out herself"leaving her to figure it out for hours till closing time. When I discussed it with the manager he stated he was these yet no help was offered because "she didn't ask"Battery installation is complimentary on battery purchases. She DID ask but was met with ignorance. Please do better.There was only one employees WILLING to help but were told NO by their coworker. Just all weird and wrong. Management needs replaced immediately. The young man who couldn't have been older than 20 was very kind and helpful on the phone.The management and higher employees are very entitled with little to no help to offer. You watched a child struggle through your store windows.... your own customers were stopping to help. Honestly shame on you.

My review is for customer service via telephone. They are very rude. Snapping responses with unwelcoming tone. I couldn't even get the words of what I was looking for before I already felt negatively emminating from the phone all before 9am I couldn't deal with the attitude and snarttyness coming out of the employees mouth on the other end. Its disrespectful it's annoying just do your jobs and respec tot your customers. If you don't like your job find one that you do.

Raymond helped me with a portable battery charger. We used to have one and was going to purchase the same But- He helped us upgrade to a smaller more portable version even though it was more expensive. He said it was selling like hot cakes and took the time to show us how it worked and why it was a superior product. So we bought it. I really appreciate the time he spent explaining to me the device. I felt valued and well informed. Good guy!

Very helpful staff. Needed a new taillight for my 17 Elantra. Even though I wasn't sure of the edition that I have of the car, guy recommended me a brand to use and it works!

Ramon was outstanding, patient, helpful and very knowledgeable about what my car needed. He changed my battery and added coolant. He saw that it was low and informed me. Great customer service from all the staff!! The whole experience took less then 30 minutes!! Extremely satisfied!!! Will definitely be returning for future purchases for my car.

I came here specifically because Raymond goes above an beyond to help customers. I had a headlight out and he assisted me with putting in the bulb wich required extra effort. I probably wouldn't have bought my business here otherwise!

Made a complaint about the employees and how they treated my husband when he was there never really did get an actual response or apology or anything from them. I guess they just don t care about their customers. Sure they want your money but when you have an issue or complaint it gets swept under the rug.

If you're a woman looking for top-notch automotive service, Autozone on North 5th Street is worth checking out! Their customer tech Edgar was an incredible help by providing me with the crucial parts and information I needed -an alternator and car battery. staff (really just the worker muigelle) is rude and started yelling at me for no reason. do not recommend going here he is awful to deal with. theres an autozone on greenwich street that has nice staff and is close to this one.

If you think that public generosity isnt alive today youre wrong. My family and I are very pleased and thankful with the helpful service today. So today(9-5-20) family decided to take a trip. Halfway through our trip , the front right wheel hub bearing went. Got to autozone the staff were very pleasent and very helpful. They got me every tool possibly to do the job right there that day. If it wasn't for that autozone or staff we would of been waiting for hours on a tow truck. Thank you to the guy who helped us today you guys are amazing!!!

I would like Rick the manager to know what a great employee he has in Angel O (5th St HW Reading). He went above and beyond being helpful on the phone, and he checked to make sure you had what I needed. I had to ask some questions and he was very patient. When I came in to purchase the product, which didn t cost a lot,, he was just as helpful. It s so appreciated when people go the extra mile, because it s rare today. I live closer to another AZ, but will make my way to this one because of Angel. Thank you.

While the assistance i received on purchasing my items was satisfactory, i had to exchange an item which was purchased on my visa check card. The CSR unfortunately did a RETURN for the item & then rung me up for the correct item and, since I had a brutal pay period of bills and a lower than normal account balance, cleaned out my account since return of funds to your card is not immediate (was told maybe 24 hrs depending on my bank)... so, while I have the items I needed, I have a zero balance on my account until the funds of the purchase are refunded to my account. WHY wouldn't they do an exchange instead. Maybe they think all customers have it like that or something, but at this particular time, I did not. While i get paid tomorrow, I am praying I don't run out of gas with zero money available thanks to them...

This Autozone is literally one of the best experiences of my life. They are all willing to help you, so incredibly nice, and I was in/out in 10 minutes. I would like to recognize them for their awesome attitudes! The management staff at this location is doing a fine job because the employees are doing a great job!All I needed was a brake light. The gentleman ringing me up was so easy and nice, had the product for me in less than 2 minutes. He asked another associate to replace it for me (I wasn t sure how to) and the next gentleman was happy to do it in this 90 degree heat. Both gentlemen were happy to help, fun, professional, and just all around great guys.When I was leaving, another gentleman in a gray shirt that just replaced a battery in this heat, was literally smiling and informing the customer the benefits of the battery he just replaced. Being in retail my whole life practically, 20+ years, this is service... genuine service! Autozone Corporate, please recognize this location! I think all people involved today will know who they are. Service like this is rare nowadays... please give them a shoutout from me!
