This auto service was a pleasant surprise. Rafael went above and beyond the best expectations. I contacted him because his was the only place I could find open late on a Saturday afternoon. Our truck needed something fixed before leaving on a trip the next day. Rafael was busy driving from one garage to another, but graciously used that time to instruct us over the phone on how to fix the problem. We carefully followed his detailed instructions and it worked! So glad I found this place! Whenever I need a garage, this is where I'll be going!Service: Electrical

Rafael did a wonderful job of repairing my ac system and gave me a great price! He flexible and was able to take care of my car on a Saturday which is such a blessing since I work during typical auto shop hours. I have never had a car repair experience quite like this one. I called in the afternoon, Rafael got my car in that evening, diagnosed it by the next morning, and it was fixed and ready to go home before lunchtime. He was quick, clear, concise, and offers honest labor for honest prices. He walked me through the whole process and kept in touch with me afterwards to check in on the car. With the high temperatures, having a working air conditioning is a must. When my car ac was blowing hot air, I knew I had to get it checked out. I was referred by a close friend, and I am glad he did. Rafael was very polite, professional, and at the top of his expertise. He replaced my air conditioning compressor, and my ac was back to working perfectly. Rafael, later installed a back up camera and navigation system. Awhile back, I took my car here to get new brake pads. Immediately after the change, (and not before) my brakes were very weak and I had much less ability to stop quickly. I asked the mechanic about it, and he was evasive as if he had nothing to do with it.6 months later, I took my car to a different place. Turns out, half of my brake calipers were frozen, rendering them useless. I'll be paying $550 to get them repaired, with a possible $200 more if my rotors are too warped to be salvaged.Everyone has mistakes or bad days. And he was a very polite, kind and respectful guy. (Hence why this isn't a one-star review.) But I could have avoided a lot of repairs if this hadn't happened, or if he had owned up to the odd change in my car's performance and offered to fix it.

My car broke down and was leaking fluid all over the place. I found Rafael s shop and he was able to figure out that my car had a blown head gasket and was able to fix it in no time. My car is back to running perfect and all for an affordable price and great quality service. Rafael is very knowledgeable and professional and I will definitely continue to come to him for any car issues I may have in the future.Services: Electrical, Oil change

Was visiting Lancaster County from New Jersey with 4 of my very good friends. After day 1, my car would not steer. On Saturday I called Rafael at Auto Service Garage and he offered so kindly to put my car in front of his repair line since I was in a tight situation. The steering on my Ford Fusion was gone and he spent many hours trying to locate the part. He also researched the problem and discovered there was a recall on this car for power steering assist. I am so grateful to him for going that extra mile to advise me of this as I discovered when I had the airbag recall fixed my local Ford dealership also fixed the power steering at my local 8 months ago. I had the car towed from Rafael's shop back to New Jersey. In today's time it is hard to find a mechanic who exhibits such honesty and integrity together with excellent skills to diagnose and fix cars. Rafael is top notch in my book - he was so kind to keep me updated every step of the way during my dilemma which really put me at ease. I wish Rafael all good things in his business - I know he will prosper - his skill and reputation will take him far! I m normally extremely cautious when choosing a place to work on my car as my car is like my child .. but I have to say the quality of work I gof from Rafeal was amazing .
