It is a family own establishment and we have been going to them for a few years now. They are very nice they get the job done and very trustworthy. My husband and go to them to go all work. I always wait, they have the MOST COMFORTABLE RECLINER. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. LOL Very happy with their work and close to home. Thank you Auto Pro.

These guys are the absolute best! Sent my car there on a Tuesday and within hours had an electrical issue that I had caused, diagnosed and repaired. Their communication is superb and their friendliness is second to none. Thank you to the ladies at the desk and to you Alex for pointing out my problem with patience! Miss J, thank you from our family to yours!! You guys are doing it!!

The staff was friendly, the mechanics git my vehicle in and our and the price was fair. They managed to get my vehicle inspected and repaired in the same day when others wouldn't even look at my vehicle for a week. Thank you Auto Pro. You gained a new customer!!

Did another good job, steering tightened up. I like when they assess your vehicle, good preventative program, your choice to get it fixed. If you don't, going to cost a lot more later. Keep up the good work !

Believe they stole the stereo out of my car 4 years ago and have been ignoring it since ( Brandon son of owners).Every opportunity that was presented to easily disprove my accusation was always thwarted by them not having a safe guard that they said was meant to prevent stuff like this such as the surveillance cameras in the garage conveniently being written over when I asked to see itFinally talk to a boss or manager and they did what I expected which was deny and deflected then got combative even after I said I wasn t expecting to get reimbursed or anything I just wanted it to be known and of course neither works thereI even told him I didn t want the money due to the time that passed but it s the principle of the matterBut they keep my car for almost 2 weeks for an inspection then hit me to tell me all these things that couldn t have wrong with my carThey lied and lied and was kinda rudeJust check your stuff when u take it in

John and Janet and all their staff run a wonderful business. We have been clients for years and have never been disappointed. Their service is excellent, their location is great, their waiting area is clean and comfortable, they are extraordinarily pleasant to deal with and very honest and trustworthy. They allow you to wait for an inspection, not a lot of garages allow that. That was my #1 concern because I'm on 3rd shift !AP doesn't do any additional work without your OK. They also suggest repairs that may be needed according to the manufacturer and your mileage.If your vehicle needs to stay longer, they offer you a loaner car !!I've already brought my car there without an appointment because I was desperate. They were fine with that !The only thing I'm not happy to see on the bill is a $35 charge for shop supplies and waste.Other than this, I'm satisfied with AP's policy and work.

Good morning. While driving down rye 10 south thanksgiving eve I noticed 2 cars racing north in both lanes towards me. I swerved and went off the road. In the process I cracked at least 1 rim on my Mercedes Benz wagon. The next morning I had a flat. I refilled the tire and drove to the dealership and they put the spare on. While driving home the valve on the spare blew out and I had another flat. I put the damaged rim back on and drove home. A replacement model rim used was $420. A set of new aftermarket wheels were $549. Duh. I ordered the new wheels and put the old rims on eBay. I tried 4 service centers to swap rims tires and wheels, no luck. Driving by this store front I asked them. They said no problem. 3 hours later and $153 paid I drove home on new wheels, original tires and a safer ride. Thank you.

I've been to this place a few times for inspection and repairs. At first didn't have any issues but the last two times I visited it seemed as though they were looking for something to be wrong so they could charge me a million dollars to have it fixed. I paid over 1000$ to have a part fixed last year that they said needed repaired to pass inspection. come to find out a year later on the next inspection elsewhere that part was never fixed. Where did the money go and why was I charged for false repairs? Skipped a year going to them for inspection due to the issue with that part not being repaired and being charged. 2 years pass and I decided to go back. Guess what, they found a few more things that should really be repaired. Told me my 1 1/2 year old tires were bad and some other things. I had receipts for my tires and knew they were trying to get over on me again. I refused to have them do the work so they failed my inspection. Took my car elsewhere and had no issues. My tires are fairly new and nowhere near failing. This place cons you and finds things or makes things up that are "broken" just to get your money. I will not return or recommend.

Con artists. Fake personalities, obviously don't know what they are doing after breaking numerous things on other people's cars and don't tell them about it. I'd keep track of your cars, folks. One of them hit the quarter panel of my nissan and played it off like its some kind of joke. I'd check your cars for scratches and dents because likely they weren't there before you brought it, they are very secretive about that stuff.

I needed my car inspected. New to the area I jumped onto Google and found Auto Pro. I would like to begin by stating that Alex and Heather are wonderfully kind individuals. The facility is pristine with its clean aquarium free coffee sodas and even a Bible verse over the door on the way out.I did get my car inspected and they did what appears to be a great job.When I received the call that the inspection was complete, I was also told the following: They saw that the oil was pretty dirty, and needs replaced should we go ahead and do that? First, nothing in an annual inspection causes one to look at the oil. Secondly as you can see by the attached pictures, 3,000 miles before I had put in 10,000-mile synthetic oil with a 20,000-mile top of the line filter.Secondly, it was recommended that I put in new spark plugs. 3,000 miles prior I put in the same plugs that ALL Pro was recommending for roughly $40.00 that they wanted $286.28 to put into my car. Keep in mind that these spark plugs only need replaced every 100,000 miles.I was also told that at a cost of $152.40 I should replace 2 air filters, yes you got it, replaced 3,000 miles ago. They are as white as when I put them in, and Honda recommends replacement every 15,000 miles. They cost me less than $30.00 to replace.There were 2 other undesirable recommendations for a total cost of $763.09 in recommendations of totally unwarranted expenses, some under question of ethics.What bothers me about this is that many are uneducated as to what needs done to their car and simply follow the advice of the nice mechanic down the street . Friends of mine would have spent those funds thinking that they were protecting their car and that is why it bothered me to a point of writing and documenting this upsell strategy gone to the point of unreputable.Again, very friendly people, spotless environment but misguided upsells.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We live 2 blocks away from this business and we never used their services. My wife got a giant screw stuck in the tire, Friday afternoon at 4:15pm. We called, they took the car in immediately and in 10 minutes we were on our way. Also, it was the most affordable tire fix I have ever been apart of. The best part was the receptionist and the mechanic were both great. Friendly service and helped us majorly on an 85degree hot Friday afternoon! Thank youService: Tires

Fair price and quality service.Very friendly and professional when I called to make an appointment. I was called and notified promptly that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I went to pick the vehicle up, I noticed that the waiting area was very clean and presentable. Always a good sign. I went in to schedule an appointment. They took my car in to check the issue. They returned with a diagnosis and options in minutes.Turns out it wasn t a problem. They filled my tires and checked fluids while I waited. It was very comforting to know my car was safe. It was completely unexpected, handled quickly and extremely professional. I will definitely be back!
