Great inventory, smart/efficient staff always there to help - solid company, always worth the trip. ( Been going here since 1998) Needed new battery, they had one in stock. Great price, Easy pickup, thanks again. They also do installs if needed, call to confirm, worth the trip.

Have bought from here several times. Last time I was quoted wrong price on phone. On arrival found the price was higher. They stood by the quoted price without hesitation. Customer service goes a long way with me. It doesn t get any better than that.

I called them about a battery for my vehicle, and they looked it up in about a minute, told me they would put it aside for me. When I arrived ( about a half hour later), the battery was waiting for me when I drove to pick it up. Correct battery, fit perfectly, and was almost $100 less than 3 other auto parts dealers.AND, a very well mannered young man carried it out to my vehicle for me. Great place, good people, great deal.

Went in expecting to buy a new battery but did not need one. They tested my battery and cleaned and tightened everything up and we're all good. The guys did a great job and could have sold me a new battery...but wee very honest and up front with me. I'm a customer forever.

I went there to purchase a battery for my landline phone. The man at the counter was very helpful; he asked what was wrong with the phone. I said it didn't work and I thought it was the battery. He gave me a tip and said if the battery is not the problem to try a reset on my modem. It worked!!! I would give this place as many stars, more than 5 if I could. If you need any type of battery find this place, it's a little off the beaten path, but it is worth it. A shining star in Quakertown

Lost a nut to a battery for a mower. Couldnt find it at lowes or home depot. Went here today and they gave me a spare they had. Great place and will be back for batteries when I need them!

The personnel who work here are all knowledgeable about car batteries and helpful. My car battery from my "new" used car died so I brought it in. They checked the cells, which were all good and charged it up. It was a battery they had sold the previous owner which was less than 2 yrs old so they did not charge me for the work. When I got the battery back I took the car in and they checked the alternator, which was good, then checked to see if there was a drain on the battery. It looks like I have a small drain so my next step is to track it down, which unfortunately they can't help with.

Quick service inexpensive told associate I needed a battery he could have put the most expensive battery in the car but went with a less expensive with same warranty as the higher priced one kuddos to the clerk thank you for being fast and honest very impressed

DO NOT RECOMMEND1st Visit: Brought our vehicle in after it wouldn t start. Was told alternator was good, and needed a new battery. Purchased an AGM replacement, but car wouldn t start three additional times within a span of three weeks. Took the vehicle to the dealership thinking that there may be an electrical issue if the battery and alternator were already checked. Paid $180 to the dealership just to be told that the new battery was no good.2nd Visit: Took the car back to Warehouse Battery, where i was told that the dealership did not have the proper tools to accurately measure the condition of the battery . I was told that i would have to charge the battery overnight and bring it back the next day.3rd Visit: Went back with a fully charged battery just to be told that they would need to keep the battery overnight on their charger, and test it in the morning.4th Visit: Was told that the originally sold battery was bad, and a new one would be replaced under warranty. I asked for a partial refund as I assumed the battery they sold me was in working order, and I should not have had to pay for a dealer visit for an issue that was supposedly fixed. Let alone the multiple days i had to leave work early to address a warranty issue on a brand new battery. Manager was not present, but refused to do anything over the phone.

Warehouse Battery always has the battery I need at a great price. The service is very good and timely. I drive 50 roundtrip miles to get the products and prices I want at Warehouse Battery. Been dealing with them for 15 plus years.

If and when your battery takes a dump. This place is amazing, they take your car into a garage. Test the alternator and give you the options on what battery you'd like. I've never had a bad experience. The entire process took perhaps 30 mins. Now my car is running better than ever.

I always go here for all my battery needs. I don't have to worry about being ripped off like some companies try to do to their customers saying you need this or you need that and so on. At battery Warehouse outlet they are completely honest and very helpful. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else but there

This place is great! They have been helping people for many years and maintain a high level of customer service. They have saved me way more money with their honesty then the couple bucks I d save ordering from amazon or something. They have the knowledge and ability to test things on the spot to ensure you are getting exactly what you need. Plus no hassle prorated returns for manufacturers defects. Keep places like this alive! We need them.

Pulled into the parking lot at 6, as I parked the open light goes off an employee flips the open sign to closed and runs to the back. The door was unlocked so I opened it and asked if I could return a battery, they had sold me the incorrect one two days prior and get the the correct battery. I was told no we can t do the paper work. A few min later another customer pulls in and enters the still unlocked store and is also turned away.

Fantastic staff and service. Very courteous, they listen to client's concerns! Quick and efficient drive thru bay, where my car battery was replaced. They check electric systems first before starting, to make sure it's NOT the battery you came in to replace. The front has a store with many interesting auto accessories.. I'd even recommend service here as a gift!

Prices are fair & service is decent. Seems like it took an inordinate amount of time to retrieve the J-hook that fell into engine compartment. At least they let me know about it. It would be nice to have somewhere to sit while waiting.

Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are great. A few years ago when a hurricane was approaching I needed to install a battery operated back-up sump pump. I found the pump at a Sears about three hour drive away. The batteries I found were all expensive and required 2-3 days to charge. I called Warehouse Battery Outlet and not only was their price much lower for the battery, but they foresaw the need due to the hurricane and had all of these batteries fully charged. I finished installation about an hour before the hurricane hit (due to the long drive for a sump pump) and if I hadn't we would've lost everything in our furnished basement. The next storm, Sandy, left us without power for over a week. The battery should last 24 hours. It lasted the whole week and again, no damage. Love this place. Cell phone batteries, hobby batteries, flashlight D-cell heavy duty batteries. They have it all.

There is a difference between a 26 R-2 and a 26 R-5 one will fit. The other will not. Went to a place that knows the difference. It fits and the right battery. I would never trust this place. The wrong battery was sold to us. Also if you can't even put the air cleaner back in right. You should never touch a car or a truck.

Not cheapBut I was more disappointed when I called and said I would not be able to get there by 4 and was told they are open till 6 greatDrive there (not really that close to me)Only to learn no one can operate the fork truck...which was the plan with sales guySo as long as your time is not important there great

Went here to find a AAAA battery ... also picked up a couple of button batteries for a watch .. the two young gentlemen that helped me were awesome .. not only did they replace my watch battery they reset my time too ... kudos to their great customer service .. if you need an odd type battery this is the place to go .. prices are wonderful too ...
