Matt and Steve were amazing throughout the process!! I had a terrible experience at another dealer when purchasing a slingshot, so I cancelled my order and ended up buying one from Matt. I would highly recommend buying from Trumbauer's and especially form Matt! The process was smooth and they helped me out tremendously! I can not thank them enough and will forever be grateful!

Arrived at the shop at 9:10 am. My unit was taken in at 9:20 am to start doing what I had wanted done. My Slingshot was given back to me at 10:15 am all finished up.Everything on my request list was taken care of and the staff were very friendly even offering coffee and candy bars while we waited. Could not be happier with their service and demeanor. The shop was very easy to get to. Thanks guys.

Went in just looking for a quad my salesman Denny Fisher couldn t do enough for my wife and I, let us test ride a couple different machines and we made our decision and bought a quad, it was truly a mom and pop experience can t say enough good about Trumbauers they were awesome!!!!

Bought my first ATV from Dennis and Sue. I must say, this is the place to buy!! Talk about your mom and pop store!! This is it !! I was literally in and out of their store in less then 30 minutes. Dennis did a great job on the paperwork and Sue gave me a great deal! When looking for Polaris or Victory don't go anywhere else but here. You won't be disappointed!

Purchased a Quad for my daughter there today...Great experience all the way through...Very helpful over the phone and in sending extra pictures prior to making the trip out there...Dennis had us in and out in an hour...Great experience and will be back for service...

Great friendly service, went there for shear pins for a snow plow I purchased somewhere else, the only reason is it is 45 min away , I was treated like I was a customer for years. If ever I am close, I will not hesitate to shop there. The prices are fair as well.

Took my four-wheeler in for service. Asked if it could be done within one week. On day six I received a call. They went over a myriad of issues all describing the carburetor that needed to be rebuilt and a gas line that was leaking and possibly a battery. The quote was $187.00 for the parts (just for the carb) and a total of $450-$550 dollars to labor and parts included. The battery was a brand-new battery purchased 3 months ago. I denied the repairs and paid $74.00 for the inspection. When I went to pick it up, the battery was dead, the four-wheeler was in pieces with the air cleaner ziplocked to the push bar on the front. Upon receiving the receipt, it had nothing on it in regards to what needed to be repaired. I ordered a carburetor for $26.00, bought the gas line for $1.97, charged the battery and it runs great. I did express my disappointment to an employee there. This was the first time I went there and last.

I was looking to buy a new rzr. I dealt mostly with Dennis.He was very fair , extremely knowledable he knew quite a bit about the machines. He leaned me toward the 570 with power steering and engine braking. And im sure glad he did. Plenty of power and fits thru the woods tighter than the 800.I love this machine and the people of trumbauers. They also give you 10percent off on parts and stuff if you purchase from them. This is the 4th machine me and my family have got from these guys. Sue is great too. Strongly recommend these guys. Also Gary in parts is always helpful with any parts or accessories .

I called today to ask how much a atv was and a woman picked up and right away gave me a attitude. She put me on hold and said its 10,000 and the way she said the numbers 10,000 it sounded like she was saying it in a way like i could not afford it. But overall im not going to buy for a place that treats like this. especially just over the phone that's pathetic. i was interested but from that call im buying from another place

The lady in the service department is rude and has awful customer service! She put me on the list for repairs back in October of 2015, and 9 months later NO return call. I will never go back here again! BTW, the repair needed, was to allow them to fix the same repair, they didn't do right the first time!Go elsewhere.

Haven't had anything done to my bike at Trumbauers except inspection for the last 5 years. They have always been helpful and accommodating and I'll be having them install new tires this spring/ summer.
