I had an AWESOME salesman. [JESUS]was very attentive and gave me exactly the Service I requested. I chose this place because of thier large selection of reasonably priced, full sized, Used pickup trucks. Total process was just a couple hours. My biggest problem was High insurance based on where I live( Philadelphia). JESUS had even referred me to a more reasonable insurance agent. Young professional man working hard for my business gets me every time. Customer service is KEY

Bought this rarity right in Quakertown Mitsubishi and the experience with AJ was awesome. Not only was the deal made simpler due to him being a previous coworker but the fact that I was able to get this car on my mom s birthday. If I m honest, I wasn t looking for it it found me and that day, I took it home. If anyone is looking for a vehicle that is well taken care of, clean and wants a process that is direct and concise, please don t hesitate to reach out to Quakertown Mitsubishi and ask for AJ! I know my car is used but they have an incredible selection of new cars as well. Highly recommended AJ and the overall experience as well.P.S. - While I was looking at the car, someone else came to look at it. Well, the dealership waited to see what happened with my deal until they serviced the other customer (Weren t cash payers, otherwise yeah)- Needed bolt brackets for the license plate Well, maintenance had left and gone home but AJ and the manager both went into service themselves and sifted through the parts to find new brackets for me themselves- Only had one key well, AJ got in touch with the previous owner and I ll be grabbing the second key Friday!

Thank you to Jesus Castillo he help us out with everything that we need fast and great service they work with our credit they work with 30 banks we are very thankful for the service they speak Spanish too. I definitely recommend it thanks again very fast and great service. We can looking for something in mind and Jesus give us couple options of what we was looking for right away.

STAY AWAY!Sales manager is a lying cheat. My son was buying a truck, i was cosigning. He never had a loan, so no credit. They were looking for lenders, finally had our salesman come back to say "in order to get the lowest rate, you HAVE to take either a service agreement or tire and wheel insurance"That is a blatant lie! Says it on the first line of the tire and wheel contract, " not needed to secure financing".When I went back to call him out on it, he said, " that wasn't me, must have been finance manager"I sat right there watching my sales guy talk right to him!!He is a lying cheat.And their pricing isn't accurate. Most people won't qualify for pricing listed, read fine print

Pls for give me I can t recall if MATT or AJ assisted me? He sits directly across from the bathroom 1st desk lol but he was awesome! The fastest car buying process I have ever experienced. shared great experience as he was a previous JEEP owner! I was in and out a hour and a half! I got my dream car !!!!!! Oh and can t forget my special big red bow on my BIRTHDAY !

First I call and get a salesman named Carlos. I inform him I live 60 miles away. I tell him which truck I am interested in for my young son. I ask if it s possible to do the financing over the phone since I work a lot and the drive is 120 miles both ways. He says it s impossible to do the financing other than in person. So I get approved through a company I have previously used. Okay no problem, not really I have an emergency to deal with at work, so I can t go. I spoke to a nice girl named Star and tell her the situation, she says, Fine send your son up for the test drive and there should be no problems. My son leaves work early to go see/buy the truck. He s 20 and super excited. He asks my wife to take him after she is done work so he can drive the truck home. Then I get a phone call . After the test drive and him falling in love with the truck, they jack the price up 2k. Matt goes through the whole rebate and discount routine with me over the phone. Okay, 2k is not a deal breaker. Now they want to use their finance department and run my credit a few times and pretty much ruin the approval I have through the other company. I say no way. Now the sales manager gets involved and the truck jumps another 3k because we won t let them slam my credit report.At this point my wife gets frustrated which is hard to do and decides to leave. No sweat off of their backs I guess. On my end I have a frustrated wife, money in wasted fuel, a son who lost hours at work and my wasted time.Above all else these cold hearted idiots broke a young kids heart. The manager didn t even have the guts to answer the phone when I called. No one likes car dealers, but these scumbags are the lowest of low.

Avoid. I saw the price online $41k, called them and was told to come and price is negotiable so I will get a price below $41k. I drove 45 min here, and has been told than actually the price is $44k. Total scam. Don t do business here. Very dishonest dealer.

Arrived 10min earlier than our appt and got helped by Matt D right away. Matt is super helpful and very polite. We ran into some issues with the insurance company and he took his time to solve it. ***Beware****Purchased a truck in October. 48,000Had to pay $2,500 extra for a ceramic coating which it never got.In the first 5 months of ownership I only got to drive it 2 months.Fuel pump and air ride shotThey did fix it but got the truck back with a dent in it.And not aligned.Now that I put 5,000 miles on it I have to pay close to $1,500 to have the rear parking brake rebuilt because it's shot too. Air conditioner shot does not work. Told me they would refund the $2,500 never did. Trust me if you purchase a vehicle from this dealership you will wish you didn't.In the process of finding a consumer fraud lawyer now. They will tell you the vehicle has went through a safety inspection but they buy these trucks at auction no inspection just detailed and put on a lot. It's my own fault for trusting people. If you want a truck go to rothrock way better vehicles!

Jesus was great he was very reasonable and understanding. Made sure I got the truck I came for and worked very hard to accommodate all my requests. They got me a good price on the truck and extended warranty. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING IN TO SEE JESUS! Quality guy on top of it, no pressure sales!
