I needed a master cylinder for one of my older cars. I called them at 4:00 on Monday. They had the new master cylinder from a store in Delaware at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. Wow! They also have a great selection of washers, if you need to match up something. Thank you!

Placed an order for parts and told them I d be there in 4 hours to pick them up. They said they d hold the parts and it wasn t a problem. When I got there, they already sold the parts to someone else.. Then they told me a different Napa in a different town had the parts and I needed to drive there to pick them up. So do I get reimbursed for gas? Not going back there again..

I hadn't been in a NAPA since I was a teenager working on my 68 Nova and was pleasantly surprised it was still awesome. I wish I would of gotten the name of the woman that was helping me because she did a stellar job to help me get the odd parts I needed for my bike. I was able to get parts from them nobody else carried and will continue to go back there.

I work for them but I can' tell you the reason I work for them is because they're a good company and they are there for you and it's like a family and they have a lot of perks from a lot of benefits of discounts a lot of everything all the way around

The only auto parts store I trust anymore! Definitely a one stop shop when I need multiple parts for different vehicles. These guys go way above and well beyond to make every single trip into their store worthwhile, whether it's parts, accessories, fluids or even just a bit of knowledge. I've even had a memorable experience in this location where the parts I needed were not on their shelf but were in another nearby Napa requiring an overnight order. These guy's had a delivery driver pick my parts up and called me later the SAME DAY so i didn't have to leave my project sitting another day awaiting parts. Simply fantastic customer service, expert knowledge, and selling great products. Why would i go anywhere else?

Place an order at 8:30 in the morning for parts to be delivered....7 hours later call to get a status and they say it'll be at least another hour. If it was going to take that long, pick up the phone and let someone know! Or don't offer a service that you cannot actually provide.

Good bunch of guys and lady very helpful treat you like family, very helpful and parts guy Jason is one of the reasons why I spend my money there. will go way beyond to give his customers good service..
