My boyfriend and I always receive excellent, prompt service here! Whenever I call I usually get Robert, he is very professional and kind. Glad we switched to Meineke. 10/10 would recommend.

would give 100 stars if I could. The gentlemen here are so kind, caring, and truly take care of you. they are always fast, informative and never take advantage of me who has absolutely no car knowledge. I recommend them to everyone, and will never take my car anywhere else.

I appreciate that they could get me in very quickly for an oil change AND that the service was great, but when I received my car back (about 40 minutes from start to finish) it smelled like someone had chain smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. I m sure they didn t, but as a pregnant woman and a non-smoker it was harsh, and took 1-2 days to fully air out.

My heat wasn't working so I called and told Robert about it and he told me to bring it in and he would take a look at it. He got to it quickly and explained very thoroughly what the issue was and what they were going to do to fix it. He could not have been more friendly, courteous and proactive in getting it taken care of. I highly recommend this place!

I have been taking my vehicles to Robert at Quakertown Meineke for 40 plus years and never had a bad experience. Rob and his crew are professional, friendly and take the time to explain what needs to be done. I'm extremely happy with Meineke!

Made an appointment in the morning for my wife to get her car inspected before work. What's the point of an appointment and selecting that you'll wait for the car if the employees refuse to do the work during that time? She showed up and told her it would take HOURS to do her inspection so she had to reschedule. Again what was the point of the next appointment if she was made to drop to off anyway?? Then we get a call that the only thing needed to pass inspection was windshield wipers?? It took over 4 hours for them to inspect the car then another hour to slap on some wipers. Then we get charged over 250?! Most of that being the labor to replace cheap $20 wipers blades that we could have done ourselves. Save your money and go to your local mechanic that people trust if you can.

They charged me $500.00 dollars for a battery. That was not the problem with the car. An hour later I was stranded in a parking lot. I had to call for a tow truck to take it to a dealership. I found out later that I could get the battery for my car for $119.00 somewhere else.

I appreciate going in with a problem, and getting a fair quote, realistic time frame to complete and the job completed as promised. I have worked with other locations in the past and had similar experiences. I am assuming this is a franchise culture. Friendly service, fair price.

Robert deserves a good rating. Wish I could give him 6 stars out of 5. His customer service was great and in a very good mood. Had to come here for an emergency tire swap before I hit the road for vacation down to myrtle beach. He made my family feel safe during the trip. You gained yourself a new loyal customer. I will come back again when services are needed!

Called Robert at Meineke in Quakertown and told him that our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was running poorly. Both the triangular warning light and engine lights were on. He said Bring it right over and we ll check it out . We did exactly that and in a few hours Robert called us back and said everything indicates that you need a major tuneup As I never heard of that term before he explained how this car fires each plug independently. I asked if it made sense to do this and he said of course as the car hadn t required any maintenance in 103,000 miles. Of course we agreed and he indicated that we could pick the car up tomorrow. Later that day he called and said the car was ready! Wow who would believe that; bring it in, diagnose the problem, get the parts and repair all in one day! And did an oil change as well. We picked up the car the next day and it s running like new! We use Robert s Quakertown Meineke for all three of our families 6 vehicles and highly recommend he and his crew.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

Took car in for Oil change and inspection. They did oil change before they looked over car. Determined car would not pass inspection without a lot of repair. Charged us $270.00 for nothing. I believe they should not have changed oil first.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
