Just came for an oil change today and Dominic was awesome. Big help and was super nice. I was nervous about coming and getting it done cause some places make you feel stupid. He made me feel at ease. Will alway come here and recommend to everyone.

Excellent service. I come here for my mid-year oil change. Carlos and Dominic are both professional and courteous. They are knowledgeable as well and make sure your vehicle is taken care of for an appropriate price. Kahlil their manager always makes sure his customers are taken well care of. Thanks team!

It was the first time we ve taken our vehicle to a Jiffy Lube. We were quite impressed with how quick and efficient the process is. The techs there today (Jonathan and Dominic) were nice and friendly and did a great job. Will be coming back for sure!

This place is always great and super quick and professional. Between Carlos getting me ready to go and greeting me with good positive energy, and Kylil getting the work done effective and efficiently while being super personal and professional. Well be coming back and would recommend to anyone.

I'm writing to say I just had the most pleasant experience getting an oil change in my 30 years of driving. The jl on south west end Blvd in Quakertown pa. Drew, Holly and Kylil (?) if I messed up your name my apologies. They were pleasant knowledgeable and super fast and thorough. Please give them a raise ASAP because they deserve. Who knew there's an air filter under the glovevbox, not me! This will be my lifelong oil change location as long as you keep this crew on. Just wanted to pump their tires time for you to pump their paychecks. Thanks!

I took my car for an oil change and right away Carlos greeted me. He was so kind and friendly. He checked my car and also showed me where things were at lol. He explained what they were going to do. I also loved that he was patiently training other employees. I usually dread taking my car to get an oil change but Carlos made the experience a lot better. I will definitely be back(:

I would highly recommend Drew at jiffy lube to anyone. He is very respectful and is willing to answer any questions you may have. He gets you in and out and has a great personality, and you can feel comfortable leaving your vehicle in his care. The others workers that were there Holly, Sara, and Carlos were Awesome as well.

Always a pleasant experience here. The customer service is great! Staff is friendly and efficient. This is my go to place for oil changes and other car services since moving to the area.Carlos does an awesome job working with the customers and the team. My car gets taken care of and I always have a good laugh. Def recommend!

Very friendly and helpful, even first thing in the morning! I arrived 5 minutes after opening and they helped me out super quick and with smiles! Drew the assistant manager is fantastic! His knowledge and caring personality work well together. I trust my 2003 Dakota to these guys.They are professionals. Wonderful group at Quakertown! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I brought my car in for a simple oil change, when I came my car was perfectly fine. By the time they were done, every light on my dash popped up. I immediately took my car to Subaru to get check out. Jiffy lube drained my transmission oil which caused a huge transmission problem which now is 3k damages. Jiffy lube is refusing to fix or help anything. I ve called corporate, I ve called the shop. They have blocked my number and won t answer me. Still waiting to hear back from corporate. I will be getting lawyers involved. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE. ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!

First time getting an oil changed at Jiffy Lube and this drive-up service is so convenient and awesome and easy to get it done. They are opened on Labor Day weekend and we had no wait. It costed me around $75.00 something for an older van and over 100,000 miles to get an oil change and they topped off everything and checked for other maintenance that might need to be done as well. We were in and out in 15 minutes. I recommend this place for sure! Thanks Jiffy Lube for a quick and painless experience.

Haven't been to this location in a minute and there's a whole new crew. What remains consistent is the care each and every employee pays to their customers. Carlos and friends got my oil changed quickly and answered all of my questions. I had even forgotten my coupon at home and they were quick to hook me up with a discount. Thanks guys...see you in 5,000 miles!

Overall great experience very friendly and knowledgeably staff, i ve been to 5 different oil change locations and no one had the right oil filter but this location had everything in stock, even helped with the reset of the service notification.

Drew and Dominic are the the two kindest souls ever!Had my Sailors oil changed and Trans fluid done. They made me smile after a morning with lots of tears. They were so kind and professional. Thank you so much for the love and support for me and my son. You two are the best!!!!
