From the time I called to make an appointment up until picking up my vehicle when it was all finished , Casey was amazing! She made the entire process very easy as this was my first time having my car serviced there. Very friendly environment from the moment you walk in the door !

I went in for a sound under my car. I was immediately helped by a knowledgeable service manager Jake and a very personable and knowledgeable associate Casey. I was given options once my car was looked at and I left with a fixed, safe, car in a very reasonable amount of time.

Had a great experience today. Jake and Casey were very helpful. I had several issues with my car that they brought to my attention. They help me resolve the problems and got me back on the road quickly. Every experience I ve had with Ciocca Nissan Quakertown. has been terrific.

Very easy to schedule a last minute oil change and was professionally greeted when I arrived to drop off my '23 Explorer. Waited in comfortable waiting area. The video inspection walk around texted to me was a nice touch.

These guys are pros. I do t think I ve had this pleasant of an experience at a dealership before. Every person I encountered was professional, courteous, and friendly. The lobby is beautiful with work stations, coffee, and snacks. I almost didn t want to leave.

After purchasing a new car that I intend to baby to the best of my ability, I decided instead of just any performance shop - I d bring my girl to Nissan where you can trust the job is done right, professionally, and securely. My service manager, Jacob McLean was professional and very accommodating with my tight schedule. He even went above and beyond to help me research some additional performance parts that I d like to try out for my Nismo. I ended up paying the actual quoted price he gave me from the start of my aftermarket install, (which, btw I appreciate very much to see a dealership that will not turn their back on someone walking in with parts that are not OEM) and this is the kind of service that will keep me coming back. Thanks again, Jacob! See you soon for more upgrades!

Casey was extremely helpful and patient. We went in for our car who had a transmission issue that was a Nissan issue and she quickly got us in and kept us in touch with repairs. Car is working great now!

I was super happy with the service i received! jake was able to get me in early and i got my car back by early afternoon. they also had flexible payment options which in my opinion was quick and easy. i would definitely recommend anyone who drives a Nissan to come to the Ciocca Nissan service center

Jake and his team were responsive and timely. Even though they were still in the process of moving into their new building, which I can only imagine was stressful and required extra time, they listened to what was wrong with my car and get it fixed quickly.I had a fuel leak, which no other shop would give a quote on without me bringing it in first. I didn't want to drive it all over with a fuel leak, but had already done the diagnosis myself. Jake took the time to truly listen and understand and asked if I could bring a picture in instead. I did and they looked up the necessary parts and gave me a quote on the spot.Also, everyone that I worked with in parts and service were friendly and engaged in their work and with me as their customer. I'm not sure what management is doing there, but they've got a great vibe among their employees. I definitely appreciated their service and customer support and would strongly recommend.

My wife met Orlando Burgos a few years ago when looking for a car for our daughter. At that time she told me she met a car salesman who was both very helpful and a really nice guy. I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received at Ciocca Nissan in Quakertown. I initially took my Rogue in to have the transmission replaced and during the inspection they found a few other issues my mechanic wanted to charge me almost double for. I will now be a future customer. Honesty, customer service and communication throughout the process is rare these days. Thank you Ciocca Nissan in Quakertown for a wonderful experience.

Casey and the team at Ciocca Nissan were awesome!! They were able to get me in the same day I called and did a full inspection on my vehicle. They were able to provide a video of the inspection and things they saw or noticed. Would 100% recommend for your car needs.

Jacob and the Quakertown service department went above and beyond to try to assist us in the replacement of our transmission.. needless to say the corporation has failed to stand by their flawed product and if we ever do business with Nissan again (which I doubt) it will be solely based off the empathy and compassion we were met with by this service department!

Casey is amazing prices of course went up with the new building definitely not a fan of Nissans recall fix this is my first Nissan and will probably be my last nothing to do with Ciocca though they have always been kind and courteous. Now if you had a Honda dealership I would definitely purchase a Honda again

This is my second time with Cocoa Nissan but the first time at the new service center! When I got there I was unsure where to park my car for my oil change and one of the employees came out to greet me and guide me where to go and helped me fill out the form. Casey was very helpful with the details of my service and advising me on what I needed. Over all great experience and will be back again for my car needs.

Jacob is a terrific manger, he is friendly and professional which is hard to have at the same time. He treated me with respect and dignity and listened to all of my concerns. I reside an hour away from Ciocca Nissan in Quakertown but I would never mind taking my car there for maintenance, especially when Jacob is the manger. This place is great, thank you.

Ciocca Nissan repaired pathfinder with aftermarket electronics and wiring .And at first I was sceptical about dealer prices but in end it was not like I thought .I had Casey from the time I walked in door and she was a delight to have she really knows how to keep it rolling and is of upmostProfessional at what she does. She kept me informed the whole time and is a pro at talking and explainingSituation, she is in detail but brief andConfident in what she says and that made meRelaxed and confident in ciocca Nissan.In the end she was 100% on track and efficient.
