What can I say, Ciocca Ford Quakertown. 7 cars later. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Least cars from them bought cars from them family's cars from them. And if you're local to them you need an oil change and inspection they come pick your car up bring it back for you. Can't beat that. The knowledgeable service people sales staff and overall employees at the dealership or a gem to deal with. Look nobody's perfect. And neither is Ciocca. But I will tell you one thing they will make it right. And that's what counts. I'm an old school car shopper. I'll go in and haggle with them. And we all know when they go to make that walk back I got to ask the manager story. And we all know what that means. At least they humor me and go about doing that and I usually get what I want. Overall I've been to many dealerships, I've titled over 34 cars in my name. And I feel right at home with Ciocca.Look at it this way if you're from out of town take a ride to Quakertown, we have a lot of history to look at. And you can get a good deal on a car we'll leave the light on. Oh and by the way even though we're up in the country we have running water electricity and the internet. Lol trust me it's not a waste of time Good old-fashioned car dealership.

I have been here before and my original shop that I go to did not have availability for me so I wanted to go to a place that knows my car. A place I thought I could trust. I called and made an appt for just rear brakes and rotors. I got an inspection 2 days prior and that was all I needed. They asked me to do an estimate for free which I needed for understand pricing. While I am in the waiting room with other people in this public space. The worker presented me a bill for $1,900. I was stunned. I had to state my case that I could not afford that at the time. I did not appreciate having to say that out loud for everyone to hear. I told them that I only wanted to replace my rear brakes and rotors. Meanwhile I was waiting for 50min and this point. Then I was told that it would take 2 - 2 1/2 to replace my brakes. All said and done the bill was $700 for rear brakes and rotors. Over priced. I will only be supporting mom and pop shops from now on.

I don't know why the service writers and staff cannot input what needs to be done or talk to each other. We come in for an oil change, inspection, and a recall notice to be done on our work truck. And when we go to pick it up when they call, saying all done, the only thing done is the recall. Are the service techs not competent enough to see that the inspection expires in 3 days? We even dropped it off a half day early to give enough time. We can't be without a business truck for more than a day and half, and we had to carpool, because they don't offer us loaners. Now we have to lose the truck for another day!! And with our previous truck that was serviced a year ago, the service men must have taken it joyriding all weekend!! There was 2000 miles run on our truck after we dropped it off for maintenance work which they needed 5 days for. They must think that we are stupid customers and don't log our odometers. And what did we get for 2000 miles added to our truck by their incompetent team, 4 free oil changes! Woohee! That means we keep having to come back here. Argh!!! 2 Fords now bought here. Never again because of the service dept.! Shop here if you want incompetent work done on your vehicles and your gas and miles used up!!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in under an hour. Stephanie kept me updated the whole time and I even received a video from the mechanic walking through the checks on my truck.Just completed an unplanned appointment to fix a low power issue with the 12 volt battery in my truck that showed up again 7 weeks later. The tech spent the time to really diagnosis the issue and not just replace the battery. Happy to say the issues resolved and I didn't need a new battery.

I wish I could give zero stars.Worst experience ever, by a long shot. The latest situation has been capped off by my vehicle being severely damaged, possibly totaled. However, I m still waiting on an adjuster s inspection, who can t tell me what s up as they have not returned multiple messages for an appointment. First off, Ciocca Ford of Quakertown could not find their liable position in this latest event, but now is ultimately assuming no liability for their severe negligence. My concerns have continued to fall on deaf ears, all the way up to their RVP, Eric. This is on the heels of $1,300 worth of underbody mechanical damage that mysteriously happened after their courtesy valet drove my vehicle to and from the Ciocca Ford Service Center in Quakertown, for a repair to the failed power seat.0% chance any Ciocca dealership ever see another penny from me.

Two shocks and inspection almost 900 dollars. We bought two new ford's from Ciocca ford in four years and that is how they thank good customers. Never again! Update, called manage he is slick I recommend never get your car inspected or serviced or buy a ford vehicle they are not worth it.

Absolutely horrible service center. Received a new turbo from them covered under warranty, and they tried to charge me another $400 for a part i did not need. Just took my car to get inspected at another shop, and was told that whoever installed my turbo put a clamp on too tight on a hose & it ruptured and is now leaking oil. Was told by ciocca that they will charge me a $180 diagnostic fee, and then full price to fix the leak even though they messed it up. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

This was our 5th car buying experience with a Ciocca dealership. Our salesman, Chris was very friendly and we are happy with our purchase. We love our convertibles!

We called them regarding getting a new intelligent key for our 2012 Nissan and Jay kindly snaged the last one and had it there for us to come program it that very same day. It takes about 45 minutes for the car and the fob to sink. We were impressed with their same day service!

I recently had car difficulties while traveling to Philly for a family event and was stranded in Quakertown. I had my MKX towed to Ciocca of Quakertown (on a Saturday afternoon) and was able to: Speak to a service person, arrange for my car's arrival to the service department and make an appointment for 0740 on Monday morning. The customer service that I received exceeded my expectations: Jasmine in the call center, Mike Klement in service and others who provided assistance were professional, courteous, kind and considerate of the fact that I was 4-hours from home. My car was repaired by Monday afternoon and at a very fair cost, I might add.In a day and age where customer service is not always at the forefront, I wish to thank Ciocca for my 5-Star experience. You folks rock it!(Unfortunately, I did miss the party)

It all started with a simple oil change. In February I took my car in for a oil change and my husband gets a call that they were in an accident with my car. Someone hit my car into a concrete pole and cracked the bumper. I was not happy however they said they would fix it. I know we are living in a post pandemic world and everything is back ordered, but the parts came in and they forgot to call me about it. I scheduled the appointment with service and collision to repair the bumper it took over two weeks. I was called stating my car would be ready at service to be picked up the next day I show up after work and no car. To make it worse no one knew where my car was. They delivered my car to my office with a blue dent in the rear passenger side door, chipped paint on the new bumper and paint drips. The manager took the car back for another 8 days and finally fixed what they did wrong. Yes, they fixed their mistakes; however, it took months and they were in 2 accident/incidents with my car in their care.

The service was good and the staff was friendly. 5 stars for that. My main complaint would be all the calls asking me to schedule service. They must make a commission on it or something because it got on my nerves after awhile. 1 star for that, averages to 3 stars.

Service is always stellar. Only question: is this the new home for Nissan Service as well? There are 4 service terminals when you walk in and the 2 that can access Nissan were busy while the 2 that can only access Ford were idle. Would ease the customers wait if all the terminals could access both Ford and Nissan customers

The service was horrible. I brought in my transit because the check engine light was on. When the transit was in the parking lot I brought up to them that the wires out of the tires are almost coming out. 15,000 miles before my most recent visit, this service center made an alignment for my truck that was not done correctly. When I brought this up to them, they denied that it was there fault, and the truck specialist turned me away and blamed me saying that I hit a curb when I most definitely did not. I know this for sure because both tires were sliced the exact same way in the same exact spot from the inside. I brought my transit into a different service center and they did in fact confirm that the alignment was done wrong. Very horrible service that I would not recommend to anyone. The specialist are extremely rude and they did not help my truck, but they had me paying extra cost for something that was not done right. Specialist should know what they are doing, these are not specialists I would recommend to anyone. For the check engine light, they made me replace the whole computer and the problem came back the same week. The truck runs over the road and when it went to a different service center the first thing they did was a tune up. It fixed the whole problem and they said the computer was never the problem. They were very surprised to know that the truck was at this service center earlier the same week, and no one made me aware of these problems all the times I have had service done here. This is not my opinion, after I have had multiple dealerships all over the country(48 states) agree. My truck does 100,000 miles a year and this is not the type of service any car needs. This dealership is by far one of the worst service centers, but I will give it to them that they really know how to get money out of you for unnecessary so called problems .

Ciocca Ford Service Center contacted me to schedule a day to work on my vehicle to service a recall. I reached out for an update about 8 hours after the work was scheduled to start and was informed that they did not have the parts necessary to service this recall. Why call me to schedule the appointment if the parts were not available and in house, and why did it take me waiting 8 hours and reaching out to be made aware of this issue? Customer service was like talking to a wall and recommended that I would be contacted in two weeks to a month when the parts were available or I could leave the vehicle with them for this unspecified amount of time. I will be reaching out to other service centers in the area and utilizing their services rather than returning and wasting further time with this sub par organization.

The manager and people at the desk were very pleasant. I went in for an oil change and inspection, and came out with a huge bill that included a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed and told my car needed to stay overnight because they didn t have the parts. I opted out of doing some of the recommended replacements because I knew I could do them, and after looking them over, they didn t need to be replaced at all (saving myself a little more than $300). Overpriced, and they charge for everything. Unfortunately, I wouldn t recommend unless you re in a pinch and have nowhere else to go.Services: Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

This is an issue of teaching your employees as a whole customer service the the guy for Nissan was great he was friendly and professional. The people sitting at the other desk was very rude especially the guy sitting for Ford. Other than that the work on my car was very good.

Warranty work, told 2 days, taking 3, no loner. Truck was sold with 17k on it. Being used as a work truck. Known at time of sale. If my business was ran like this, I'd be out of business. I guess I will have to bill corporate the 2.5k I lost out on, on their behalf!!! What a shame! You call on day 2 to check status. 3 hang ups and no one has answers. A nickle holding up a dollar.

They preach about how much Customer service is their top priority. But the service is awful. Told me 3 separate times they would call back and they never do. Take your car to a dealership that actually cares. I ll take my whole fleet elsewhere

Had the rear rebuilt not even a year ago. Leaked not even a year later. 3 bolts weren't tightened. Ciocca says it's a silicone gasket protocol. Highly doubt it. After not even a year. And only having 1 liter of gear oil in it. That's warranty protocol. Don't use this place for warranty coverage. Not to mention a mo th after the rear. They replaced the whole transmission. Ciocca does fraudulent work with using used parts, and charging Ford for new parts!!! Place should be put out of business!

Decided to try them because they are local. When I dropped my truck off to get some work done, the lady at the front desk was pleasant and nice. When I came back to get my truck this younger girl was working the front desk and she was in no way nice the second I walked in the door. Not going into the whole story, but never going here again. Lost a service customer and a potential new vehicle customer.

Tried to get a recall done on my airbags by scheduling an appointment a week in advance. On the day of I was told my appointment was cancelled since they "already filled their quota for the day and are choosing not to do anymore repairs". I was told by the person on the other line that I would have to wait two weeks unless I wanted to pay to get new airbags, in which case I could be scheduled within the next couple days. At least now I know that my life is worth less than an airbag.

Bought our 2019 Ford Explorer brand new off the lot from Ciocca Ford. The dealership was a breeze but dealing with the service center is another story....Our Explorer started to having corroding issues on the edge of the hood (car is barely 3 years old/40k miles). Took it to Ciocca only to be told that "they don't repair hoods anymore due to Ford not compensating them enough to do the work." EVEN THOUGH IT'S COVERED UNDER THE CORROSIVE WARRANTY (5yr/unlimited miles). I asked the service advisor if I should consider buying another car from Ciocca and he flat out said "probably not". I called Ford customer service about this and they were appalled that a Ford service center wouldn't perform warranty work. Ended up taking it to Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown and they are replacing my hood WITHOUT question. Fred Beans even apologized about the hard time Ciocca gave me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO CIOCCA. Their service center and dealerships will NEVER receive a dime from me again!

I had to take my 2015 Ford Focus SE in due a recall. Kevin was incredibly friendly as well as helpful and explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. I was able to get my car back a day after I dropped it off and so far no problems at all! Thank you :)

For a $90 oil change they can t do simple things like taking the old oil sticker off they just slap a new one on top, didn t put the oil cap on properly either. It s obvious they don t take pride in their work, If you re looking for an awesome mechanic go to silverdale auto!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
