I had a bumper and fender repaired on my truck here, and it was done within the same week and turned out great! They also made the rental process much easier for me.

This place is appallingly awful, first day I went there, a gentleman (clearly had a bad experience before) was behind me and was told twice the ENTIRE time I was there someone will be with you shortly he left in anger. Any RECENT reviews? NOT sure what happened to this place but it s NOT a 4 star+ establishment. Took in my car from nationwides advice, only to get an estimate done and call back saying yeah sorry we won t touch the car ask insurance for a payout weeks of the car sitting, me dealing with a rental paying for all that. PLEASE. Save yourself time and serious $ and avoid this place, I m DISGUSTED. Rude awful I sincerely understand why other people were leaving in anger.

Karl and the other staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They did an awesome job on my car and the racing stripes. The color of my challenger is toxic orange, not a usual color to paint, but they nailed it! Laura asked me if I needed a rental car. I didn't think I would need one but I thought about it and decided to rent one because I wouldn't worry abour not having my car. So I am glad she mentioned it. So I rented one from enterprise. They delivered it there for me to drive home. And I left it there when my car was done. The whole process was excellent.Thanks everybody!

No one ever wants to experience auto damage, but I can t begin to state how thankful I am that my insurance company (Liberty) recommended Caliber Collision. They removed the stress from an undesirable situation and met every expectation!

We are beyond pleased with the professionalism and communication throughout the entire process from the initinal phone call to the estimate and the car rental pick up. All was done in a timely manner and it was an absolute joy dealing with Chris and Nick!

Caliber Collision was fantastic! They were super accommodating to finish repairs on my car during my honeymoon so that I wouldn t need a rental! They do amazing work and very kind! Highly recommend!

They did a great job on my wife's car. They had a problem with the paint and they notified us about it and still had it on schedule. This is the second time that we used caliber collision and twice we are satisfied. I can t say enough negative things about this Collision Center. My experience from start to finish was awful. We brought my daughter s vehicle in on July 17,2023 for an estimate on repairs. It took 19 days for them to tell us the car was not repairable. Initially, we received a reasonable quote and insurance agreed to pay it, then four days later they said they needed to look at it again for additional damage. 19 days later we were told it was not able to be fixed. In the mean time I requested the car be taken to a different collision center but it was too late.It was the longest, stressful, drawn-out experience that I ever had regarding anything. I strongly discourage anyone from using this operation. Their excuse was that they were short handed. If that was the case, tell me that up front, and don t give me a quote then turn around and tell me you need to redo the quote after insurance approved it.Also, take a minute and read the other reviews. Out of the three reviews posted on Facebook, TWO of them are from Caliber Collision employees. What a cheesy operation.

Caliber Collision of Quakertown has the best customer service. Laura and Nick really care and go above and beyond. Laura got my car in for repair so quickly and helped me with my rental reservation. Nick managed to get my car done earlier then excepted and was so friendly through the whole process. Will definitely recommend! ThanksServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Informative, professional, & excellent communication. Had an estimate done on a Friday, repair was scheduled for following Monday. One week to complete and looks great. Paint match is perfect. This place is great! The back left side of my car got pretty crunched up (panels pushed in pretty bad and my brake light was pretty shattered, plus probably some other stuff that I wouldn't know the first thing about) and they fixed it up really well! We don't have a whole lot of money right now, so a big concern of ours was getting ripped off or overpaying at one of those big dealerships, but they helped us in an above and beyond way. They provided us with different options so that we could find a way to get our car fixed and drivable in a way we could realistically afford. The actual job even ended up being less than the estimate was and I got my car back in a couple of days which was amazing. All around a good and reliable place.

I love the people at Caliber Collison Quakertown!! I needed an estimate today for a repair on my vehicle and they were so helpful, especially Chad and Laura.
